I went in for a pedicure and manicure and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I specifically asked for the remaining dip from a previous salon to be fully removed, but a thin layer was left on my nails. After polish was applied, my nails did not dry properly, and I also never received the massage that was supposed to be included with the service. What upset me most was how rough the cuticle work was. During my manicure, my cuticle was pushed so hard that it bled. During the pedicure, a sanding band was used on my toes to remove cuticles, which burned me multiple times and was very uncomfortable. In the end, I never actually received a full manicure, as there was still gel/dip left on my nails, yet the salon refused to refund me for services that were not properly completed. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customer service and quality should matter. I left feeling hurt, frustrated, and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
