My nail gal of 25 years retired in 2024 so I've been on the hunt for a new home shop. I like going to the same nail tech every time I get a fill (not as important for pedicure). After working out at In-Shape next door, I walked over to Envy to make an appt. I had no idea who they were going to have do my nails in a couple days but I didn't know anyone there yet so I left it up to chance. I went in for my appointment as scheduled and I was instructed to take a seat in one of the pedicure chairs and I soaked my feet for a little bit while "Sue" finished up a customer's nails. I am one of those strange people that don't like my legs to be massaged. I like a pretty basic pedicure ($27) but I do like the paraffin wax ($8). So this was a great option without all the bells and whistles (they have those too). My husband will enjoy the ones with the bells & whistles. Here is the highlight. The cost of a fibreglass fill is the same as most Roseville shops--$40. But my nails look better than they have in months. They have not been this smooth since my regular gal. I've been trying to find a new home shop but keep on being disappointed. Some of the unevenness and waves have been a real letdown. I was so pleased that I immediately sent a picture of my nails to my friends when I got to my car! I think I found my new home. Nice shop, nice chairs and workers seem very pleasant. Super easy parking. We made an appt ahead of time and walked right in and sat down. Price point is awesome at $28 for a pedicure and you choose two add ons. Additional are $5 a piece. Total experience was a little over an hour between hot stone massage, pedicure and scrub treatment. Staff was amazing. Definitely returning. read more

I've been to a few salons and they did the process differently here than the other places, which wouldn't concern me if it didn't start breaking down right away. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! I decided to try this salon because of the convenient location. This was the most horrible experience for my mother, my daughter and I. My 12 year old was cut with a file on 9 out of her 10 fingers while getting a dip. When I was talking to my daughter and she was showing me her cuts, the tech who did her nails rushed over and started yelling in another language. The owner then came over and asked what was wrong. While I was explaining and showing the owner the cuts on my daughters hands, the nail tech continued to shout. The owner then said that she must have come in with the wounds and that the tech did not cut her. UNBELIEVABLE!! I further explained that when I came in I asked what the price was for a pedicure and gel french polish. I was told it was $28 for pedicure and $10 for french gel polish. Then after my pedicure started the tech asked if I wanted gel french. I said yes and she told me it was $13 extra. The next tech came along and then upped the price to $15 extra. SO JUST TO BE CLEAR WITH IN 5 MINUTES OF STARTING MY PEDICURE THE PRICE WENT UP TWICE AND THEY WERE USING DIRTY TOOLS. Just before my pedicure the tech went to cut the 1st toe nail and I stopped her because someone else's toe nail was still in the clipper... EEEWWW! The tech was litterally shouting at me and calling me names. The owner looked embarrassed, however when I pointed out that I was screamed at and called names she just dismissed what had happened. I paid and left with out finishing the full services that we originally ordered. read more

It was cute work but they really messed up my cuticles. Many of them were bleeding and it hurt. It's not healthy to push the cuticles back so far. Now they look like this. I've never had them look this bad. My usual nail technician knows not to do this and anyone to does this to your cuticles isn't experienced enough to know that it's the #1 way to get an infection because of the exposed cuticle and how easily bacteria can reach your body since we use our hands every day. I will not be going back to this salon because of this reason. read more

I've been coming to this salon for about 2 years, usually an amazing experience. Every nail artist there has done my nails & usually they are all beyond amazing. These last two weeks have been hell with them, though. I went in for a fill & it was by far my favorite one I've done. Less than a week later, all the paint started chipping off. This has never happened to me, ever. So, I went in for a color change hoping it was just a one time thing. It was closer to closing, so I understand rushing but there were two fingers I specifically asked Xu to fix because they were warped and misshapen. She quickly filed them & I had to leave. Not even three days later they're chipping on the exact fingers I asked to be fixed. I'm really disappointed because I love the people who work here, but I'm definitely not going back. If you want the best service here, ask for Holly. She's the friendliest, sweetest and will make sure you love your nails. So sad I have to say goodbye to it. read more

Absolutely horrible! Save your money! I spent almost $140 to have a pedicure, fill with gel and a full wax. The two employees who did my pedicure and fill rushed the service. My feet were left looking the same way before I ever had the pedicure and my gel fill came off the next day. It took 2 days of calling to finally get an appointment to fix my fill and the same day the employee fixed my nails the gel came off again. I'm not sure if it's cheap products or poor quality of work but I regret ever spending my money at this establishment. read more

OK this is my new favorite place to get my pedi's and eyebrow wax. Nance was the best with the pedi. The only thing I missed were those hot egg shaped rocks that other salons sometimes use. But otherwise, for $30, I got their best pedi that included the sea salt and wax. She also did the best design I've ever had. They provided me water while I soaked my feet. I also got an eyebrow wax and it was quick and perfect. Also well priced at only $8. LOVE LOVE LOVE read more

I am a local, and visited here for the first time to try it out. I was greeted by the nicest folks, the place is very clean and Miss Holly and Mr. Toto took very good care of me. I was impressed by how they LISTENED TO ME. I wanted a couple of details and I was specific and they delivered. Miss Holly is gracious and VERY skilled. Mr. Toto has magical hands when it comes to the pedicure OH MY! HE'S WONDERFUL. The massage chairs WORK! I can recommend Envy Nails. And by the way, Miss Holly said if there's ever something wrong or needs changing she said "tell us, we fix for you." She has been there 14 years, and had her own place so she knows this business very well. They are talented yes, but too, they are professional and kind and reasonably priced. read more

They were very patient and waited as I ran across the street to western union due to a family emergency. She did a beautiful french tip with a pink pearly coat before the clear seal...... No longer is this a 5 star nail salon as they are requiring their customers to sign a hold harmless agreement or your business is refused. After you have an appointment, wore the required mask, sanitized your hands, washed your hands, took temperature, sat in chair with feet in water soaking to be handed a hold harmless agreement to read and sign. But if you dont they are sorry they cant service you. Explained, that already hold your business harmless by following all of your rules to get service. Oh well their loss. Dont know how many of you would sign one, but I will not be for anyone and I dont have to. Plenty of Nail Salons in town for a pedicure. read more

If I could give negative 3 stars I would. The lady on the front right side (when you walk in) did my nails. Horrible job, bad attitude, and they do NOT know how to take off dip powder or apply it. DO NOT GO HERE. I don't know how these people have good reviews. Don't waste your money!!!!!!! Go to Tracy at Sunrise nails she is THE best. She was on vacation so I decided to give this place a try: worse idea I've ever brought to action. I was shaking I was so upset. The lady did not soak my nails to get the powder off; instead, she ripped the powder off with the cuticle trimmer. I've been growing my nails out for so long and she breaks my index finger nail with that thing and blames it on my "thin nails." No lady, soak each nail like normal people do with the foil and cotton and scrape off the powder. I decide to stick it out and give her the benefit of the doubt and let her apply the powder. She applies the powder and my nails look like they are grown out like two weeks. I made her re-apply it. She tells me "this was for cleaning purpose" uuum no. This is not my first time getting my nails done. Anyway, when I left I wanted to rip that "customer satisfaction guarantee" banner off. Bad bad BAD experience. I love these guys!!! I can't remember his name, but I think he's only guy there....he's funny, lol, and quick too. Did a great job of my nails for my wedding. He did a good job months ago on my pedi as well. They are also so nice there and accomindating. There was a wait when I went in last time so instead of my waiting in the front, they had me chill in the back on the massaging chairs with a mag while I waited. Even brought me out a little bottle of water. Way cool. I must say the decor is a little 80sish but the price is reasonable and you don't get that "they're talking about in another language" feeling either. I normally do my nails myself (yes even the acrylic), but it's nice to have someone else do it once in a while especially for special events in which case I b line straight to this place. read more
