When the service was finished and I was shown my eyebrows, they were noticeably uneven and did not match. What was especially concerning was that the technician herself said, "I'm really upset with myself, they don't look good." At that point, I was already very uncomfortable and asked if we could at least make them match. I was told that she did not want to do that because she preferred the longer eyebrow. Eventually, after I insisted that I just wanted them to be even, she adjusted the tail of one eyebrow. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely unhappy with the result and honestly devastated. I ended up sitting in my car and crying for about 20 minutes because my eyebrows looked so different from what I had asked for. Throughout the appointment, there were also several comments about how "brave" I was because the wax was very hot. My skin was extremely red afterward, which was upsetting and uncomfortable. I understand that waxing is an imperfect service and that eyebrows will never be perfectly identical, but I went in asking for a simple cleanup and left feeling much worse about my appearance. What made the experience particularly difficult was that the technician recognized that the brows were not coming out well but still chose not to correct the issue in the way I was requesting. I'm not someone who likes confrontation, which is why I simply said "okay" and "thank you" at the end of the appointment despite being extremely upset. I genuinely wish the situation had been handled differently, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I would like to add I am on lexapro and it takes me a lot to cry. I feel like that says it all.

I've been here twice. Both times were with owner, Genesis. She super sweet, professional, and easy to talk to. Her set up is comfortable enough, she tried to make it relaxing by playing some music but both times it did get kind of warm towards the ends of our session. I like how Genesis really took the time before she started to ask what I wanted and also offered her professional opinion. I felt like she really took a lot of time on me. Our first session, which was full classic lashes, took over 3 hours. I loved how my lashes turned out. Exactly what I asked for. My only complaint, was that my half of the lashes on my left side felt out within 3 days. So I made another appointment for a fill. I told her how they fell out and we came to the conclusion that I am a side sleeper. Again, I really was happy with the outcome. I was positive I did not roll onto my side this time while sleeping. I even wore a neck roll. But within 5 days more than half my lashes were gone. I really like Genesis, and most importantly I was extremely happy with how my lashes looked. Unfortunately, they just didn't last long enough. Lash fills are just too expensive and time consuming to have to come back every few days so I will have to find a new lash place.
