Since it was wrapped in a paper towel (and looked like trash) it was discarded. She was devastated. The Staff was Empathetic and understanding and all genuinely concerned. Looking closely, it also appears the dip powder may not have been fully cured or sealed properly because you can still see tiny white spots throughout the nails. I usually don't experience this with fresh sets, so I was disappointed, especially since I initially liked how they looked. I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully this helps with future services.

We were celebrating a birthday. 1 person did not get their pedicure because it was 40 minutes past our appointment time and no one was close to being finished to begin. The one getting a full set didn't begin until 40 minutes past our appointment time. When I asked when they would be getting serviced, the lady responded "we are busy." So what is the point of making an appointment? I came with bare nails as I haven't had a pedicure in a few months. My toe nails became very thin due to wearing gel polish for years, so I took a break. The lady suggested multiple times that I get gel polish because it's so "pretty" and lasts longer, even after I mentioned what gel polish did to my nails. The lady clipped my toe nails too short and did not square my nails. Both of my big toes are not even. The "massage" I received was more so rubbing in lotion. There was no pressure and I kid you not, lasted 2 minutes. Lastly, I do have cracked heels. However, I was left with wax covering the bottom of my heels. She did not bother to wipe it off. There was no towel for me to use.

The first thing I noticed upon walking in was the peaceful atmosphere they have curated with the relaxing spa music, beach videos on the tv, and my fave - - the cloud lights throughout the ceiling. I came in with chopped up nails that I personally messed up by peeling off my previous gel and ripping off hangnails. Tim was kind enough to recommend we do a dip over my natural nails and add tips on some nails to make them look even. I told him I wanted them as short as possible and he executed perfectly. I wanted a chrome color and was super excited that they offered the chrome colors on the dip powder and not just a basic static color. Tim took his time trimming and shaping my nails and provided a professional and great experience. I also got a pedicure that was so relaxing and wonderful. The paraffin wax, offering me water to drink, and the leg massage are all reasons I will come back. I live no where near here but will be making the drive to come back bi-weekly. I loooveee my purple chrome sparkle nails and look forward to coming back again soon. 10/10 would totally recommend.
