I've gotten two lash lifts here now, overall, it's pretty good!…read more They are $68 by card and $65 if paying by cash. I've usually selected any lash technician, since I'm not sure who to go to yet. The first time I went, the tech took about 45 minutes. The second time I went, the tech took about 30 minutes. Both were very gentle, such that I did doze off at least a couple of times. I guess something to note is that they don't really ask you how lifted you want your lashes, so you might want to specify if you have specific ideas in mind. I probably preferred my second experience a little more in that the lash technician seemed to be meticulous with her technique, and more controlled with her movements (particularly when cleaning my eyelids and lashes). Although the second time, my right eye lashes were slightly less lifted than my left. It's subtle but noticeable to me, and I wonder if it's because my previous lift is lasting a bit longer than my left, so she probably lifted it a bit less (unitentionally). My lash lift from my first visit was still somewhat there (I had gotten it two months prior to my second one), so I'd expect not to need another one for two months from this. Your results might vary depending on your lash growth. It's pretty easy to book appointments online. There's plenty of parking, although they do share it with a gym. In terms of where you'll be seated, there's a common room where everyone can get their services done, and there seems to be two private rooms. For the first time, I ended up in the common room, and the second time I ended up in the private room. I will definitely be back!

I called the day before to schedule an appointment and the guy who answered the phone was very professional, took my name and helped me work out a time that was best for me and my mother to come in the next day. The next day when I arrived, we were quickly ushered to sit in our chairs (for a pedicure) and even given water as we were able to enjoy the massage chairs. The staff doing our pedicures were very friendly and attentive to doing exactly what we requested. The aesthetics of this shop is very pleasing as the shop itself is clean, neat and orderly. They also have a myriad of options for nail polish colors. I ended up selecting a gel nail polish, which at the time of writing this review, a month later, is still intact on my toe nails. (I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. I will say due to the friendly staff, the clean environment and all of the safety protocols that they take to make sure that you get a clean experience, I would definitely visit the shop again. It's definitely worth the visit.

Good Day Sacramento is how I found Paige!!!…read more She was doing eyebrows on a Saturday morning segment, but it was the plug for the eyelash lift service that was what caught my attention because it sounded much better and natural than eyelash extensions. While I did not immediately book an appointment with Paige because I wanted to do some research first, I eventually got in contact with her via Yelp by using the "book appointment" feature. She was quick at responding, and we talked about the procedure, the cost, what to expect, etc. etc., and I was really excited about my appointment. When I arrived, I was a bit freaked out at how ironic it was that my best hairdresser in the world's salon was right across the street and couldn't believe I had never paid any attention to the salon across the street. Paige was right under my nose! She rents a really cute and serene room in the salon where all her magic happens. Her professionalism, bubbly personality and just down-right niceness really put me at ease as any work to my eyes is a bit nerve-wracking. She explained the procedure before-hand and then again before each step. The procedure took about an hour, but it didn't feel that long. The results were amazing and the cost was very reasonable. It's been about 6 weeks now, and the lift is wearing down, but I am still happy at the little bit of lift left and will be going in for my second lift in about 3 weeks. While I did not have a reaction to the product used because I do not have sensitive skin, I would suggest that if you do have or have had sensitive skin, I think it's always prudent to perhaps ask for a skin test first. Otherwise, the research I've done has shown that the service is very safe. I hope to have her do my brows at some point too, and will update my review when I can speak from personal experience.

I initially felt something was different at the time of the service but wasn't certain until the extensions started falling out. At this point, my natural lashes are very short, sparse, and also falling out, which has been frustrating. I did reach out the following day, and they were initially responsive. I was out of town that weekend and wasn't able to return to the salon for a redo. After a few text messages back and forth, however, communication stopped. I appreciate that they initially responded and that the technician was pleasant, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return. As a true child of the '90s, I absolutely fell victim to the era of aggressive overplucking... and…read moremy eyebrows never really recovered. After years of battling uneven drawn on brows, spending way too much on makeup, and wasting precious time every morning trying to get them to match (and not look wild), I knew I needed something more permanent. I started looking into microblading, but like many people, I had mixed feelings. Would it look natural? Was it worth the price? Would I regret it? So I did what any curious Millennial does, I went down the Instagram rabbit hole. That's when I found Sidney Le and started following her team and their different artists. I watched for months, studied the styles, and finally decided to pull the trigger. From the moment I reached out, the team was helpful, clear, and direct, which I immensely appreciate. I won't lie, the price did give me a little sticker shock at first. But then I remembered: this is a tattoo... on your face. And when you factor in: 1. The quality and expertise of the artists 2. The high-end products they use and how long it lasts 3. The time, money, and daily frustration it saves you PLUS the fact that it won't smudge or wash off in water... It was a no-brainer. My first appointment went great. The artist really took time to assess my face and skin type, and we decided on the Ombre Brow technique. I've never looked back! Now I go in every 2 to 2.5 years for a refresh and see Sara, who I absolutely adore. She's patient, detailed, and always makes sure I'm happy with the shape and color before we start. Now, let's talk pain. Yes, it's a tattoo on your face, so no, it's not completely painless. The outline and initial scratching definitely sting. But after that, numbing cream is applied and it's honestly not bad. It is more pressure than pain. I've even fallen asleep during the process because Sara's setup is so calming: soft music, cozy blanket, and one of the comfiest tables I've ever laid on. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to go for it. Microblading (or ombre brows, in my case) has saved me so much time and given me such a boost in confidence. Just remember: there is a healing process. Your brows will look dark, they'll itch, and they'll peel..... but trust the process!! Once they heal, you'll be obsessed. Honestly? Best beauty decision I've ever made. Worth every single penny.
