Its ashamed that we have to give at least one star because it will not allow us to give none smh. First of all she can be very negative to her clients at times. I was no acceptation. I scheduled an appointment for a fill with her through text messaging because she prefers texting her clients. I asked her if a certain date and time was okay for her to do my fill she responds back with yes how about 12:45 or 1:00 p.m. I said I can do 1:00 p.m. I get to my appointment and she was doing another client. She said to me oh I did not have you written in my book for the appointment today. Now remind you she goes by text messages okay. I told her we texted about my appointment, and she says but it's not in my book. How in the hell is that my fault because you made a mistake and did not write my appointment down in your book. She made it seem like it was all my fault and not hers. I was pissed off really pissed off. She had the nerve to tell me my nails were still good, they were NOT! They needed to be done ASAP.
