I am not satisfied with the service I received. Coco Nails Spa used to be the spot I'd come for pedicures. Since the new employees and upgrade with the inside, the service hasn't been the same for me personally. We booked an appointment for 4, 3 pedicures and 1 full set. We were celebrating a birthday. 1 person did not get their pedicure because it was 40 minutes past our appointment time and no one was close to being finished to begin. The one getting a full set didn't begin until 40 minutes past our appointment time. When I asked when they would be getting serviced, the lady responded "we are busy." So what is the point of making an appointment? I came with bare nails as I haven't had a pedicure in a few months. My toe nails became very thin due to wearing gel polish for years, so I took a break. The lady suggested multiple times that I get gel polish because it's so "pretty" and lasts longer, even after I mentioned what gel polish did to my nails. The lady clipped my toe nails too short and did not square my nails. Both of my big toes are not even. The "massage" I received was more so rubbing in lotion. There was no pressure and I kid you not, lasted 2 minutes. Lastly, I do have cracked heels. However, I was left with wax covering the bottom of my heels. She did not bother to wipe it off. You tell me if you think this looks like a professional did this? A simple pink and white just need to shape and fix 2 nails. Had to go back the next day because one of the ones I told them about out they didn't replace so I thought if they thought it's OK. But nope next day had to come back then was just offered glue. It was a good experience, my nail tech was definitely on FaceTime with someone else through the whole appointment so that was awkward. Half way through he swapped with a lady who did an amazing French tip with chrome finish. I liked that she asked me to approve everything to make sure I liked them, she's the reason I bumped the review from 3 to 4 stars. I ended up paying $65 for a full set with this design. There was a minor imperfection you can see some air bubbles in the picture I took but I was already in the car when I noticed so I didn't bother getting it fixed. read more

There has never been a time where I was left disappointed in fact I've been so pleased that I've referred my family and friends here and we have all remained faithful to Coco Nails. Mai is amazing, she takes her time and takes pride in her work, her daughter is the sweetest, Kevin is awesome, Randy does amazing nails and Helen is a favorite!!! There isn't one person in this shop who will disappoint you. What I love about Mai and Cocos nails is their professionalism, they constantly ask how my visits was or if I need anything. DO NOT GO HERE! As someone in the beauty industry I honor and value appointments. This place does not. I called this morning when they opened at 10am to make two appointments at 12 noon. The person answering the phone took my information and confirmed my appointments. When my Mother-in-law and I arrived no appointments were written in their books ‍ The person at the front desk asked when I made the appointments. I told her that morning. I then noticed a HANDWRITTEN NOTE with my information on the desk and pointed to it. That is when the conversation with the staff in Coco's began. We were asked to sit down. All nail stations were in use and two pedicure stations were being used also. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER and still no tubs were started, no apologies made, nor any indication of when our noon appointment would begin. We stood up and left. I helped my Mother-in-Law into the car and got into my side of the vehicle when an employee ran out after us. I told her we had been waiting more than 15 minutes, we had appointments and she lost two clients. Poor service does NOT deserve a paying customer. Places like this NEED to go out of business when there are other nail salons who go above and beyond and HONOR appointments that have been made. Again, as someone who currently works in the beauty industry, I am well aware of how COVID has impacted business and individuals, including myself. This is all the more reason why honoring customers and their appointments is paramount. There is nothing more I would rather do that help promote fellow businesses during this time who do their best and leave a glowing review and suggest their services. This was not the case. I came in initially asking for a soak off to get my acrylics off so I can get a new set in a few days and a man comes to do it for me. I asked three times for a soak off because I didn't want any damage to my natural nails. He used a harsh drill to grind the jewels off which caught the lifting acrylic and ripped it off with some of my natural nail and did the same to another nail and also cut me. He started removing them and with a nail tip rather than doing the soak off like I asked and when I told him that's not what I want, he said it would be "easier this way" and that a soak off would "take too long". My nails are all damaged and it's clear he did not have any regard for my nail health and wanted me in and out as fast as possible. Did not receive the service I asked for and I really regret choosing to come here rather than doing the soak off myself. read more

Been twice now when visiting family and love it here! We're able to sit right down when we arrive. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They never pressure you to add any services you're not wanting. They take their time to make it enjoyable but not so long that you feel antsy to get out of there. My nails always look very clean and well done, and the foot and hand massages are great. I asked the lady multiple times at different points in the service for different things and she ignored me each time. To the point where I had to ask someone next to me am I not speaking loud enough?
