I'm leaving this review for Aesthetic Envy Medspa and Wellness Center because I had such a positive experience and I'm really happy with my results. I went in for Botox and Juvéderm fillers -- with the goal of looking refreshed but still natural. My biggest concern was asymmetry: one side of my face naturally sits a little lower than the other, and it was starting to bother me more in photos. I didn't want anything drastic -- I just wanted things to feel more even and balanced. Dr. Gosal and the team took the time to listen, explained the approach in a way that made sense, and checked in throughout so I felt comfortable. Both Dr.K and the receptionist/assistance (don't know her name) we're both amazing. I had a lot of questions and the assistant was able to answer everything and make me feel very reassured. I got lip filler for the first time and was very nervous but this place was great! accompanied me in short time and the procedure itself was very simple. Personally i get very faint easily so it did happen during the process but Dr.K stopped and got me an ice pack. did not rush to get back to it, and resanitized everything before staring again. it's been almost 2 weeks and i love my lips. i did mainly in my top and it's is so natual. The only negative is they prefer not to numb your lips. I was fully expecting to be sooo numbed and not feel anything. Dr says when you numb the lips the droop and he's not able to be as precise with the filler . He does have it available if you're not able to tolerate it. I honestly wanted to like this place . Tattoo removal was extremely light frequency of laser , not aggressive whatsoever I would have better luck having the sun fade my tattoo , I've had 7 treatments before from a professional clinic in the Bay Area , I was told from my previous doctor I had two remaining . I did not notice any fading or a difference whatsoever after 6 weeks . They did not disclose any procedure protocol when I had my first treatment in regards to laser treatment sensitivity. Today unfortunately I'm told something entirely different. I called spoke to a lady to reschedule the appt from 11am to 2pm ( not cancelled) , I asked her to give me 30 mins without charging me a $50 cancellation fee, she agreed . She text back within 15 mins to tell me it was taken after I made arrangements to make the appointment, I also referred them one client for some aesthetics work (Botox) never again. Lack of professional services, no integrity. Please look elsewhere!! read more

So glad I found Aesthetic Envy! First off, I LOVE this place! Everything about it.... First impressions: The reception area is lovely and inviting, nice displays of their skin products as well. Secondly, the staff at the desk are so friendly and nice! I've been here at least 3 times and am always impressed by how warm and helpful every single person is! My first visit here, I received Xeomin Botox then followed up a couple of weeks later for my first Juvederm fillers on my nasolabial folds and cheeks. I was so nervous! Alex was awesome though and walked me through every detail so I would know what to expect. During the process, she made sure to continually ask how I was doing and took her time which I very much appreciated. She was also very conservative and made sure to not overfill which I also really appreciated because I still wanted to look like me, only a little better lol. I've had 3 excellent experiences so far at Aesthetic Envy, for tattoo removal. They were recommended to me in a FB group and I have been very happy with the staff and the results. They are all so kind and patient and helpful. The progress on tattoo removal is going well. Their laser and process is the same as another local well-known spa that charges more per session. (they'll quote you per session based on your needs, tattoo etc). They explain how the tattoo colors work and how the laser itself works. It is a VERY painful process no matter where you go, but their staff is so kind, they work as quickly as they can. Though I dread the pain, I do enjoy their office and being greeted there very much. read more

I'm beyond happy. I was halfway through a series of tattoo removal treatments at another place (a dermatologist) when their machine broke. I had called so many other places, most of which went to call centers, and they won't give you a straight answer about their pricing. I live about an hour away from any tattoo removal services so I didn't want to drive all the way there to have a consultation unless I had some type of idea of how much they charge. I couldn't get anyone to be normal and just TELL ME! And a few other dermatologists I called were so expensive it was almost funny. Unfortunately I had the worst experience, my lips are not smooth they are so bumpy and not even shaped ! I call and made a appointment to see if they could fix it . Honestly they look at me like if I wanted free fillers , I was uncomfortable. They told me the bumps are NORMAL!! How can this be normal people stop me and ask me if I bit my lip or what's wrong with my lips . So embarrassing. The people here are super nice and they always hire the best nurses. I've had a pleasant experience with everything except for the hydrafacial. I definitely don't recommend this place for a hydrafacial, when I went I just didn't feel relaxed. The girl was super sweet but she kept talking to me the entire time when I just wanted to relax about personal things. Normally I wouldn't mind this at all, but I just felt like it wasn't the time or place to be doing that.. There wasn't any music and no ambience like other places either. I feel like it was wasted money, my skin didn't feel as good as it does when I get hydrafacials done elsewhere either. They also raised their prices a lot from the last year or 2! She is super insightful & friendly, and I decided to go with the Platinum Package. I was a little hesitant at first starting laser hair removal, but Yesika took me through the steps & how I would feel. Trysta has been my specialist for all my sessions and she is FANTASTIC. Great conversations and a joy to be around. During your session, she also takes you through the process, how you're supposed to feel, and what comes next. She is also accommodating with the heat level, which I really appreciated. (I had to lower the heat my first 2-3 sessions). By the end of the last session, I did not feel any pain, so we just talked for majority of my time there. Loved it! The operation is located in a commercial office area, so it shares parking with the neighboring businesses. If you park near the leasing office, Aesthetic Envy will be down the hall. There's always parking right in front, which is super convenient. Overall, I give this place high praise for being accommodating, flexible, and welcoming. I really enjoy the staff here, and I plan to renew my Platinum Package again. I may try a hydrafacial in the future too. I've always loved the service here and I truly have faith that whatever disconnect with the person answering the phone will be touched on! The management is on top of things and I'll definitely keep my business with Aesthetics Envy. I've been going here for almost 2 years, and love their work. I have done Botox and juvederm with Alex with awesome results. Recently I feel like there's disconnect when speaking to them by phone. I used to speak with Yesika and she was great. The person that answers the phone now has no customer service skills. If it was only once I could understand. Trying to communicate is difficult. I get one word answers, short phrases, and it doesn't seem like they are willing to give me alternative options ie; cancellation list, open dates or times. As someone who works with the public daily, I have a difficult time with this. It doesn't seem to be an isolated situation. There are many ways to retain business, give options, and express appreciation for your clientele - even if you are unable to accommodate their initial request or appointment date and time. I am very disappointed and would hate to cease my services since Alex has done such great work. I've requested a call from the manager by phone. Wow! I heard about hydra facials so I yelped a few places to see what they had to offer. I was heading to Mexico two days later so needed a quick appointment. I messaged Aesthetic Envy late on a Thursday and they called me right back with two options for Friday. I snagged one for me and one for my wife. Went in Friday and what a great experience. Warmly welcomed, highly professional, excellent aesthetician and best thing - they had a monthly offer and we got the hydra facials for $75 vs $175. Also grabbed some products for my trip! I came here for tattoo laser removal for my micro bladed brows. I've only had three sessions but I think I'm done. They're pretty much gone! I got a quote from another clinic and it was three times the price and they quoted that it would take up to 8 sessions! I really recommend this clinic, everyone is so nice there! I was interested in getting laser hair removal so I reached out to a few different places for pricing. I decided to move forward with Aesthetic Envy. I talked to Yesika once over the phone on November 17th and she gave me pricing information, I told her I was calling around and if I decided to move forward I would reach back out to them. I ended up texting them the next day and was told that Yesika would reach back out to me. Two days later I sent another text letting them know that I haven't received a call, they text back saying that Yesika let me know that they aren't taking any new patients until mid-late December, I never received that call from Yesika. They also let me know that I was on the move up list and I would get a call in mid December. I sent a follow up text on December 16th asking how the time frame is looking for scheduling and I never received a text back. It is now December 19th and I have yet to hear back from them. I attached the texts between us for reference. EDIT: with how quick they replied to the negative yelp review they could've sent a simple text letting me know it would be later than December for an appointment. I've been coming here for awhile now. I first did a laser hair removal package. Just showing up for a consult seemed like a daunting task for me because my body hair is such an uncomfortable topic for me. Yesika helped with all the explanations and financing info. The customer service is amazing; they genuinely seemed caring so I booked for Brazilian, face and thighs. The lady that was my first tech was nice but the rest of my sessions were with Trysta. Such a cool person! I get bad anxiety attacks and she was just so easy going and fun to talk to that my awkward self got more comfortable each time. She really is why I kept going in and added a monthly membership recently. I was going thru a lot in life during the time that I was getting laser hair removal, and my appts became mini therapy sessions; she unknowingly helped me navigate thru some things because of our talks. PLUS the actual procedure has made me feel better about my hairy parts lol It's been months since my last laser hair removal, and I still have areas that haven't grown back. Now I do chemical peels with Taylor. I've only been in a few times but I see and feel the difference. I've had horribly textured skin and large pores for so long. My face is so much smoother now that I have to keep myself from touching my face in excitement because that would defeat the purpose of me seeing her. She's also super sweet. My appts only ended because of Covid closures, but Taylor has been great about calling and updating me. She even offered discounts on services to make up for the lost time. She is not only super knowledgeable, but honest about the process and what the procedure would feel like, which I really appreciated because I was nervous and she helped to prepare me and calm my nerves. Booking the appointment was easy, over the phone and the person who answered was very helpful and charismatic. (I think his name was Michael) I decided to go through with it and book for the very next day at the Elk Grove facility. This was my very first facial and I didn't know what to expect.
