I made an appointment for my mother and I for Mother's Day for pedicures. Our appointment was at 3pm and we were not seated until 4. They were very apologetic and were trying to make us as comfortable as we could be while we waited, so I let it go. I figured they would really redeem themselves with the pedicures. I ended up getting the Royal pedicure for both my mom and I, which is $70!!!!! That in itself is super expensive compared to where I am from, but it was Mother's Day and I wanted to treat my mother and I. Well, my pedicure was absolutely horrible!!! The guy that did mine rushed through it, did a poor job of painting my nails and shaping them. My toenails look like a 6 year old did them. My mom's toenails came out nice but I also felt that her pedicure was rushed through. Just because we came towards the end of the day shouldn't be a reason to not get the service that I paid a lot of money for AND we waited for an hour to be seated past our appointment time. I'm going on vacation for my birthday in two weeks and I will have to get my toes done again once I get back home before leaving for my vacation. read more

Nice and clean inside, new and comfortable chairs, friendly people and atmosphere, and the pedicure was wonderful. I have been to several salons in the area, and the prices here are very competitive. I have been here a few times and have always been happy, but I'm very disappointed about the service today. My appointment was at 3:00 and they apologize but didn't start my pedicure until 4:00. Why make an appointment if you're going to have to wait an hour once you get here?? I told the technician MULTIPLE times that I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and to please NOT touch my ingrown toenail. She acknowledged my request, so I was SHOCKED when she dug into the nail! I said, "no, no, no" and she said "yes, yes, yes" and proceeded to dig out the nail that I asked her not to touch. A nail technician should know how dangerous it is to dig into an ingrown nail for a Type 1 Diabetic, and should absolutely honor multiple requests to not do this. Sadly today's visit lost my future business with this establishment. read more

I was kindly offered a complimentary manicure after my last poor experience with gel manicure chipping on the 3rd day. Well....it was even worse this time. I was cut, and pictures really speak for themselves. Oh, and my manicure didn't start until 30 minutes after my appt time, and the lady just left me soaking the old gel off to attend to newly arrived guest without ever coming back until I called for someone as I was running late. I was charged $32 for removal of gel and a "manicure" My nails have never looked worse! They are extremely scratched, with layers ripped off. There is still chunks of gel on the sides of my nails. It was a really messy job, down to my cuticles being groomed. I've never had this happen before and I was so horrified, I ran out of there. It's going to take some time for my nails to heal and repair themselves, I'm super bummed and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I wouldn't come back here. I spent $160 to not like how my nails came out. It took 3 hours to get a gel pedicure and dip manicure nails. One lady even left after waiting 30 minutes for service. My dip nails came out very lumpy and misshaped. When I asked the tech to re do it he said no it's very busy and to come back. When paying I told the manager (?) I didn't like my nails and then the tech apparently had time to reshape them. However even with the reshaping the nails are uneven and poorly designed. Even with offering a discount (that's available to anyone) I won't be coming back. read more

This place just got remodeled and under new ownership. I recently I got my nails done by Jennifer! Her work is very meticulous and she is gentle. Let me tell you, I was blown away by her work! I got a hot pink/neon pink color just in time before summer ends. The hot pink really stands out and she recommended me to get some gems on my ring finger as well! I got a medium length which is what I usually get. The shop doesn't have that many workers yet so if you booked an appointment or do a walk in, be prepared to wait. theres a few technicians i will go to and i appreciate. I have been here more than 10 times the discounts suck. It doesnt matter if you make an appt or not you still have to wait a long time. I wouldnt reccommend getting a mani and pedi unless you want to hang out for 3 hours. The person that does your pedi is not always the same person that does your mani. Its just annoying. It also doesnt matter if you go really early plan to spend a really long time there. They want as many customers as possible rather the quality. I also notice that nail techs are good and take their time when its not busy. When more and more people walk in they try to rush and go fast. I dont think ill keep going here its legit not worth it its been more than a year and i think im done. i do want to give credit to the nails tech who didnt care about how many people came in and gave good attention and service. Noble and another girl shes deaf im sorry i forgot her name. They are really good :). I would say sandy too but she never noticed me unless i was there with my husband annoying but whatever. My experience getting a pedicure today was okay. It was my first time getting my nails done here. I come here regularly for my lash extensions and am 1000% satisfied with that service. The room for pedicures is open and relaxing, and there are enough chairs that it never feels overly crowded or busy. My pedicure itself was very relaxing. I had a wonderful massage and the person that helped me was very sweet. The service itself was great. It wasn't until I came home that I noticed that she didn't do a great job with nail polish and she didn't shape my nails. I should've been paying attention I guess. The polish is thicker and doesn't go down to my nail bed on my big toe, but she did one coat of polish down to the nail bed so there's a big line between the part that had multiple layers of polish, and the one coat that goes to my nail bed. I can't really tell if she did my cuticles or not but it was supposed to be included too. I'm just disappointed because I never treat myself to getting my nails done and I feel like it'll grow out weird. The massage chair was the best massage chair I've used at a nail salon though. read more
