You tell me if you think this looks like a professional did this? A simple pink and white just need to shape and fix 2 nails. Had to go back the next day because one of the ones I told them about out they didn't replace so I thought if they thought it's OK. But nope next day had to come back then was just offered glue. I said naw I need a replacement. Every nail has extra acrylic overhang and the nails are flat. I need a nail tech that just does a good job no matter whose in their chair.

It was a good experience, my nail tech was definitely on FaceTime with someone else through the whole appointment so that was awkward. Half way through he swapped with a lady who did an amazing French tip with chrome finish. I liked that she asked me to approve everything to make sure I liked them, she's the reason I bumped the review from 3 to 4 stars. I ended up paying $65 for a full set with this design. There was a minor imperfection you can see some air bubbles in the picture I took but I was already in the car when I noticed so I didn't bother getting it fixed.

I came in initially asking for a soak off to get my acrylics off so I can get a new set in a few days and a man comes to do it for me. I asked three times for a soak off because I didn't want any damage to my natural nails. He used a harsh drill to grind the jewels off which caught the lifting acrylic and ripped it off with some of my natural nail and did the same to another nail and also cut me. He started removing them and with a nail tip rather than doing the soak off like I asked and when I told him that's not what I want, he said it would be "easier this way" and that a soak off would "take too long". My nails are all damaged and it's clear he did not have any regard for my nail health and wanted me in and out as fast as possible. Did not receive the service I asked for and I really regret choosing to come here rather than doing the soak off myself.

I have been coming to this nail shop for as long as I can remember. There has never been a time where I was left disappointed in fact I've been so pleased that I've referred my family and friends here and we have all remained faithful to Coco Nails. Mai is amazing, she takes her time and takes pride in her work, her daughter is the sweetest, Kevin is awesome, Randy does amazing nails and Helen is a favorite!!! There isn't one person in this shop who will disappoint you. What I love about Mai and Cocos nails is their professionalism, they constantly ask how my visits was or if I need anything. I love that they are so personable and greet me by calling me by my first name. Even through the pandemic they have tried their best to meet their customers expectations. If you aren't happy or think something can be changed speak up and talk to Mai she will make it right. I'll forever be a customer!!

Horrible experience. Would never come back & would not recommend to anyone I cared about. Customer service was horrible. I asked the lady multiple times at different points in the service for different things and she ignored me each time. To the point where I had to ask someone next to me am I not speaking loud enough? A damn shame. And all for my nails to come out thick and ugly. Do better.

I absolutely love this place. Mai is the absolute best. She's a real perfectionist. I highly recommend coming here.

I am not satisfied with the service I received. Coco Nails Spa used to be the spot I'd come for pedicures. Since the new employees and upgrade with the inside, the service hasn't been the same for me personally. We booked an appointment for 4, 3 pedicures and 1 full set. We were celebrating a birthday. 1 person did not get their pedicure because it was 40 minutes past our appointment time and no one was close to being finished to begin. The one getting a full set didn't begin until 40 minutes past our appointment time. When I asked when they would be getting serviced, the lady responded "we are busy." So what is the point of making an appointment? I came with bare nails as I haven't had a pedicure in a few months. My toe nails became very thin due to wearing gel polish for years, so I took a break. The lady suggested multiple times that I get gel polish because it's so "pretty" and lasts longer, even after I mentioned what gel polish did to my nails. The lady clipped my toe nails too short and did not square my nails. Both of my big toes are not even. The "massage" I received was more so rubbing in lotion. There was no pressure and I kid you not, lasted 2 minutes. Lastly, I do have cracked heels. However, I was left with wax covering the bottom of my heels. She did not bother to wipe it off. There was no towel for me to use. read more

Lee was AMAZING!! Design and shape are on POINT! The only thing I think could improve is a harder/deeper massage for my pedi, but he was very attentive, nice and did I mention THE SHAPE 10/10 Def found my new spot! And it was SUPER clean! read more

This is the best place I have ever been. I have been coming here for 3- 31/2 years. I work with my hands and have never been able to keep nails on until I started coming here. Always great service makes me feel like I am the VIP. Very accommodating to my work schedule. Always recommend COCO'S NAILS to everyone whom comments on my nails which is very often. DO NOT GO HERE! As someone in the beauty industry I honor and value appointments. This place does not. I called this morning when they opened at 10am to make two appointments at 12 noon. The person answering the phone took my information and confirmed my appointments. When my Mother-in-law and I arrived no appointments were written in their books ‍ The person at the front desk asked when I made the appointments. I told her that morning. I then noticed a HANDWRITTEN NOTE with my information on the desk and pointed to it. That is when the conversation with the staff in Coco's began. We were asked to sit down. All nail stations were in use and two pedicure stations were being used also. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER and still no tubs were started, no apologies made, nor any indication of when our noon appointment would begin. We stood up and left. I helped my Mother-in-Law into the car and got into my side of the vehicle when an employee ran out after us. I told her we had been waiting more than 15 minutes, we had appointments and she lost two clients. Poor service does NOT deserve a paying customer. Places like this NEED to go out of business when there are other nail salons who go above and beyond and HONOR appointments that have been made. Again, as someone who currently works in the beauty industry, I am well aware of how COVID has impacted business and individuals, including myself. This is all the more reason why honoring customers and their appointments is paramount. There is nothing more I would rather do that help promote fellow businesses during this time who do their best and leave a glowing review and suggest their services. This was not the case. Been twice now when visiting family and love it here! We're able to sit right down when we arrive. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They never pressure you to add any services you're not wanting. They take their time to make it enjoyable but not so long that you feel antsy to get out of there. My nails always look very clean and well done, and the foot and hand massages are great. The massage chairs are always an excellent bonus. Will come back anytime I'm in the area! read more

Once again Mai nailed it! No pun intended I am always extremely satisfied when Mai does my nails. Every time I am in their shop I always hear satisfied customers no matter who is doing their nails or pedicures. Their pedicures are also the best I have had anywhere in town. I would highly recommend going to this shop and experiencing a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. You will leave very satisfied and definitely will want to return and won't want to go anywhere else. Probably one of the worst places I have been to. Paid for a pedicure service , barely got any massage. All the dead skin is still on my feet. My toenails are chipped even after having them redone . Nail technicians are extremely rude salon is very dirty . Would not recommend and will not be going back.. read more

Never coming here again, I just moved near the neighborhood and it was my first time here. I didn't get the nails I wanted, I asked how much it would be from the beginning the guy said $45 and I was charged $60 and the staff is rude af!. I hate this place I seriously regret coming here! The first pic is what I wanted on that one nail and the second pic is the disaster I got! . I told the guy I wanted an all white nail on my ring finger with that cute pinkish marble design and he gave me a weird ombre with gray crap! I am so upset!! read more

I do NOT recommend going to this place. The lady who did my nails I believe her name was Kim did a horrible rushed job on my nails. My nail broke In half because of the way she did them. I'm so angry and highly suggest you find somewhere else to go. read more

I've been a customer here for over a year and love them! I previously patronized a few other nail salons in the area and had lackluster results. The technicians at CoCo are great! They stay up-to-date on the latest trends and want to make sure you're happy with the finished product. They take walk-ins but I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Their prices are fair and they have plenty of long time customers of all genders, which speaks of their overall quality and customer experiences. read more

My mother and I came here after a long time. There is a new owner so we decided to try it out again. I got a fill and my mom got a regular manicure. Her manicure was good. But my fill was the complete wrong color. And they charged $40!!! For a fill!! Completely unreasonable for only 15 minutes of his time. There were no prices on the wall, and when my mom asked how much the manicure was the guy at the front desk gave a annoyed look. I think the old owners were better with customer service and skills...! read more

I received an absolutely excellent pedicure! My feet haven't been this soft for years! My calluses were removed more thoroughly than ever before. Amber did an excellent job and gave me a great long massage on my legs and feet. I would recommend this business and I will return for sure! read more

I will never go back to this salon the service is very bad the guy who works at seat 5 is the worst I got nail fungus he was such in a hurry, getting all mad because he got a little nail polish on his hand when doing my nail. My nails started chipping 2 days after going here. I never had a problem there until this guy did my nails. Do yourself a favor and don't go there. If you decide to do not let this guy do ur nails read more

I came in with a friend and I have observed the staffs. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. I would recommend my family or anyone I know to this salon. They are VERY clean. With the pandemic going on. They follow up to CDC standards. They disinfected their door handle just little thing I noticed that other salons don't do. I work in a medical field so I know the disinfectant process. Watching the receptionist and staffs DISiNFECT the pedi chairs. I can smell the cleanliness. Needless to say, management is awesome. I was looking around and noticed their sign saying. "If you like our services tell someone. If you don't like our services tell us.". So management is very important. I love this place! Even I didn't get anything done, they offered me complimentary drink.! This location is peaceful. If anyone wants a relaxing pedi/mani...environment, this is it. Friendly staffs. UPDATE: Today 7-13-20 I came in to get these beauties done and as I sit in Mai's chair NEWSOME comes on live shutting all nail salons down again! This is BS! Mai I love ya and I'm praying for you and all the wonderful crew at Coco's! My heart goes out to you all! I was so excited when Mai texted me letting me know they were back open. I made the appointment and as always enjoyed my time. Mai is the sweetest and she always puts in extra time on my nails. They always come out amazing. With working in the healthcare it's hard to really imagine going back into a nail salon, but they did one hell of a job with following guidelines and making sure everyone has a masks. I got my first Acrylic set at Coco nails and I've never gone to another salon. This is my first Dip Set and I can not stop looking at my nails. Ive never had a broken nail from their sets and they last me over a month. They are all very attentive to detail and I always leave with a smooth, flawless manicure. My girlfriend was very pleased with her recent visit to CoCo Nail Spa. The shop is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and her nails turned out exactly how she wanted them. I've never had a bad experience since going here. It's been years now and even if I try to go somewhere else I end up right back here. Idc the distance I have to drive I refer everyone here. I've been going to this spa for years - since before the management change. It's a nice, clean place with lots of options. I personally go to Kevin - he does an amazing job on my dipped powder nails. He knows what he's doing and my nails always look natural and not thick/fake. I highly recommend this spa! read more

Unfortunately, this was a negative experience from start to finish. There was no greeting, the service felt rushed, and the technician handled my hands roughly. The owner seemed disengaged and more focused on her phone than the salon. Overall, it didn't feel like a place that values its customers. read more

Done by Helen was with cuticle shaping. I do have clubbed nails and they curve a lot towards the end but I was able to get straight nails for the first time and I am very excited about it!! Very quick service and clean salon. I recommend this salon. read more
