I have been going to Pretty Please since, idk maybe my mid 30s? I'm 44 now. I've seen multiple employees there with multiple procedures ranging from lip filler (which I don't get anymore cause now that I'm older it's my skin that needs the attention, but they are GREAT lip filler injectors), to IPL, to xeomin and facials. Not a single bad experience in all these years! Now my husband is even interested in a treatment after seeing how great they are after driving me there a few times and that man has a never been interested in skincare till visiting their facility! (He's a freckly redhead and is realizing the consequences of no spf on his skin type). Kate usually does my xeomin injections and knows I have anxiety and I feel like she can read when I'm anxious and when I'm not and she acts accordingly, so I always feel safe there. I've gotten xeomin from other injectors there and can say the same about them as well. Taylor recently gave me the most relaxing custom facial and my skin was glowing (not to mention getting me to relax like that is no small feat lol). I'll be booking another for sure. And their membership program is awesome. I do the lowest tier starter membership and it still saves me a ton of money totally worth it!! read more

BEWARE!! Do not have plasma pen done here. I've done over 6 times with a different provider. No issues. Had done here once, and still waiting what permanent scarring I will be left with. They say it's 7 days downtime, and with my other provider it is. I am not almost 4 weeks, it's ruined almost a month of my life. I have SEVERE burn marks and when I contacted them they continued to maintain my healing was 'normal.' I finally gave up getting any real advice and now am waiting for my final scarring to then schedule a laser to correct the damage. I hope this reaches anyone considering plasma pen. Went in to visit their new location on H st. It was beautifully decorated. Parking lot was small so I parked on the side street which is a neighborhood. It was easy to find parking. I met with Kate and Suze today and they were both so knowledgeable. I went over all my skin care products and concerns. Suze did a deep analysis of my skin with a computer and went over everything from pore size to texture to UV damage. It was interesting to say the least. They spent a significant amount of time with me discussing my goals and concerns and came up with solid advice and a game plan. Will definitely return in the future. read more

I had a PRF gel consult today. It was my first time there. The front desk, staff and NP who did my consult were really professional and polite even though I was 10 minutes late. I'm happy with the consult. I think the lady did a great job explaining all the services available to me. The only thing I'm not happy about is when I called to schedule my appointment for an EZ gel consult, someone scheduled me incorrectly as getting Botox when I never even mentioned Botox and was never planning on paying for Botox. So because they had scheduled me wrong, they couldn't inform me that they charge $125 for a consult, and it ended up being a surprise when I checked out. I'm not upset that they charge that, because they deserve to be paid for their time, I'm only upset. I wasn't informed until after I had already scheduled and done my consult. I don't wanna put things on credit or live in debt and if I would have known that they would've charged, I would have waited until I was able to go back to work and have enough money to do the consult. However, I'm still overall happy with the place and will most likely be buying some services from them. When scheduling, I will just have them repeat what they're scheduling me for to make sure there's no miscommunication. read more

Went in for a consult and images were done to view my skin under a different scope, something I didn't request, but it was done. Consult was over 100 and I was given just more products and spent over 500 dollars put the door when I later saw an actual dermatologist who told me I didn't need any of those products at all, so it was a waste of my money and time. read more

As the daughter of a medical aesthetics nurse, I tend to be pretty selective and have some inside knowledge as to the ins and outs of products, etc. When my mother retired (RUDELY...just kidding) my free services were cut off and I had to find a new aesthetics home. After seeing before and afters of a friend who received Botox/8 Point Lift/Lip Injections, I knew I had to go there. I was so impressed by my first visit that I've continued to drive from the Bay Area to Sacramento for services. My first appt was with Kate for a full consult and Botox. She took a lot of time with me to discuss my skin, and what my goals were. I had jaw surgery 5 plus years ago and it completely changed my face shape to the point that I avoided pictures. We milled through my Facebook photos so I could provide examples of when I felt I was at my best pre-surgery. She really listened to what I had to say, and my results have been amazing. The staff and general feeling of the office is always warm and inviting. Recently I tried to make an appt through the website, and some confusion delayed my ability to do so. I have been to many aesthetic centers in the area and I mean MANY and pretty please is by FAR the best. My first appointment 2 years ago, I was floored at how knowledgeable Kate was. Kathryn personality is very friendly and relaxed environment. But, as an African American client she was unaware of the true intensity the Viora laser had on my skin. And it caused embarrassing burns and lines down my face. Underneath my chin has open burns and its nice and burnt. I wasn't expecting this since it's memorial day weekend lol.
