After having a baby, I'm trying to find anything and everything to help tighten all these new areas post-mama body. Once I arrived, checking was easy. I met with Johanna, who was very personable and knowledgeable about body treatments at this location. She was very thorough in explaining what was going to happen during and after treatment. I felt very comfortable as she started treatment. I am a fan of Emsculpt. It is not painful, especially if you have a baby - if anything I wished it was a little bit more aggressive ;) I will be considering more treatments plus coolsculpt after I am completely healed from having a baby. No clue how this place has 5 star reviews. They water down the Botox units by diluting the dosage. First time here (just moved to the area) and the Injector recommended the maximum amount of dosage without even assessing my personal needs (did not do assessment yet) and claimed "it's safe, per the FDA". I requested for my normal dosage, which bothered her and made it awkward. Be wary of all the good reviews. I've been getting Botox for the last 4 years and require far less than the "maximum" dosage. The Botox units I received were extremely diluted and had nearly NO effect on me. I think that's why injector recommended over double the dosage, because of how diluted the product was. read more

I went to this location in Sacramento for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by the receptionist in a super friendly manner and asked if I had an appointment. I had a procedure done here after finding out about them on Instagram. The lobby area is very nice, spacious, and has lots of seating. After getting my procedure done, I felt confident in coming back here again. All the staff were able to answer any questions I had and made me feel extremely comfortable. Came in and felt nervous about starting laser hair removal of my under arms. The front office was very clean with fun music. Front desk admin was very sweet and comforting. These places sometimes make you feel scared or nervous, but this place is amazing. The woman that did mine was sweet, encouraging and friendly. I enjoyed my first visit to the center very much. The reception staff were very nice. My appointment was with Jocelyn, who is a PA. I'm 65 and went in for botox to smooth my crows feet and filler to erase the lines around my lips. My appt began with a general consult of services and then specifics of botox and the filler. Jocelyn is very thorough, knowledgable, professional and she has a very good touch with the syringe. She also has a great personality and immediately made me feel comfortable. I am not new to these procedures but I have had some negative experiences with other providers, so I was a bit nervous. Jocelyn made me feel comfortable and confident with her. I was slightly nervous to be seeing a new injector as I had been going to the same one in edh but thankfully they have all my info and past treatments on file. I saw Becca and she was awesome!
