I scheduled an appointment for a fill with her through text messaging because she prefers texting her clients. I asked her if a certain date and time was okay for her to do my fill she responds back with yes how about 12:45 or 1:00 p.m. I said I can do 1:00 p.m. I get to my appointment and she was doing another client. She said to me oh I did not have you written in my book for the appointment today. Now remind you she goes by text messages okay. I told her we texted about my appointment, and she says but it's not in my book. How in the hell is that my fault because you made a mistake and did not write my appointment down in your book.
