Dear Hailey, Like I mentioned to you I have had several head spa treatments across California. Unfortunately, Lashme Brows was the worst and I am never coming back. You use cheap horrible hair products with chemicals that are not good for your hair that's why I asked to look at what your using if your charging $120. Just how your technicians are untrained in head spa treatments led to all the issues you're talking about. The water is not supposed to be scolding hot on your scalp that's bad for your scalp. I had to keep asking the technician to cool the water down because she kept putting hot water on my head. There was no one else in the salon getting a treatment so there was no one else for me to make uncomfortable. That's a LIE. LED treatment is not on the bed. You're supposed to have a comb or device to place the LED treatment on the scalp. Again an example of you not knowing what you're doing. The massage chair you guys had me on giving me the massage was the relaxing part of the treatment. But your technicians service gave me a headache, eyes and forehead being painful for over two days. You guys need to get trained in giving head spa treatments because you don't know what you're doing. I'm giving you feedback use it or lose more business. read more

Hailey and Ann are the sweetest ladies I have ever met in my whole life. From the moment my mom and I walked in to the moment we walked out we felt so much love and comfort from them both. We both got combination brows and they look absolutely fantastic and so natural. Wow during my first experience here I was happy with this place, but about a month later when I tried to come here again, I felt so misled by them. I've called this business in the past to try to make an appointment for an eyebrow wax, but I was told that they don't do appointments for eyebrow waxes, and that I can just walk in instead. I called today at 9am when they opened to see if I could walk in for an eyebrow wax, and the receptionist told me that if I can come in at 11:20am, they will be available to do it. I walked inside at 11:24am, and the same receptionist told me that they can't do it anymore because the customer for their 11:30am appointment arrived early. The receptionist didn't offer a specific time of when I could come in later. The technician was nice to me and apologetic about it, but I feel so misled. I built this 11:20am walk-in into my schedule and drove here for nothing. Why tell me I can come in at 11:20am, and then when I arrive within 5 mins of that time, they can no longer help me. I would understand if I was 10+ minutes late. I would have loved to keep coming here but they don't seem reliable to me. read more

Well before my appointment I worked starting 2pm yesterday- 7am today running on 3 hours of sleep. I had a nail appointment after i got off work then came to lashme brows for my appointment. Love love love my lashes!! I've tried a few technicians but have stuck with Tian. She's meticulous and delicate. Very perfectionist and makes my lashes perfect!! The manager or possibly owner is always around with a friendly smile and engaging conversation. She always educates option or changes that may be available. I highly do NOT recommend this place for eyelash extensions. This place gave me chemical burns on my eyes I think from using too much glue, even though it was "sensitive" glue. My eyes burned throughout the entire process. Eyes were bloodshot and painful for the next 2 days. It's now resolved, but lashes still hurt occasionally. I've had lashes done at other places and I know that it should never be this painful!! Also when I walked in, 2 other clients were also having similar complaints. Pay a few extra bucks and go somewhere reputable to protect your eyes! read more
