Even though I only see her every three months for Botox touch-ups, she always remembers me and treats me like a valued client. Dr. Angell doesn't care about making money off of you. She cares about your aesthetic goals, and the best way for you to achieve them, even if it would mean a loss for her. I went in initially for a lip flip and forehead Botox, and she essentially said she could do it, but I'd get the best results from a lip lift, which is surgical and permanent. Every other clinic I went to told me that I'd need 4-8 units for the flip and 1.5-2 vials of filler to get the results I wanted, which is just an obvious cash grab. Dr. Angell and her staff actually listened to me, understood what I wanted, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. That was enough to cement that this is the place for me. There are so many other reasons to love this place. The decor is tasteful, it's always clean, the staff is SO nice, and my results are always perfect. I've had issues with Botox migrating in the past, and that has NEVER happened here. I've also never even bruised, even when I decided to dabble in lip filler. It also doesn't feel like you're in a sterile doctor's office (even though you technically are in a doctor's office), and I feel like I'm just talking to my friends. The last thing I'll touch on is my incredibly horrible needle fear. I know it's strange to get injectables when you have a full-blown panic attack getting your flu shot, but I'll tell you, these people take CARE of you. My first appointment, I was literally sweating, crying, and on the edge of passing out, but they literally held my hand throughout and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I know it seems silly, but I've never felt more supported in a medical setting. The laughing gas doesn't hurt either, but I'm so comfortable there now, I don't even need it and don't cry! So, it's a little bit of exposure therapy tossed in as a freebie! I know this is long, but I could seriously go on forever about how amazing this place is. If you try it out, you will end up with amazing NATURAL results. I'll close it off with a story. I seriously won a bet at a dinner party when a gal who was talking about celebrities with cosmetic enhancements said, "Everyone who gets stuff done is so obvious. I can tell immediately." I mentioned that work is only obvious when it's bad, but good work is something you'd never notice. I bet her that she couldn't tell who had gotten anything done at the table. She guessed the people with obvious work, but I wasn't on her list. She said, "You just look young because you have great skin." I literally had to show her my receipts to prove it. Part of me thinks she still doesn't believe it, but that's the kind of practitioner you want in your life.

It matched my expectations. I had paid for my services online ahead of time. I was told not to do that again because they can meet or beat the price in the center. Cool. I pre-paid for 3 more sessions. My overall goal was to do a monthly session for all of 2026 and then space them out to every other month in 2027 to reach my goals. My sessions in March and April were uneventful. I did notice that whenever I had the "salesperson" from my first visit, my total for undereye prf was more expensive. But, whatever. I also bought on a few add-ons that were recommended. Such as the tinted sunscreen, anica gel, and face masks. My last visit was booked for May. I work a 15 min drive away. I always leave 30 min ahead of time to account for traffic, the parking garage and all that. I did the same in May. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the freeway. Traffic was completely stopped. I called the number in the confirmation texts and let them know I would likely be 15-20 minutes late. I explained I totally understood if I had to reschedule. But, I didn't want to keep driving there if I wasn't going to be seen. I could get off at the next exit and just go home. First, they couldn't find my appointment. Then, after a brief hold, they did. They said it was absolutely not a problem at all. They would see me soon and to be safe. I arrived. Parked on the third level of the parking garage, tried to open the door and it was locked. I then ran down three flights of stairs and then up the elevator. I stood behind a couple of ladies checking in, and interrupted the ladies working's conversation to check in. Immediately they said I was 22 minutes late and would not be seen. I said I called, they left a note. The lady said that was the call center and they don't get to determine that, but she'd talk to her manager. After a few minutes, she came back and said the manager said no to microneedling (my prepaid service), but could do under eye. I said no thank you and said that was incredibly frustrating that their back of house is wasting my time. Eventually, the manager was available, after I could see her watching the conversation from the hallway. She explained that I could possibly still do partial services, if we rushed to the back right now. I explained I didn't want rushed services or partial, but I did want to communicate that there should be a better system in place. I don't think she was actually listening. Eventually she said I could do microneedling, but it would be a long wait. So, we went from rushed to waiting (which I normally do here anyways). She said she was willing to offer this because I was upset. I declined. I confirmed my prepaid services were transferable. She offered a credit on my account to compensate for my experience. I booked my services at the Walnut Creek location. There was no credit added to my account. And, truly, this experience on Alhambra ended up being a blessing. The experience at the other location felt luxurious. It felt genuine. It was like night and day. While I haven't decided yet if I'm on the search for an entirely new provider or not, I know for certain, this location for sure lost my business.

I cannot rave enough about Pretty Please Aesthetics! It has truly transformed my skin and has become my go-to for all my aesthetic needs. Every injector there is highly trained and an expert at their craft. They go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best possible care and results. I've had the pleasure of being treated by several members of their team. Reanna and Nadia have made my lip enhancement dreams come true, while Holli's thread lift has given me a refreshed, youthful appearance, and Kate, the owner, is an absolute powerhouse and has done my 8-point lift, tox, and devised my full treatment plan. No matter who you go to you are in amazing hands. They pride themselves on natural-looking results and they deliver just that. BEWARE.. the owner is RACIST. Kate the "co-owner" is a narcissist and the first thing she said to me was, "I don't negotiate." She was referring to the fact that SHE will decide how many units I will be getting on MY face. Totally trying to upsell units and trying to convince me to get double the units I usually get on my face. She has a fake smile, her nostrils flared pretty large, and her forehead is frozen. She raised her voice at me stating, "If it's a budget issue?!" She repeated budget three to four times. Wow! Would she be speaking to me in this manner and bring up " budget " if I were white?! I walked away and will not support a biased business. I've had MD's work on my face, and they never spoken to me in a disrespectful manner. I'm reporting this shack to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I have been going to pretty please for years now and absolutely love it. Their whole team is well trained so you know you are going to get great results from anyone there. They're consistent, predictable and pleasant. Luke at the front desk is always helpful. Shannon and Rhi are my favorites to have work done by. All of my friends go to pretty please, I can't recommend them enough. And speaking of recommending, I love their referral program. I can tell she cares about her clients. I have these 2 scars on my back and she gave me something to take home to try. The staff and the owner were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly, their social media doesn't do the office justice! The space is beautiful, the atmosphere feels luxurious and relaxing, and this place is seriously underrated. The warmth of the staff played just as much of a role in my experience as the facial itself. LeAnna performed my facial, and as someone who is naturally shy and anxious, I cannot express how comfortable she made me feel. It honestly felt like I had a sister taking care of me, which made the experience even more special. She was so gentle, personable, and easy to be around. Jayden was also incredibly kind, informative, and funny, and the owner, Joel, was wonderful as well. My situation was a little time sensitive, so Jayden contacted Joel and arranged for me to receive a consultation right on the spot. I truly appreciated them going out of their way to help me, and I felt confident booking a customized microneedling package before I left. My skin looked and felt incredible afterward, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I'm so happy I gave this place a try, and I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!
