During the next 10 years after the procedure my septum slowly collapsed and I had to have an ENT repair it. The ENT said it is unfortunately common that they have to repair work from a plastic surgeon. They've fixed the back end, but the nose tip still bends left almost identical to the pictures below. I'm incredibly self conscious about it and hate most pictures taken of me head on because you can see it bend. I am getting a consult from another surgeon next month who I hope can fix the tip and give me my confidence back. Dr. Clark may do good body work but do not see him for your face!

There is no communication or organization amongst his staff. I woke up during the operation (I could feel them working on me) and I heard them arguing about not having the right type of suture material. After the bandages were removed and the swelling went down I could see the bad results. The nose had to be redone. I complained about the bad results. He told me what the revision would cost. This amount was more then twice what he told me a revision would cost during the initial consult. I reminded him of his quote. His reply to tell me was that he could charge what ever he wanted. His attitude about my complaint and re-doing the work was best summed up by his words, "I don't owe you anything." His office will gladly work on you but once they get your money they have no concern for you. Bottom line, he gets your money and you get his bad work.

Starting in 2019 with my first few checkups, nothing really stood out that was good or bad to review. HOT Summer 2021 hit a little later this year in Sacramento and this is my first summer without a pool on site so I was itching to swim. Arrived in Phenix and stayed in Scottsdale for 3 nights, took full advantage of the sun, and swimming to the max. So much so that when I boarded the plane the following Sunday morning first flight out of Phenix, I failed to realize the water was still stuck in my ear from swimming. Funny, it really did not bother me till the following day when I popped the ears, did the jump on one foot, put apple cider vinegar in it, put h202 in it, and that water would not come out. Looks like having water in the swimmer's ear then going up in a plane causes the water to really get Jamed in their behind the eardrum. I felt lame making an appointment at a Dr. for such a silly reason. Turned out to be a good idea because it can be an infection. I called at 8:00 sharp the following day and it really started bothering me. The water would not come out like you have an earplug in one ear. Chelsea got me in for an appointment immediately, her assistant asked if I could be there at 8:25 am, I said YES PLEASE. Arrived and she knew exactly what to do Had me back for a follow-up a few days later and was 75% better. By the end of the following week, it was 100%. Fast, friendly, respectful, highly intelligent, highly experienced, and also not afraid to call in another expert for a second opinion which she did on the follow-up. Chelsea will likely move up fast or transfer to some prestigious medical clinic back east sooner than later, so I can only hope she still keeps her same patients when I see her at the TOP! Class act, best Doctor office experience yet.

This is a busy, thriving practice, but thankfully, appointments are mostly available within a day or so. God forbid you go there and get referred out to specialty care; you will run into the referral specialist who doesn't answer the phone. if you leave a voicemail, they don't answer the call. If you aren't happy with the doctor they have chosen for you especially if sent to someone internally that you specifically asked not to see, getting a someone else becomes a battle not for the faint of heart.
