I was so happy with my nails after a full set and pedicure, unfortunately within a day or so my big toe started looking infected. I've been to 20 nail salons for pedicures and never ever got an infection. My Gel Princess pedicure also started peeling off after a week

Ghetto, dirty, crawling with BUGS, unprofessional, unsanitary, absolute disappointment. You can absolutely find a better salon within the same area. I can't believe this place exists. I will never go back. I had planned to get a pedicure from them. I don't even feel bad that I lied during my manicure and told them I had to leave after for an emergency. Had the tips to my nails not already been glued on, I would have LEFT, but I was not trying to have an issue with these people. So I powered thru and still ended up disappointed. The nail tech didn't want to do dip power on the tips and insisted on using the acrylic application. It left reside from the acrylic under my nails and looks awful. You can see the extra layers when my nails are in the light. Run from this place.

Everyone was welcoming as I came into a nice, clean shop. I was directed over to John, an amazing nail artist! He slayed it! He was so detail oriented and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my nails. I also received a complimentary water. John is AMAZING. Someone messed up my nails so bad and made my nails so thick and he struggled but NEVER complained about getting them off and extremely gentle. I fell in love immediately with my new set, and they gained a new loyal customer.

Got my nails done today. Opened a cupboard tonight and broke a nail right off! I'm so not happy with this place. John did not file my nails right and they were way too thin. I will not be back. The thing that sucks the most is my nail person, June referred me to him. Ugh. Moving on.

I just wanted to come on here and say that I have gone to this place for 6+ years. They are absolutely amazing. I go to Timmy and Hannah. John is also really great at doing nails. I have never had any kind of infection or problem from them and I have got my nails and toes done by them religiously for 6+ years with ZERO problems. Not only my nails but my daughters, my nieces, my sisters, and my mom all get their nails done here as well. I seen a recent comment about a toe infection, I have never had anything like that happen to me with T Nails. They do an AMAZING job. I WONT go anywhere else. When I lived in the mountains 2 hours away, I still drove to T Nails to get my nails done, they are one of a kind! Trust and believe I would not be driving two hours for no reason. I recently moved to Elk Grove from living right by the salon and I again drive all the way there to get my nails done. I'll never cheat on my nail guy or lady lol. I'm faithful to them FOREVER LOL! read more

The quality of the polish is reason for 4 star review, not the salon service. Had appointment to go do mani pedi, was supposed to have company for an additional pedi, but since the canceled I request upgraded service for princess with gel. The pamphlet said princess included paraffin wax, but this was not part of it? Pedicure is absolutely beautiful with flower design and gel polish. Manicure has some problems. First, great care was taken on my manicure as it had been a while I was in desperate need for cuticle clean up. Great job! Problem is polish, gel not used. I thought color selected maybe wasn't in gel? and that's why. Classic polish done. Sat for bit to dry. About 3 hours later after departing spa when opening wine bottle polish one two fingers got ruined. It squished polish as if under coats never dried. Went back to Salon next afternoon and the nails were fixed with no charge. Looked good. I am happy with it. But, One day later the nail polish is already chipping off. I am already away from town for vacation and treated myself before going. But the poor quality of the nail polish has made my manicure ugly quickly. The staff were great, friendly, professional. The establishment was clean. And experience there was great. read more

He is very professional and makes sure to ask questions while he's doing your nails to make sure that you get what you want. The shop is clean and everyone there is friendly. Great salon, staff is very friendly and very thorough for nails and pedicures. They are very nice when talking to you and speak very professionally when talking to each other. They are very through with the nails making sure they are straight and not crooked. With pedicures they do nice feet massage and feels like you're at a spa. Great experience would definitely go again and recommend. read more

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I made an appointment on Friday for Dip Powder, today is Monday and it's starting to come off already. The service was ok but I noticed there was something not right with the application since I could barely feel my nails being touched during the service. It's upsetting because this usually starts happening on the second or third week, not third DAY. My dip powders usually last a long time. The service was cheaper, but what is the point of being cheaper (still $50 bucks without tip) if I'll have to have my nails done in less than a week. Disappointed. read more

You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this salon. Over the past year, many of their best technicians have left, and I've noticed a significant decline in consistency. I understand that prices increase over time, and I don't mind paying more for quality service. In fact, they've raised their prices again, and I have no issue with that. My concern is that I'm paying premium prices but receiving vastly different experiences depending on which technician I get. I routinely receive the same services, yet the quality, attention to detail, and even the steps included in the service vary from technician to technician. Sometimes the service is excellent, and other times it feels rushed or incomplete, despite paying the exact same price. During my most recent visit, I brought these concerns to the manager's attention. While they listened, I was still charged the full amount and no effort was made to address the inconsistency or acknowledge my dissatisfaction. As someone who has supported this business for over a decade, that was incredibly disappointing. To be fair, the salon is beautiful, stays current with the latest nail trends, and their technicians are capable of creating intricate, modern designs. However, when you're charging premium prices, customers should be able to expect a consistently high-quality experience regardless of which technician they are assigned. After more than 10 years of loyalty, it's disappointing to say that I'll be looking elsewhere. There are other salons in the area charging similar prices that provide a more consistent experience and better overall value. The woman that did my pedicure had the drill up so high on my thin toenails that she definitely damaged the nail.

Had the most AMAZING experience this afternoon. Found them on Apple Maps as a last minute vacation by my usual shop tech caused the cancellation of my appointment. I have never been more satisfied by not only the quick service but also the unforgettable atmosphere of a nail salon! John was very gentle when removing my previous full set and did an amazing job conducting the new one.
