This is my go-to location for threading. I would definitely recommend downloading their app and booking appointments so you can avoid a long wait time! It sounds like extra work but honestly it's so convenient and fast! They typically always have same day availability which is really nice. I'm going to be honest, my eyebrows have been botched here before where they've made them too thin or uneven but that hasn't been an issue with Satwinder. I only trust her with my threading services. She's friendly, very gentle, makes threading painless as possible, and she's also very thorough. Manmeen threaded my eyebrows and wow! They came out beautiful, sculpted, and clean. Also, her hands and technique were so gentle. As someone that's not super picky about my brows and that's gas a natural arch that just needs to be maintained I'm probably not the best judge. The location looks clean and aesthetically pleasing but I don't think the do a good enough job sanitizing before and after clients tbh. Especially the chairs. I've been coming here Pre- Covid and it seems to always be a new face that I don't remember. They do a good job for brows. My only real complaint if you will is some people hurt more than others and a few times I had a slight irritation to the surrounding skin. I'm not particular about my threader but realizing this I am going to be more mindful to select a specific person going fwd. it's best to schedule an appointment to ensure you can get in and out with minimal wait time. read more

It's always something. Remember they don't listen when you say just a "clean" they want to make sure they go skinny and blame your brows after they take a lot off and you can't be 4 min late because they will have you wait. But again I just need to find a new spot. Update: The email said "Based on this review, we have made the decision to place a restriction on your profile in our system. I go to this location once a month, and the process is pretty speedy. I like the fact that you can make an appointment online or just walk in. The place is pretty quick with service. I always forget the name of my eyebrow specialist, but when I see her, I know who she is. If she's available, I put her name down. I like their new sign-in system; before, you would write your name on a clipboard, but now they have a tablet to put your information in. They do offer perks for returning customers. I've been coming here for about a year now, and there's never an issue. I only need to get my eyebrows done once a month, so I do not sign up for their loyalty program. I originally had an appointment with Kulwinder (she was recommended to me by fellow Yelper Amy N.) but took Amandeep's offer to see her instead as she was already available at the time (I was a little early for Kulwinder's appointment and she was still working with a client. Figured I can see Kulwinder another time especially since my eyebrows grow really fast). Wasn't really a fan of Amandeep's threading technique. At some points during the threading process she was tugging really hard on certain hairs (not clean sweeps). I teared up much more than usual when it comes to threading. She did manage to shape my eyebrows so that both of them look pretty similar though. Overall I like how my eyebrows turned out but it was a bit uncomfortable getting them. *Maybe it's because of the holidays and everyone wants to look their best but the ladies here were adamantly warning walk-in people today that people with appointments were their top priority as they had a lot of appointments scheduled. Reserving a time slot ahead of time is highly recommended! read more
