This is one of the nastiest nail salons in Sacramento. I'm the first one in and the sink is dirty. There's a dark nasty film all over it. The handle to turn on the water is sticky and full of caked on dirt. The trash can by the stink is nasty. The floor looks like it ain't been mopped since they opened. The nails lumpy and the powder uneven. Just don't waste your time unless you're State Board and ready to write citations.

10/10 highly recommend went the extra mile to find the right colors for my design and re-did based on my preference. Super sweet. Definitely will come back and was affordable.they also had card which I feel like some places be only tryna take cash.

Acrylic on nail bed and gel paint lifting

Very dirty and bad amateur service! The old lady by the door ambushes you and then does a very horrible job! Acrylic all over my nail beds, completely lifting after four days! Very disappointing because it's not cheap...

Loved my nails, Mary does a nice job! Always takes care of me and never makes me feel rushed. Listens and will redo until she knows I am 100% happy!!

Great service, great prices!

As always I left a happy customer. I had individual lashes applied by Tracy. I am always told how natural they look.

needed cuticles cut instead of cutting them she tried to drill them off &' nipped me Got clipper out car started my cutting cuticles.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value This place can be CANCELLED they have the worst customer service I've seen, they sure as hell don't know what they're doing with nails. I've never left a nail salon so disappointed and upset. They have good reviews for eyelashes so I tried those as well and mine are already coming off first thing next morning and I used a makeup wipe to wash my face.... this place is trash and so is the customer service I paid half for a half ass job 10/10 would NOT recommend Edit: they advertise as they follow covid guidelines for cleanliness but it's a joke! They didn't sanitize my station even after moving me from nail tech to another and there was somebody's food and snot towel where my phone and purse were placed I was PISSED yet we have to come in here with a mask or no service?? WHATS THE POINT if y'all want coronavirus hit up Tracy nails because that's how they get down anyway ‍‍

Just got my nails done a couple of hours ago...and the gel polish is peeling off and becoming warped. Tons of dirty chairs. i hope they read this review and clean the tables and chairs. Never again!

My nail became infected last time I got my nails done.

I got there, checked in, and waited for a bit. They still took me a few minutes after my check in time, so don't plan too close to any other obligations you have! I had booked the appointment maybe 1 week in advance online. They did take a deposit, which is to be used towards your appointment. They take you to a large room where there are multiple chairs, so it's not exactly separated from other clients (like other places I've been to that do lashes). The lady who did my lash lift did not talk much but she seemed nice...maybe asked a few questions or mentioned a few words but that was it. It was also kind of assumed I had done lash lifts before because I don't recall being told to keep my eyes closed the whole time, even though I knew to do that. I had to kind of had to pay attention to what was happening to take cues on when to open my eyes. The lady doing my lashes was pretty gentle, such that I dozed off a bit. My lashes looked great afterwards. You have to keep from washing your eyelashes for 24 hours after. If you've never had a lash lift done, they might look unnatural, but I think that comes from how wet they look in pictures immediately after they are set with the perming solutions, but when they dry, they look like normal lashes, but just lifted. Anyway, they give you a complimentary little spoolie to brush them. Overall, it was a good experience, and I do plan on coming back.

And let me tell you, the work Sidney did on my wife's eyebrows was worth every penny. From the moment we walked in, it was nothing but professional, welcoming, and detail-focused. Sidney took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my wife felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. The results? Flawless. Natural, clean, and perfectly shaped -- exactly what my wife wanted. She left glowing and couldn't stop smiling. And as the saying goes... Happy wife = happy life. So yes, I'm very happy too. If you're even considering permanent brows, don't hesitate. Sidney Le Beauty delivers quality work and a top-tier experience. Highly recommend!

As a true child of the '90s, I absolutely fell victim to the era of aggressive overplucking... and…read moremy eyebrows never really recovered. After years of battling uneven drawn on brows, spending way too much on makeup, and wasting precious time every morning trying to get them to match (and not look wild), I knew I needed something more permanent. I started looking into microblading, but like many people, I had mixed feelings. Would it look natural? Was it worth the price? Would I regret it? So I did what any curious Millennial does, I went down the Instagram rabbit hole. That's when I found Sidney Le and started following her team and their different artists. I watched for months, studied the styles, and finally decided to pull the trigger. From the moment I reached out, the team was helpful, clear, and direct, which I immensely appreciate. I won't lie, the price did give me a little sticker shock at first. But then I remembered: this is a tattoo... on your face. And when you factor in: 1. The quality and expertise of the artists 2. The high-end products they use and how long it lasts 3. The time, money, and daily frustration it saves you PLUS the fact that it won't smudge or wash off in water... It was a no-brainer. My first appointment went great. The artist really took time to assess my face and skin type, and we decided on the Ombre Brow technique. I've never looked back! Now I go in every 2 to 2.5 years for a refresh and see Sara, who I absolutely adore. She's patient, detailed, and always makes sure I'm happy with the shape and color before we start. Now, let's talk pain. Yes, it's a tattoo on your face, so no, it's not completely painless. The outline and initial scratching definitely sting. But after that, numbing cream is applied and it's honestly not bad. It is more pressure than pain. I've even fallen asleep during the process because Sara's setup is so calming: soft music, cozy blanket, and one of the comfiest tables I've ever laid on. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to go for it. Microblading (or ombre brows, in my case) has saved me so much time and given me such a boost in confidence. Just remember: there is a healing process. Your brows will look dark, they'll itch, and they'll peel..... but trust the process!! Once they heal, you'll be obsessed. Honestly? Best beauty decision I've ever made. Worth every single penny.

I've usually selected any lash technician, since I'm not sure who to go to yet. The first time I went, the tech took about 45 minutes. The second time I went, the tech took about 30 minutes. Both were very gentle, such that I did doze off at least a couple of times. I guess something to note is that they don't really ask you how lifted you want your lashes, so you might want to specify if you have specific ideas in mind. I probably preferred my second experience a little more in that the lash technician seemed to be meticulous with her technique, and more controlled with her movements (particularly when cleaning my eyelids and lashes). Although the second time, my right eye lashes were slightly less lifted than my left. It's subtle but noticeable to me, and I wonder if it's because my previous lift is lasting a bit longer than my left, so she probably lifted it a bit less (unitentionally). My lash lift from my first visit was still somewhat there (I had gotten it two months prior to my second one), so I'd expect not to need another one for two months from this. Your results might vary depending on your lash growth. It's pretty easy to book appointments online. There's plenty of parking, although they do share it with a gym. In terms of where you'll be seated, there's a common room where everyone can get their services done, and there seems to be two private rooms. For the first time, I ended up in the common room, and the second time I ended up in the private room. I will definitely be back!
