Ive seen some reviews from people complaining about wait times, but keep in mind that in order for them to do your tattoo removal at such a affordable price, they need to book as many people as possible. For the record, I have never waited more than 15 minutes. Show up early for your appointment and be patient. Otherwise go to another place and spend thousands of dollars for the same service.

She asked me to send photos and said she would call me back on Monday after reviewing them. I sent the photos as requested and never received a call back. After waiting, I followed up myself. Instead of a phone call or any meaningful discussion, I received a brief message stating: "Thank you for sending your photos. They have been documented and reviewed. No further action is necessary." There was no explanation, no in-person evaluation, no follow-up care offered, and no attempt to address my concerns or provide support after a cosmetic procedure I paid for. Regardless of outcome, patients deserve to be heard, taken seriously, treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering RF microneedling or other procedures to carefully consider the level of post-treatment care and support they may receive. I found her off IG and her work speaks for herself. I looked across a bunch of different artists, but I loved Lucille's work the most. My brows are naturally thick but they weren't even/asymmetrical and that was what my main issue was. I explained to Lucille that I still want fuller brows but to clean them up and even them out. AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT SHE DID!!! Now, my life is so much easier now that I don't have to draw my brows on and evenly. I'm saving so much time getting ready now! Brows always took me the longest to do, so now it's one less thing I have to worry about. I wanted to cry after seeing how amazing my brows turned out.
