Lee did it again!! I wanted French gold tips and she delivered!! They came out so good. The service is always good and they do exactly what you want. I usually reference a Pinterest photo and they match it. Highly highly recommend, prices are reasonable. Service is great. I always go with Lee but everyone is good also. read more

I found this place on a whim. It was early in the morning coming from Jamba Juice and so nobody was in here. My understanding is that mornings or weekdays are the best. This is now my third time here and I absolutely love it. I've had different staff each time for manis and pedis. Absolutely amazing with the service. One thing you'll need to know is that they have an ATM inside since they have a minimum to use a card. I've used Venmo and my cash app and it's never been an issue read more

Rushed pedicure and cold service. Didn't even trim the cuticles. Basically, a polish change for $30 plus a tip (generous of me). I have been going here for years but need to find somewhere where I feel welcome and can relax. Getting a pedicure is supposed to be a treat and this was not. Uncomfortable and quick. read more

I don't want to give away my favorite go-to nail salon, because it's the ONLY nail salon I use in Sacramento. It's clean, friendly and convenient to midtown and East Sacramento. Jeannine is the best beautician for gel pedicure and acrylic powder for manicures. Summer time wrecks my feet (sand, sandals etc) and Jeannine keep them happy fresh all year. I had a hard time finding the right place. I went to various locations for a couple years before I found Paradise Nails. What I like best is the way they clean my cuticles. All the other saloons use a cutter which doesn't help. Paradise does it the European way, using a nail drive to smooth the dead skin away. As a result my manicures last longer even after weekend housework. Good to know; it's cash only. There is an atm, with a fee. Or there's Safeway next door for cash back. Also come early because parking is tight. But once you find a spot it's a great place to relax. Good for groups, events, wedding parties, mother day, friends night out. read more

Visited Friday 4/14/2023 Dip nails and pedicure $95.00 Dip nails chipped by Sunday Morning. They repaired one nail with an appointment. Once I made it home a second nail chipped. Sadly, I was only visiting a friend. Once I made it to Oakland. Third nail chipped. Suggestion ask for three dips. No fault of the shops the two dips were not strong enough. After spending $95 and your nails don't last. Not a good look at all. Continue Tuesday! I lost a nail. I had to file down. Wednesday! Nail chipped! Less than 6 days nails completely damaged $45 down the drain! I was told dip last 2-3 weeks 'pre like 2-3 days. read more

My go-to spot bc of their pricing and efficiency (I rarely have to wait for a walk-in appointment). Sometimes they're efficient to a fault, hence the 4 stars.... Service can feel a bit rushed, but they're happy to fix any scuffs/mistakes. I get a basic pedi and gel mani, can't speak for any of the more elaborate services. read more

I walk in for a pedicure since they don't know who I'm talking about or they don't work there they said to walk in so I did just this and now they're all booked all day said I couldn't wait or anything. Brought my son out in the heat for nothing. I literally brought people there. every single time other than the first time I was there I've been very disappointed. I don't understand why when you get a pedicure they act like you're bothering them when you tell them to please scrub the bottom of your feet. That's the whole reason why I came here. I can paint my own toenails. I am coming here for you to give me a pedicure and to make my feet soft and every time I leave from there, my feet are still rough and they look like they have a bad attitude when you ask them to scrub. !!! read more

I usually go to M Nail Salon, which I love because the staff are so friendly and do a great job. I went to Paradise Nails one time due to my regular salon being closed. I've been getting gel pedicures forever without issues. Paradise Nails somehow caused a longitudinal long crack in the nail of my big toe, which extended halfway down the nail, and I didn't know it until my regular salon removed the gel polish. To add insult to injury, I also had a fungal infection in the crack in the nail. So gross! It will forever to grow out the nail and resolve the infection. I will NEVER go back to Paradise Nails. read more

Came here for a manicure and pedicure and the moment I walked in the attitude of the staff was the worst I've ever witnessed in my life. The male staff member was particularly unhappy. If you do not enjoy working with other humans, do something else, you're making your customers extremely uncomfy. They also gave a couple a hard time who had appointments and acted inconvenienced at them wanting pedicures. Also a lady was waiting so long for her nails she got so mad she walked out. The customer service was abhorrent, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. read more

So much for making an appointment at this establishment. I've been coming here for a long time and ever since they've been under new management things have gotten worse. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM. I arrived at 10:50 and was told there would be an hour and a half wait. Just before I walked in, there were two other customers that walked in, had no appts and were taken. This is not the first time this is happened. Appears they are more money hungry then satisfying customers and keeping the appointments that they scheduled. They also don't tell you that they are cash only. Lady at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't be back. read more

My husband and I went here for pedicures after our usual place was closed for the day. It's a pretty small shop, but they had chairs available right away. Their prices aren't bad, but it is CASH ONLY. There is an ATM, and it does charge a small fee to withdraw. We had the Deluxe pedicures with the paraffin wax. I have finally found a nail salon to go to on the regular. First of all, they do a very good job on the gel manicures and pedicures (regular polish) that I have had. They are fast and very friendly. The other very important thing is that I go with my partner who is trans (MtF) and they have been absolutely wonderful with her, fussing over her nails and doing fancy little extras. That means the world, and we will be clients forever! read more

I started coming here because I followed my nail lady Ty, I love how light she does my acrylics and my baby coffin shape. She knows exactly what my feet need when she does my pedicure as well. The prices are very reasonable for what the services include in the pedicures. I spoiled myself with the deluxe pedicure. Very clean and relaxing. Friday morning was not too busy. Very nice establishment. The other ladies are very nice as well and say hello. I drove from Woodland just to get a full set and a pedicure. Worth the drive. The young lady in-front of me was getting a pedicure as well, it looked really good also. We both did white polish. Give this place a chance if you are in the area. First time here and I'm so bummed as I feel they scammed me on my pedicure. When given their menu to pick what service I wanted, it was handed to me with their a few services face up and I was not informed there were other pedicure options that didn't include all the add ins. It started off as a nice relaxing pedicure, but I was not massaged at all on the legs or the feet. She's simply just rubbed lotion into my legs and feet. The other woman who did my fill and gel was great, she even mentioned she would get her to massage my feet since it was not included. When t My mail lady told to woman who did my feet, she came back to argue with me and I didn't get my massage. I really wanted to like this place, the shop is gorgeous, and they all seemed to be nice, but to not receive a massage for a pedicure is weird to me. read more

Paradise Nails, open 7 days a week, is a little gem of a nail salon on Alhambra near Folsom Blvd in Sacramento. Offering every kind of manicure and pedicure service as well as basic waxing, its technicians are more than competent and all seemingly perfectionists. Its color choices are endless, its pedicure chairs comfortable, its sanitation practices acceptable and its finished product more than desirable. Jeannie in particular is an excellent manicurist and works wonders with even the most beat up of nails. I recommend Paradise Nails without reservation. I got a gel manicure and my friend got a gel pedicure. My nail tech's name was Jennie and she was so kind, she really took the extra time on my nails and massages. I got the paradise manicure which includes sugar scrubs, parafin wax, mud mask, and an oil/Himalayan salt massage along with polish and clean up of the nail. I definitely recommend her! The prices are fair and the environment is relaxing. Both my friend and I can see this place becoming a regular spot. read more

I'm a regular here and I'm always pleased with my service. Staff is always really nice and patient (I take forever to pick out a color). They are always open to doing nail designs too which isn't always easy to find with a salon around Sac! Paradise is always very accommodating and will try to fit you in if they have the time. 1pm Gel x removal (other salon) and hard gel set…read more FYI-The person who removed my nails was not the person who did my hard gel set. Before I received my requested soak off the nail tech did utilize another nail tip to push up my lifting(?) Until it couldn't go anymore then proceeded to cut it off before applying the acetone and foil. The person doing so did seem nice and checked to make sure I wasn't hurting, but whenever that nail tip comes out it gives me the ick. I believe I paid $65 for my hand set which didn't include the design that the tech did discount off. This is my first time trying hard gel and my whole purpose is trying to grow out my natural nails. I asked to see if the tech could use the hard gel to make my shorter nails the same length as the longer ones but this wasn't possible- she'd have to cut my nails done, add tips then the gel which defeated my whole purpose. I do think the gel could've been applied a bit thicker? I got them done three days ago and my pinky nail unfortunately begun to chip. I also noticed that some parts of my nails are actually bare/lacking from any gel/polish, and after taking these photos I noticed my flowers are actually lacking symmetry as well. The lady doing my gel set seemed to become a little frustrated when I wouldn't hold my hand upside down stiffly (again 1st time with hard gel). She also laughed when I asked for a multi-flower design a cause my nails are too short. Sigh. 3pm - two pedicures The lady who did my pedicure was EXTREMELY kind- my feet came out soft- massage was nice- however, my only remark is to ask regarding nail shaping- I've NEVER had a circular toe shape in my life these babies are usually more square and sharp, but by the time I actually looked it was too late. Also, not sure what happened with their scheduling but my friend ended up waiting almost an hour before her pedicure was started (I already finished mine) and we left around 5pm from our 3pm appointment. The store is cute and small you'll almost miss it if you drive too fast. It's just not for me.

Note that when you do chrome- you always wanna choose contrasting colors! Dark polish with light chrome on top or light polish with pigmented chrome...
