What I'm trying to say is, is that I really feel that Sue took the time to hear and understand my concerns and from there she worked her magic! The last time I felt this good after a massage was when I received the BEST massage in Thailand. Not even 5 minutes into my massage with Sue, I was breathing heaaaaaavy, not because it hurt in a bad way - but b/c it hurt SO good! I recently went to Vegas, and had my nails done but in the last 2 weeks I've had so may issues with them. Jessica stated that she could help me and told me what her plans would be for me , when I came in . She removed all the bad work the other place did and started over. She used a Clear gel. Lots of curing and shaping. And painted them with a light pink color and then brushed them with chrome dust. They are so pretty. Next time I come in I will be getting the white gel and still go over with the white pearl chrome. She said these will last 4-6 weeks !

I walked out feeling egg like, but after washing, and styling on my own I was a little happier with it. Unfortunately, in my opinion, having your hair cut is an intimate experience where meshing with your stylist is important (at least to me) and it all felt very impersonal. It felt rather rushed, and at times I felt the blade get stuck in my hair because too much was being cut with very swift motions. I have thick hair, and smaller pieces are best to work a blade through. I am grateful to have been fit in sooner, to have cut off my hair, but I give the hair cutting aspect a 3/5.

Judging by previous happy customers with gorgeous hair color results on Yelp, ML Salon definitely showed experience and skill with Asian hair. We walked in and asked Michelle to help us. Despite my daughter's hair being in bad shape, Michelle was able to put toner on the hair and somehow changed the white hair highlights to a darker brown, more natural look. Check out the photos. I called ahead of time to ask about magic straight perm and was informed she could only quote me in person; understandably so. So, I went in a few hours after speaking with the owner on the phone. She quoted me fairly and I accepted. But shortly after, she talked very negatively about my hair. Her comments included that my hair was severely damaged and asked me if I liked my hair cut "like that" nodding to my newly grown in baby hairs (I'm a few months postpartum). I finally informed her that I'm newly postpartum. When she was prepping for the perm, she told me to wash my hair. And pointed me in the direction in which I should go. She told me to take off my glasses, so I walked without them and held them while I sat in the chair. As I was getting situated, she yelled at me as I was navigating the hair wash chair, "move forward!" Several times, aggressively, loudly, when honestly from my perspective it was scooting backward for one, but also I couldn't see without my glasses. It was at this point I was seriously considering just getting up and leaving but she had already trimmed my hair. I'm 3 days post-perm and results look fine, but honestly given my treatment by the owner I will not return. Very disappointed, as I was looking forward to a positive salon experience postpartum.

Her husband is also developing symptoms, and to make matters worse, she JUST had a baby and is terrified of passing the infection to her newborn. Instead of showing concern for a loyal client, Vivian argued with her about a refund and only returned HALF of her money. The owner was also incredibly unprofessional about the entire situation. After a year of giving this business her money, this is how they chose to treat her when something went seriously wrong. Completely unacceptable.
