Pros- Diane did a good job on my pedicure, and she was gentle with my feet. reasonable prices, and I like that they are clearly listed on their website and at the salon Cons- I made an appointment for noon but was kept waiting until 12:30. I was planning to get both my toes and nails done but ended up only having time for my toes because we started late since she was working on someone else when I got there. Not much use in having appointments if you don't actually clear space in your schedule for them! Another thing is cleanliness. It's not a necessarily a dirty salon but it's a bit run down and things are just older, massage chair doesn't work well, the leather peeling off the seats a bit, nail polish stains etc. so if you are looking for a new sparking salon, this won't be it! read more

I love this place! I always see Diane for my pedicures & she is the best. Very small shop, clean, & the price is the best I can find in the area. Diane takes her time & does such a good job at trimming & cleaning under the nail also, making sure there's no ingrown nails. The shop isn't the most "aesthetic" as other new nail shops, however the quality of work more than makes up for it. Lots of regulars & all the workers seem very sweet & genuinely kind. read more

I have never left a nail salon feeling so humiliated, sad, angry.. all at once. Decided to get my nails done after work and came across Model Nails through Yelp. With all the great reviews, I felt confident I would get a good, if not decent job. Upon entering everyone was really welcoming. I requested something simple -- gel pedi and dip powder mani. As I sat in my seat, I was approached by one of the employees for my pedi, KIM. Where do I even begin.. she was SO rough on my feet, throwing towels, scraping my legs extremely hard. Never bothered to ask me if things were okay. I honestly felt like she was angry at me for a reason? She kept saying "cut down, cut down" along with other words in her language. She cut my Left toe and did a HORRIBLE paint job as you can tell. I didn't bother continuing for my manicure. OH AND.. this was $55!!! HOW!? BEWARE OF THIS NAIL SALON AND BEWARE OF KIM! If I could, I would give it 0/5 starts but unfortunately I need to rate starting with a 1 star. I went to a DIFFERENT nail salon soon after to get a color change and the lady at the different nail salon even said how horrible of a job she did. She painted my nails, used the UV light and then went back with the E-filer??? I've included a video to show how rough she was and this was just a small glimpse. If you go for Joanne stick with Joanne. I went in to get a full set and they completely messed up my nails. The French tip is sloppy, the acrylic is lumpy and genuinely looks like a 5 year old did them. First time coming here after the childhood nail shop was oddly closed during regular business hours. I was devastated hoping to find a decent price since inflation is causing the rise in everything including self care activities. However I called them and they had a deal going on pretty much where you can get a mani and pedi combo for about 45 if I'm not mistaken so on the phone I just decided to get a pedicure long over due anyway I scheduled for 4:00 and arrived with 30 minutes to spare give or take traffic. I was asked what I was looking for said a pedicure and when I saw everything for myself in person I decided that combo seemed to be worth the money since you're saving like 10-15 bucks paying individually for each service if you decided to do that option. I didn't feel uncomfortable like other shops I've went to I actually felt welcomed understood and treated with care the employee I had her name was Diane who made sure I was fine though my only thing is I like perfectly shaped nails when it comes to my big toes because those are my best toes ha ha anyway I paid received like two or three stamps on a little card to eventually earn 5 bucks off of a service call that a great incentive for spending money at their shop. I would recommend this shop and most likely return when it's time for yet another self care nail shop day hoping to also bring others I know along. read more

I wish I had known not all the nail techs were not good. I went here based on the reviews and got the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. My old polish was not fully removed, the French tip is uneven, and my nail beds look dirty because of how messy the black tip was applied. I did ask her to fix it and put two coats on, and she tried. But felt like she was trying to go as fast as possible and was sloppy. just not a good manicure :/ read more

Inattentive manicurist who cut my nails different lengths & left nails rough, then became annoyed when I asked her to even them up. She didn't do my nails at the manicure tables, but stood nest to the chair where my feet were soaking, then just seemed to slap the polish on.
