WHY I WENT HERE: - nearby the office - wanted to try a new threading place - saw that this place accepted card transactions THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - first of all, Google Maps confused me and had me initially go to the plaza where Metro by T-Mobile was; I exited that to go back on Howe Ave and went to where Del Taco was; finally went onto Arden then turned into the parking lot where the sign indicates "Mr. Chicken, Brows N Style, Seguros Y Taxes, Fiesta Auto Insurance" - located on Arden Way off Howe Ave - located in between Mr. Chicken and Seguros Y Taxes - parking directly in front of Brows N Style is limited (and tight fitting) so park on the side of the building where you're able to enter/exit the parking lot THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - open space - simple and plain - clean - ornate chandelier - seating for waiting area on the left is wide, modern, comfortable looking leather - work stations on the right are clean and modern - cash register/sign-in sheet is by the back left corner - unsure whether the back room is where the microblading takes place or if that is done by the work stations SERVICES AVAILABLE: - threading - lash extensions/removal - microblading CUSTOMER SERVICE: - came in for a walk-in eyebrow threading service - greeted by who I'm presuming is the owner (saw that the woman working there + the client currently there + kid waiting in the waiting area were all masked, which was nice) - signed in at the sign-in sheet at the cash register - instructed to sit at any of the work station chairs, so ended up choosing the station next to the customer that was already there - pleasantly surprised the customer also welcomed me "to the family" of being a new customer - eyebrow threading was quick, efficient, and even - aloe application/massage was great - able to pay via card (for the service + choose custom tip) on the tablet and provided a loyalty card *** NOTE: the eyebrow threading service was $12 but the website indicates $10 (not sure if the website pricing needs to be updated, or if this was one of those places that charges a little extra for card transactions)

Mandee was so kind and hospitable. I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in a long while and I am really happy with the service I received here at Brows N Style . First picture shared here is before threading and second is after threading with some eyebrow powder! I am coming back in three weeks to get my eyebrows shaped more.

I have never left a bad review, even if I had a bad experience, but this one I can not let slide. Which I'm kind of conflicted if I still want to leave this bad review, because I'm seeing other reviews saying how Mandeep is the best, etc ... but I just did not experience that right now at all. For starters, her threading technique, SOOO aggressive. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now, by a couple of different people over the years, and trust me, the pain doesn't get easier just tolerable LOL, but when I tell you her technique was so aggressive and painful, it was bad, literally the worse ever. She was also going so quick too, which off the bat made me so concerned, cuz I'm like "she's not even taking a second to compare them before continuing" , she was rapid fire. But then the other half of me I'm like ... ok maybe she's been doing this for a while, and can just do them quick. She finishes and gives me the mirror and the first thing I noticed is HOW THIN SHE MADE THEM , I have enough eyebrow to give the illusion of them being thick when getting them threaded, but mandeep made them SO THIN. But it's not the first time someone has made them thin, so I wasn't too worried cuz an easy fill in will fix it, no biggie. But then I noticed the difference of style. don't get me wrong, if both of them had the same style, I wouldn't be trippen, but THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY DIFFERENT. I immediately pointed it out, and we were going back and forth of her saying they're the same, the arch is the same, and I had to tell her noooo, one is more arched/pointed up, and the other is an oval-kind shape. She was literally trying to gaslight me that they were the same, and that that's just how my eyebrow shape is. I told her "no, I've been getting my eyebrows done here for a couple of times now, and they've never been left like this" and she tried to push me back in the chair and she's like "ok let me fix it" and I'm thinking in my head "fix ?! You won't even admit they dont look the same, how are u gonna fix something u don't think there's anything wrong with, supposedly" I get up and tell her "no it's fine, you already made them too thin too, I'll just pay" we go to the register and she's like "let me see who's done your eyebrows before" (which I know it hasn't been her) and she's like "yeah it was me all 3x" and I'm like "what's your name?" And she tells me it's mandeep and I'm like "yeah no, you haven't been the one doing my eyebrows, it's been Kaden, I know this cuz she always makes the comment that our names sound the same" and she says "well I did them the 27th" which I also honestly don't even believe, cuz I know I've only been getting them done by Kaden, and when I walked in and didn't see her but saw mandeep, my first initial thought was "oh Kaden isn't here, I'm gonna just have to do my eyebrows with her" . She then just proceeds to tell me when Kaden comes into work, so I can just get them done by her. But I was obviously SOOO dissatisfied, she couldn't even offer me a discount or something ?!?

I 10/10 recommend getting your eyebrows done here. I have been going for a couple months now and she has completely transformed my eyebrows and they are thicker, fuller and the shape is gorgeous! Go check her out. I will only be coming here to get my eyebrows done read more

First off, I would like to say that Mandeep is an EYEBROW QUEEN!!!! I've been coming to her for over 4 years now and she has never disappointed nor given me a chance to complain. I remember when I first came to her with such messed up/uneven eyebrows, but she fixed them up after a few appointments! I still to this day continue to get compliments on my eyebrows and asked who I get them done by! She is seriously the best you'll find, and this is coming from someone who is extremely picky with who I can trust when it comes to these things. I would 110% recommend her and definitely give Mandeep a try, you will not regret it!! I also wanted to give Ruby a review as well. I have recently started getting facials from her, because I deal with acne and scarring. I have to say, she is AMAZING!!!! Only after 2 appointments I have seen a HUGE difference on my skin. I look forward to my future appointments with her! I would most definitely recommend Ruby as well, she offers almost all types of facial services and will assist with any needs you may have! Overall if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Mandeep and Ruby are so sweet and passionate about their work. They put in their best effort to the make their customers happy and satisfied for the service they requested. :) read more

I did microblading there. After 4 days it was gone. I went back they said they can fix it, but when I came back for my appointment they wanted to charge me money. They give wrong promises, They lied to me, They do not take responsibility They tread customers like trash Please do not go there. Scammers! I moved to Sacramento not to long ago and it's always taking some time to find someone who does eyebrows, haircut, etc well. Yesterday, I was in great need of eyebrow threading and since I live close to this location, I went in (after calling ahead). I'm so glad I did!! The lady reshaped my brows really well, plus the threading was great and less painful than I sometimes experienced. The salon had also taken all the precautions and guidelines for the pandemic, plus it looks cozy and modern. Not only that, but I got a card that will get me the 11th threading for free! The only thing is that, if you're on the taller spectrum, the chairs are not necessarily made for you :) However, that's not a problem as you're in and out of that chair in no time! Overall, I'm pleased with the experience and the place! read more

I haven't gotten my brows done professionally since before the pandemic. I was tired of doing them myself as I could never get them exactly how I wanted, so I called here and came in 30 minutes before closing. She did a wonderful job & threaded my brows exactly how I like them even with my previous mistakes due to plucking myself. Since I live in the area, this will become my main go to place now and I'm so excited to finally find one after also moving during the pandemic. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. read more

I desperately needed my eyebrows done. Mandeep was very nice and gave me the LEAST painful threading experience I've ever had. She was quick and precise, making sure that you walk out with brows you are happy with. Her salon it spotless and followed COVID-19 safety protocols. Never disappointed with the results! I normally would keep my eyebrows naturally thick about 2 or 3 services ago she recommended to try a slimmer look she made sure I liked every part of it before I left and honestly I've had her continue to do the thinner style ever since! I do not recommend this salon. My friend got her eyebrows done and was not happy. After a few days they disappeared. She paid full price, but when we went back to have them fixed, they asked for more money, but we did not pay. We walked out. We are looking for other salons to fix her eyebrows. 100% do not recommend. read more

She has done wonders for the hair growth on my legs! I came to her with hair growth so messed up (from a not so great wax from another individual) that it was a wonder how she was able to wax my legs in the first place. There were short, but wax able hair, medium hair and oh my long kinda hair. After the first two sessions she was able to help the hair growth so that my hairs grow around the same time. Her technique has been so amazing that you really don't feel the hairs being pulled out. She's also done wonders on my ingrown hairs. True, I'll still get them every now and then, but April has been wonderful about helping with those too! She's also the only I can trust with my brazillians! I've been to a lot of different people and after about two years searching I found April and not willing to let her go (I truly hope I don't sound like some crazed stalking fan girl, but she's that good!)! She's helped me with all the ingrown and hair growth problems there too (yeah, a bit TMI, but meh....my hair just doesn't like me some times....probably from all the torment I've put it through). If you've ever wanted to try waxing or even getting a facial, I highly recommend going to April. She's a sweet and knowledable person. She's one who'll talk with you so it gets your mind off the process that's happening with a wax. She's also really good with hard wax! Highly recommend that to those still having the strips being ripped from you. She's helped me with some of my acne problems and again isn't one to push products and is willing to let you sample some of her higher end stuff. If you can't afford that she'll think of some of the over the counter products that you can get at a local Walmart or Target. She's also one that works with anyone's budget. Look through her services and ask her about anything you're not sure about. It's easy to book with her too!

The wax was really hot, she constantly broke sticks when applying (I mean the entire time) and I didn't realize until a few days after, she didn't wax everything. There were little small areas left. Super disappointed. No longer coming to this location. It's not worth it.

First, my masseuse was 30 minutes late which already threw things off. The service itself is 25 minutes which I understood going in, but it still did not feel worth it for me. The massage did not feel thorough or targeted. When they say palm they literally mean just your hands, not even your arms, which I expected. Same with the feet. I left feeling like the areas that actually needed attention were not really addressed. The experience itself felt a bit awkward overall. My masseuse was sitting down during the massage and working in a shared space where there was foot traffic and people walking back and forth. Overall I can only speak for this specific service, but for the Palm and Sole massage I personally would not recommend it.

It was very easy to make an appointment through the link on her profile and directions to the location and confirmation was done in minutes. When I got to the location parking was east to find and she greeted me and sat me in a very well decorated well lit and beautiful decor lounge. The Facial room was very spacious and decorated with modern decor which made me feel relaxed and queen like feeling. I was instructed to change and get in the hot seat. My facial was very soothing and relaxing she notified me of what she was doing and using on my face and also suggesting on how we can fix the problem areas. She did a great job and I will definitely see her again. Please take care of your skin and yourself. You need to find someone educated and who knows skin types. At Bella lounge she's awesome. Please go see her.
