Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. Jennifer who did my nails was so excited to do so !! Such relaxing pedicures, even for the basic option they really outdid themselves. My grandma has dementia so she can be a little overwhelming but not for them !! They loved her and she had so much fun :,). She couldn't stop raving about how beautiful it was inside, which it was !! First, you get a menu with choices from basic which is great but at each level it gets greater. When you reach the top service- you get the most decadent and transcendent experience. Under new management or business was sold and clients were not informed. I had a scheduled appt a week in advance with Lina and the day of I was shocked to learn she was no longer there after she personally booked my appt. I was told she went on vacation and wouldn't be back for approx 1 month, but I later learned she actually sold or left the salon. I tried to give the new owner/manager a chance since they really nice but my nails broke the next day while I was out of town and I had important plans the following day, which is why I got my nails done in the first place. They originally were not what I had envisioned and I wasn't impressed but it was fine enough. I called to let them know that I had to double pay since I wasn't in town and needed my nails fixed immediately and actually had them done a million times better the 2nd time around, but they wouldn't do anything to make the situation right. Not a credit or a refund. I gave them a chance and really wanted to like it, but I would not go back there and I would not recommend this place under the new management. read more

With lots of research I called and made a same day appointment for them. I had big optimistic dreams of how my nails would look after seeing pictures. The color selection for gel was not as extensive as I wished. It is a smaller salon, which there is nothing wrong with but it can get crowded. The nail artists were nice but the edges on my nails are sloppy and not even. I also had a chip within a week of getting my nails done. I'm not sure if I will be going back. I only go to this place because it's close by but other than that this place has nothing else to offer. The prices are expensive, the customer service is mediocre and the overall quality is subpar. I booked an appointment a few days in advance and when I showed up to my appointment, Lina made me wait 15 minutes before telling me she was going to be another 20. I'll never understand why nail salons take walk ins and make a scheduled appointment wait over 30 minutes for their appointment but after this experience I'll never return here again. My daughter made an appointment for 4:30 for three people. We got to the salon and they had the footbaths ready. We all sit down with only one person ready for the appointment. My daughter and I sat there for a half an hour while only one person was getting their pedicure done. I still had other things to do that day so I dried off my feet and left. Came here on a whim- during my lunch & my regular spot is in Rocklin. Reviews are high but I'm not entirely sure why. Staff was polite and took me right away. I was able to pick a color from a large variety. But the quality of my nails is not what I had anticipated. I asked for a full set with gel. The technician took a while, longest I've sat in awhile. She was unsteady and my acrylics are lumpy and uneven. Unfortunately I picked a light color and the imperfections show. I smudged my nail in the light box, I told her to just paint over it, as I was now very late to get back to work (I fully understand the smudge was not her fault). They do offer a 7 day warranty for a gel chip. But a whole week later, a whole nail fell off, and all nails were chipping color. I am a receptionist so I am truly not that hard on them. I was disappointed with the quality of work. I can typically push a set of nails for 3 weeks and these are not the same. I won't be returning for a full set. Salon is clean and neat which I really appreciate. I would love to come back for a pedicure in the summer time. read more

I got a full acrylic set done on 11/9, I paid $55 and tipped $15 and I walked away satisfied. By 11/17 I had 4 BROKEN NAILS. 4. I called them and asked if I could get something done to fix them and they told me to come in the next day. I get there and they told me they want me to pay to get them fixed. I have gotten acrylic nails before and NEVER have I had 4 nails broken in a week. Absolutely ridiculous. They weren't willing to compromise or give me any sort of refund or compensation. They are under new management and salon definitely got a makeover. They took me as a walk in and spent a lot of time on me. It was a really enjoyable experience. However, I'm not sure if the gel polish they now use isn't as good because TWO of my gel nails chipped within 3 days (generally last at least 2 weeks) and my toe regular polish (which usually lasts weeks before chipping) chipped in just a few days. Its a few dollars more than other salons so for the price I would expect them to last longer than they did.
