A nail salon in East Sacramento that has a parking lot!!!! Yaaaas! Okay my gf recommended me this place! She was for sure on to something! I got a fill and a pedicure. I got the luxury pedicure!! It was great. While I was getting my pedicure a tech was doing my nails. I felt like a queen getting truly pampered. Unfortunately I can't remember either on of their names but they were both so sweet, professional and FAST!!! I'm saying I got a pedicure with gel and a fill in less than an hour 30. This place takes care of you. The quality is great! I love my pedicure and my nails. I can't wait to make this my new salon! Thank you all for taking such great care of me. Don't skip this place! read more

I stopped by for my apt on Saturday. My rainbow flame nails for Pride Month were hand-painted by Lin! Decent design, but on the pricy side at $130. Salon was named after the owner's daughter! Sweet staff! 4/5 stars! read more

I've been coming here almost two years and I'm never disappointed. Everyone at the shop is kind and welcoming no matter how long it's been, and all the artists are extremely talented and gentle. I come back as often as I can, I love it here read more

Major Mixed Feelings... I have come here three times and have gotten the following designs: french dip manicure with tip, regular dip, and dip with tip. I would recommend getting the french manicure with tip because they can dip the tip, which was very impressive. All of the designs by Emily are extremely cute and not too expensive. The reason that I wrote that I had major mixed feelings about coming here was that after my third dip mani cure. One of the nails came off, which was extremely painful. I didn't feel like get my nails redone so I let the nails come off. I didn't realize how far Emily grated the top of nail, so it was extremely painful when the middle finger came off. My nail was so thin that it started bleeding underneath the nail. This was so painful and I don't think that I will ever get my nails done there again. I feel like it was unnecessary to go that far into the nail bed. I was also upset that I paid $85 with tip for this to have happened. read more

Went back to have nails repainted (by the owner Mimi). They looked good when she finished but later on I noticed that four nails had grooves/dents. I will not be returning. Additional update: I asked for a partial refund since there were still issues and got push back. When I pressed the issue she offered a $20 refund. This morning the paint is coming off on one nail so now I'm going to have to get them all repainted elsewhere. ChatGPT basically said the problem sounds like they haven't had specialized training in how to use gel polish (because it behaves differently than regular polish). read more

I have been coming to Nefeli for a lil over a year now. From the first experience to now, it has always been such a great time. I leave Nefeli every time with such a satisfaction through my mani and pedi. Lynn and Tina are my go to, though all the ladies are super sweet and amazing! I always appreciate the welcoming vibes in there. Thanks for always being the best! See ya'll in a couple weeks. read more

I've had great pedicures here before, but today was my first gel manicure with them. Emily gave me perfect nails in no time, checking in often to see if I liked the shape and color. Don't be fooled by those larger, more expensive salons (like I was last week and walked out with the worst manicure I've ever had for twice as much). read more

I was really excited to try this shop for these particular nails I had seen. I was in complete shock with the price, since it was over double from my normal salon. While I absolutely loved my nails, I've never paid $110 for my nails...not including tip. Then 5 days later one of the gems fell off. Now I'm very disappointed. The vibe also just seemed off, I will not be returning. It wasn't a good first impression, and now it's sadly my last. read more

Such sweet people and excellent design work! I went on a Saturday afternoon, wasn't too busy and a very good vibe in the salon, with calming music and such. I absolutely love how my nails can out, and the price is not bad compared to other places nearby. Will be back again!! read more

I just had the best Nail experience of my life! I came here because my usual place doesn't like to do designs. I am extremely picky and they did an amazing job with the design I requested. The design I requested was very detailed and she did a spot on job. I also got a pedicure while I was here and I highly recommend the milk and honey pedicure.Myfeet and nails look amazing and I will definitely be coming back to see Emily for future nail designs. They were playing some relaxing music, which set my mind at ease. read more

Tucked away in a shopping center. After coming to this nail place three times I can honestly say I am overall pleased with their service. Not only do they listen to their customers, but they kindly were willing to repaint my nails when I was very unhappy. It always feels awkward when you express you're not happy, but they were open to my comment and willing to fix it. I only use regular polish, typically last me 1.5 weeks if I let them dry completely. The shop itself unfortunately has a very strong odor of nail chemicals, they keep the door open but it is still super potent. However prices are decent! Everyone is super friendly! They offer a variety of manicures and pedicures with my favorite hot wax wraps! They also have gel, dip, and acrylics. read more

Such good quality pedicures! So gentle and great color selection. Definitely coming back to try some of the cute custom designs!!

We called ahead and were able to fit in 3 manicure's. When we arrived parking can always be a little tricky since the parlor is one of many in a small area but they welcomed us warmly. We were seated right away after we picked our colors. The conversations were nice and when it came time for the scrub, oil, lotion, and all that other fun jazz that comes with the deluxe, it was incredibly relaxing. And the quality of the nails were amazing! They always checked in to see if we liked how our nails were looking as the appointment went along, and at the end they looked fabulous! Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento area. read more

I've been coming to Nefeli Salon for 6+ years now, and as long as I'm in the Sacramento area I will ALWAYS come here for my nails! I'm pretty particular about my nails, and the team at Nefeli nail it (no pun intended lol) every time. What impresses me the most is that I don't even have to worry about requesting a specific nail tech/artist... because ALL the artists who work here are fantastic. Mimi the owner (who is wonderful btw) must have high standards for her staff, because over the years I've had my nails done by probably every tech here, and I've never been disappointed. They're also super kind and patient, like when I'm being indecisive about picking a color... or when it's closing time and I'm the last person there... they never make me feel rushed. Shout out to Mimi, Anna, and all the Nefeli staff--you guys are the best! :) read more

Excellent experience will definitely be back again!! Everyone is amazing!! Two pedicures and one manicure.

I paid $75 for this I asked her if she could clean the cuticle area. She began clipping off my cuticles with the polish then filed my skin didn't want her to continue doing that so I said it looks okay. Paid and left. Maybe she was new but this was one of the worst experiences ever. read more

Went here for the first time with a friend and loved it! Got a Gel X set and a gel pedi. Both turned out great. I showed a picture of the shape, length, and design inspo. I don't remember the name of the girl who did my nails but I highly recommend. I love what she came up with! And the girl who did my pedicure also did an amazing job. Everyone was very kind. They kept apologizing for being short staffed but there was no problem with that. Everyone was very efficient, diligent, and hard working. Deff will be back! read more

This was my first visit here. Small place but we were able to get a same day appointment for 2 nail dips and 1 pedi. We're pretty picky about our nail places but my daughter suggested this place since she had been here once and it's near her new place. We were actually very happy with our visit. They had plenty of dip colors to choose from and shaped our nails just how we like them. The staff were all very friendly and prompt for our appointments. We will be back. read more

Came in for a deluxe pedicure - didn't catch the name of the older woman who did my nails, but she was so gentle! I literally dozed off in the chair. The deluxe pedicure comes with different scent/service options which I liked. Toes look great, and everyone was very nice. I booked through ClassPass, so can't comment on the price much, but I'll be back! read more

When you initially walk in, the staff is friendly. However, once the service starts, it's rushed, even when you've made an appointment several days in advance. When asked how you like the length or shape of your nails, if you make a suggestion it's met with huffiness and resentment. I asked if my cuticles were going to be trimmed and was told it was already was done (it wasn't). When I asked if the nails would be shaped on the top... I was told they had already been done... again they hadn't and they look chunky. I feel when paying between 50.00 to 100.00 for a basic gel manicure the service should be friendly, attentive and well done, not just ok. I cannot recommend Mimi's shop. read more

Anna and Cindy did an amazing job. The dip powder manicure was absolutely perfect and they even fixed one of my nails a couple weeks later. Pedicure was good and has not even started to peal after 3 weeks but I did get weird peeling on the bottom of my foot. I would stick to manicures at this place :) read more

I came here for a fill and the nail tech ruined the good quality work from the previous technician. They were misshapen and sloppy. Luckily I had a good color nail polish to distract from the actual nails. I have since been to another nail salon and I am so happy with my nails. If this is not your regular nail shop then I suggest you keep looking. read more

I can't paint my nails.. and I think I do a better job painting my nails than this salon. Within 24 hours my nails chipped and it has only gotten worse with time. They did not soften my cuticles with water prior to doing a manicure and knicked some skin. It was pretty uncomfortable. I will not return and advise you do the same. Save your money. *eye roll* read more

My daughter and I got same day appointments for pedicures. We chose the "luxury pedicure" which was well priced in comparison to other local salons and took about 45 minutes. They have higher levels of pedicures with more features that would take longer. It was a relaxing experience with hot stone massage, warm towels, good smelling scrub and lotions. The staff acted professional and smiling with no upsell pressure. There were about 3 or 4 other customers but it wasn't loud. It was a nice day outside so they kept the door open and the shop did not smell like acetone. We opted for just a simple polish, not gel or anything fancy but the results were just what we wanted. read more

Everyone was so nice and friendly in the salon when I walked in! So glad I found this place after having a bad experience the last time I got my nails done. I will never go to another nail salon ever again. I will follow Anna to the ends of the Earth. Seriously. She's that good.

Vibe is really relaxed. It's not pretentious which I like. They do a great job with cuticles and when they apply polish/gel/dip... they go all the way to the cuticle ... which I prefer because it extends the wear-ability time. Other places nearby don't go all the way to the cuticle. And it is between two great places to eat! read more
