Such a delightful spot. We came here and got a day pass for my wife and I and tried the sauna, cryo, lymphatic drainage, and she did red light and I did a pemf table. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Vibe was elegant and healing. Equipment was high end and the variety was enticing. We stayed about 2 hours for the four treatments and are looking forward to returning. Wish we lived closer - we would definitely do the membership if so. For now this is going to be a get away special occasion spot - though recommend more frequent if you're nearby and it fits your budget. Recommend. read more

I've been in a Cryo chamber before. I like Hol.Self because there is almost never a wait (I've been there a few times to accompany my wife), it's right in front, it fits two, and you don't have to strip. It's so convenient. My wife has been a member for a couple of months now and she loves it. I finally joined her following my recovery from head cold. It was a rough 3 min but I came out feeling sooo much better. They also have very reasonable prices compared to other businesses. Totally recommend! read more

Checked out Holself finally yesterday. It's located in the Arden arcade area of sac. It's so beyond beautiful! I got the fire and ice package. I started with getting a tour of the place. Then got into my room. I spent almost 32 minutes in the inferred sauna which was amazing. I then attempted to do the cold plunge but it was too cold. I honestly tried twice to do it but just couldn't do it. I thought my feet were going to freeze off. I was disappointed that I paid for something I couldn't even do! Sigh! The lady at the front desk was really nice though and offered that I do the crypo therapy the ice thing. But at this point I was just ready to leave! Would definitely come back to try use the sauna again and try another service! My biggest advice would be it would be better if they did the cold plunges with someone there to help you do it. I have no idea how someone does that without a coach! read more

I had an amazing experience at Holself from start to finish. The ambience set the tone for a relaxing getaway experience right here in Sacramento. I started with my Hydro Facial, my face is glowing already. I did Cryo Therapy which was so great, a clean professional experience. And I did the lymphatic drainage compression and it felt like it relaxed and massaged my muscles from the beginning and the lasting effects have been great. It's a place I could spend all day at. The staff was incredible, so friendly and informative, not overbearing at all, they let you have some autonomy in your experience but check in on your overall experience. What a beautiful and relaxing place! The interior was stunning with amazing lighting and gorgeous design. The music in there was also great. Really appreciated all of the recommendations from the staff who were super knowledgeable and kind. I felt incredibly welcomed and appreciated their guest service. I loved the float tank and personally enjoyed turning off all the lights and music and fell into an almost trance like state of relaxation. They have ambient lighting and music if total darkness is a bit too intimidating for you. Beautiful shower room with all the items you could think of to make this experience as luxurious as possible. I recommended that they have a hair dryer and Rob got out his phone and ordered one right then and there! The cryotherapy chamber was state of the art and I got out feeling energized and alert. Staff is warm, knowledgeable and very helpful (which is great if you aren't very familiar with some of the treatments they offer). They will walk you through everything and make you feel at home. During my visit I tried cryotherapy, CryoSkin slimming, CryoSkin facial and BalancerPro Lymphatic Drainage. I felt totally relaxed and without any discomfort during the services.
