A year ago, I was fortunate to participate in a learning opportunity for a clinician. I was provided treatment with procedures of which I was previously unfamiliar. The results I received from that were amazing. It boost did not only my confidence, also my morale. The comments and compliments I received solidified that this is something I will continue to do. Tina F at Skin Spirit is an amazing and confident practitioner. She heard my concerns. She reviewed my options with me, she made suggestions and we came up with a game plan. Today I had a couple of injections of Dysport across my forehead, between my brows, crows feet, and jawline and neck. Tina is gentle with the application, and continued to check in during the procedure to ensure my comfort. The team at Skin Spirit is welcoming, friendly, and professional. If you're considering or want more information about treatments, they offer, I recommend them highly. Call or go online to see what they offer and make an appointment for a consultation. You won't be disappointed

I had purchased a multisession laser hair removal package for my wife back in March. I had done a…read morelot of research and chose Eternity Med Spa since they had the Soprano XL Diode machine made by Alma Laser and an esthetician with 8+ years of experience. The first two appointments in March and April that my wife had with Angie were a good experience. Everything started to fall apart starting with the June appointment. Angie, the experienced esthetician that had done such a great job, was no longer there, the new lady didn't do a thorough job, then the Soprano laser broke and the replacement machine was older, less powerful, and hurt much more. The next two sessions were such poor experiences that the office manager offered to credit my wife for the sessions. They promised that they were getting the Soprano laser fixed and scheduled her for her next appointment. When she showed up for that appointment, the Soprano still wasn't working, but they didn't bother to notify her before she drove out for her appointment. They continued to promise that the Soprano was getting fixed and scheduled her for further appointments but they were never able to deliver. Since my wife has a neuromuscular condition (that was communicated before the purchase of the laser treatment package), it was very important to keep her on the high quality Soprano machine. With each new appointment my wife would find out that the Soprano still wasn't fixed because she was proactively calling since the staff apparently couldn't keep notes in their system or be responsible for communicating with us. After many canceled and failed appointments we decided we were done with them and just needed a refund. We had many conversations with the office manager and she said on October 27th that they would give us a refund since they were unable to deliver on the services. The doctor that owns the business apparently decided that he didn't want to give a refund and wanted more time to try to get the Soprano fixed, even though they have had months without progress. I had two calls with him but he no longer returns my calls and won't give us a refund. Since he refuses to give us a refund for the services that he can't provide and he won't return my calls, we have requested our credit card company to dispute the charge to get the refund. This has been a terrible experience with this business and a great waste of our time. I recommend that everyone should avoid them at all costs.

I was a customer of Eternity Med Spa for over a year and loved it. Tera ran the business and Angie,…read morewho did the lasering, was excellent. Then one day I showed up for my appointment and the entire staff had changed. They didn't mention anything to me about it when they confirmed over the phone the day before. Plus, when I arrived at my appointment time, the door was locked and I had to stand outside until someone showed up (late). This place used to be great, but there has been a big change of management and the dozens of 4-5 star reviews before May of 2014 do not reflect the current business. For all of you who loved Tera and Angie and you're looking for them again, just search Yelp for "Derma Med Spa" in Sacramento and you'll find them.

Alina did my facial and she was lovely, she seemed very knowledgeable. The extractions were no joke she was even able to remove some early stage sebaceous hyperplasia for me. The hand/arm massage was so nice. It's been about 3 days since my facial, and I wish I had taken pictures because the improvement is so significant. I would definitely recommend Alina, and would 100% go back to her in the future. So thankful she was able to help so much.

When I stated seeing Lisa I was using an acne specific cosmetic line, using 2 types of prescribed topical gels, and trying whatever magic potion or serum I could to get the painful bumps to go away. My first appointment was with Tiffany, PA-C, and my follow-up a couple days ago was with the owner, Heidi, PA-C. Both providers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising…read moreagain, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.
