I walked in got seated right away and the owner (I think) and the nail tech were speaking really loudly with me sitting in between, very uncomfortable, for a second I almost up and left it was that bad. I decided to come here on a last minute basis because my regular nail tech is out in Roseville and I live like 3 minutes from this salon and it had decent reviews. I made an appointment again, I don't know why. i pull up for her to tell me, i can't get them done at my appointed time. When she told me not to sign in, I knew she was on bs. Lied straight to my face and tells me they don't do long nails like I haven't been coming to just their salon for two years. Once I leave, she calls me to tell me, no one wants to do my nails because of the previous mistakes THEY made on my nails and personal reasons. So here's a solid five minutes worth of myself shaping my terrible ombré French manicure into slightly the shape I asked for. One nail, and still not right. $50 for weird almond shaped, cloudy, uneven crap. This is the first time I've ever legitimately wanted a refund because my nails looked so bad. Update to your can you please make sure? Seriously? How do you think I showed up to your salon? I YELPED YOUR ADDRESS. Do you want to look up your transactions for about 1:30pm on Friday, January 3rd 2020? Because guess what. I have lifting around the edges of 90% my fingers after less than a week and that new picture is a crack that is going to chip. I've paid $55 for a full set with charms and 3D designs that lasted literally 4weeks before one came off in the past. This is absurd. I paid $50 plus a freaking 25% tip to get in my car and realize my "stiletto shaped acrylic full set with ombré French tips, if that's (literally verbatim) NOT TOO DIFFICULT OTHERWISE PLEASW JUST REGULAR FRENCH. This literally looks like almonds that are painted as weird clouds. Like come on, seriously? I feel like I should be asking to see a license but she literally didn't even tell me her name. If someone is new or doesn't know what they're doing, can you guys like not just be okay with completely destroying people's nails? Like how do I know she didn't completely mess up everything, put the acrylics on improperly, and I will now have damaged nails. Be professional. Train your employees, make sure they know what they're doing, because this is now a health concern. Can you please direct message me the next time you want to question me? Let me start by saying I've been wanting to go here for a long time. So many people had told me that it was an AMAZING place so I said "what the heck, why not?" All I was getting is my fiberglass off. That's all. Atmosphere: Busy. Busy Busy Busy. I scheduled an appointment for 11am and I was there EARLY. It took 5 min to seat me then 30 MIN for someone to just ACKNOWLEDGE me. There were walk ins- I mean people who just walked in came an asked for a full set and were seated and serviced immediately. Service: Less than mediocre. The woman who was servicing me took forever to get to me. When she finally did come over, she took one look at my nails and insulted me, saying they looked awful. She took out a used file (I know it was used because the woman next her had just used it on a client and put it back into the container) and began to work on my nails. Then she took an acrylic nail and proceeded to dig under the fiberglass on my nail- as her way to remove it- OUCH. She took calls all through my service not ever trying to engage in conversation with me. When my service was finished, I had fiberglass still left on my actual nails. Overall Review: Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Use NEW nail files on your clients! Health violation. read more

I was referred to this salon by a friend with fabulous flare nails. I went to the salon around noon on a tuesday afternoon and to my surprise, the place was packed. At first, I was told to come back the next day, but given that I drove over 20 miles to get my nails done, they LET me wait 45 minutes to get seen. So, as I am waiting, and picking out my epic nails, a woman comes in the door like a damn tornado! She is screaming at the little nail technicians as they worked hard on their customers. Then, I realized she was the owner! I was finally seen by a very sweet lady who did my nails very cute with 3D bows. I really liked them. They were super strong and lasted about three weeks before they started to lift. The place is a little far from my house and I really cant have those kind of nails with the type of job I have. Nana (the girl who did my nails) was super friendly, went over what she was going to do and made and example nail, just to make sure it was what I wanted. I liked that she took the extra time to make sure I would be happy with the final result. A bit pricey, but almost all places I called where the same, so I guess that's the going price now. I will be back to do the fill. Depending on how long they last, I may change the rating to five stars. UPDATE: I've had my nails for three weeks and they still look great. Came here for a color change real quick before getting kids. They lady said I was wasting her time. Because the color she put on was see through but that's not what I wanted or what was showed to me. So I asked her to change it resulting in "wasting her time". Also accidentally bumped and she didnt want to fix it when I had her fix she literally was like ugh and starting speaking Asian. So I do want to start off with stating that I am not a person who usually does yelp reviews however I do feel like the situation deserves a review. The entire appointment process was very understanding and flexible however that is the only positive thing I have to say about the salon. I went in and got a pedicure and a so-called dip powder nails. I will state that the pedicure was below average I had to tell her several times What to do and explain myself in regards to what color I wanted. She did not listen to what scent I wanted for the pedicure and I understand that there can't be a language barrier so I tried to keep a positive mindset and went on with Medicare. Once it's time to do my nails The woman is completely lost and has no idea what I'm talking about or what it is that I want. She finishes a Nails and I see the salon is full and do not want to cause any sort of drama so I pay $110 for the services. Once I arrive home I go ahead and give the salon a call to let them know that I absolutely hated the nails I would like to get them re-done they are very accommodating and told me to go ahead and come back and they will fix them. When I go back I am sat with the salon owner and I see sets that she has done and I'm very excited because I think my nails are going to get fixed. She completely rushes the process I asked for Jules to try and fix the horrible tips that she has done. She told me maybe next time and also still charges mean $10 to add some rhinestones. I absolutely hate these nails I have been getting my nails done Consistently for over 10 years so I know a lot about nails. These nails are absolutely embarrassing to be walking around with mind you on my pedicure one Nail was not cut evenly and looks like I'm missing a piece of my toenail. This has been the absolute worst salon experience I have ever encountered and I feel people should know this before it is that they book an appointment. read more

Despite all the bad reviews I decided to give them a shot, I asked for a full set overlay, $40. The owner is rude. Plus gave us the price before they even started our nails and I've never had any nail salon do that. My mom has small nails which makes them hard to work with, La Belle is the FIRST nail salon that has not complained doing her nails and also made them look AMAZING!! My friend and I made an appt for 4 o'clock on a Monday & we were seen right away. She had Annie (who was an absolute gem and was so incredibly nice!!) And I had Yvonne, who was super nice and made my coffin nails look perfect ! My friend was so in love with her nails, she cried.
