I'm not sure if this place is still in business. I've left three messages on the answering machine (during business hours) and tried stopping by (again, during business hours). No phone calls returned, no one at business to let me in. I'll spoil my wife elsewhere. read more

She's a true gem. Her level of service and skill are impeccable. I won't go anywhere else. She keeps my skin glowing and radiant and her waxing is 2nd to none. read more

Chris is magic, but the good kind. I'm super picky about my skin health and life, so when I saw her amazing reviews- I knew that many could be wrong. They were right. She's so easy-going and soothing that I felt right at home. The facial I got was incredibly relaxing and felt so good. She was very polite, respectful, and really took the time to get to know my skin before our first session. Even though she's a bit out of my way distance wise, I just might find a way to be in the area at least once a month. Plus, she's incredibly gorgeous and just a pleasure to be around. The kind of person you'd want to be friends with immediately. That says so much. She's fabulous. read more

I came to Chris for a facial I bought from Groupon. This was hands down 5 stars out of 5 stars! The ambiance is relaxing and she's very kind and warm hearted. We had a great conversation about life during my facial. She also gives you a shoulder massage during the facial! As I'm typing this, I am scheduling my next facial. I had the facial done about a week and a half ago and my skin is still radiating. Can't wait to go back for another! I highly recommend you visit her. Support your local businesses, especially one that has many years of experience! read more

I love Heather! I've only ever had waxing here but I'm positive she does an excellent job on the facials as well. I have gone all over the place looking for the right lady to do my bikini waxes taking into account price and comfort level. Heather is by far my favorite. I have been going to her for almost a year now! And I don't plan on changing any time soon. Another plus about Heather is she can be pretty flexible with her time. I have a pretty hectic schedule sometimes and she has always been able to work with me, even coming in when she is normally closed just for me :). I can't speak highly enough of her! She is a great at her job and an awesome person. She remembers almost everything you tell her and asks you about it on your next appoinment. That's excellent customer service in my book! read more

I made an appointment online for my very first facial in January and couldn't wait to go in. Christine is honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met, she is so easy to talk to. When I walked in she greeted me right away and had me fill out a form with information about my skin. We went over it and I pointed out areas of concern. She was very understanding and informative. The facial, wow. So relaxing. I never, ever get "me time". My face felt so clean and refreshed after she was done. I signed up for the "Sparkle" monthly package, it's on auto pay so I get to have some "me time" once a month from now on. I've gone twice so far. Every time I leave, I literally can't wait to go back! Don't hesitate to book an appointment with Christine, you're in great hands and won't be disappointed! read more

This is was my first facial/ Micro dermabrasion I had ever received. I found Chris/Advanced Skin Solutions on Groupon. After doing quite a bit of research on different on aestheticians, their product and services I decided to go with Chris and could not have been more pleased. When I first contacted Chris she was knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions and accommodating. She got me squeezed in on short notice. The office is decorated very chic like. Her room is a spacious with a candle lit glow and soft music in the background- put you right at ease. She got some information for me and went straight in to my Microderm and facial, which was extremely relaxing. I loved it so much I purchased one for my boyfriend. He went if you days after me and was amazed be her skill. Chris with advanced skin solutions was so patient knowledgeable, kind and did incredible work that she's made this experience over-the-top for me not to mention my skin looks radiant. And she wasn't pushy with trying to sell skincare product, either, which was nice. I can't wait to go back for my next facial/ "my me time" read more

Chris is one of the best therapist I have ever visited. She gave me the best facial I've had in my life, for a totally fair price and with the upmost care. Her studio is tucked in in the back of a building and could be hard to find, but inside is beautiful and comfortable and spacious. She is kind and professional, absolutely took her time with the facial and all of the products she used I loved. Even if you think you know what getting a facial is like, I'd recommend visiting Chris if you would like to pamper yourself and feel like that was money well invested! read more

Favorite day of the month! Been coming here for over a year and love it...and my skin looks a lot better too!

I purchased a groupon to use for a facial. Service was excellent. Beautiful space - very spa like and nice. My face looked great and this was so important as I had skin sensitivity issues in the past. Christine was thorough in addressing my needs and wants for the facial and provided a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend. read more

Amazing 90 minute facial! First time ever getting a facial and I loved every minute of it! I highly recommend her!! She starts off asking about your allergies, skin care routine and makeup. I bought a Groupon for a facial and microdermabrasion and experience was amazing! Chris was phenomenal, I'm a pretty tense and busy girl so anytime for relaxation is appreciated but sometimes hard to do! This facial definitely did not feel like I got a great deal on it.. I've had Groupon deals that were rushed and obviously made to cut costs so you get what you pay for. This was completely different, Chris took her time and I nearly fell a sleep! The entire appointment was so spiritual and relaxing. I have fairly sensitive skin and got a little red after the microdermabrasion (not anymore the usual) but Chris made a point of it to text me the following day to check on my skin. She was even sent a thank you note. I couldn't be more pleased with the kindness, attention to detail, and care that Chris took. I'll definitely be back and happy to pay full price for her services!! read more

I found Advanced Skin Solutions though Groupon but went to the website and booked directly instead of going through Groupon. Very happy with my facial! I will definitely be booking another appointment with Chris. My Skin was so soft and glowing. Chris was great and determined what would be best for my skin. read more

Chris is absolutely amazing! She took the time to talk to me about my skin concerns and really listened. She is very friendly, sweet, and easy to talk to. I was extremely happy with my facial. It was the first time I've ever gotten a facial and left with my face feeling clean and not gunky! Thank you, Chris! I will definitely be coming back! read more

I went there yesterday for waxing. Heather does an amazing job and is so nice. I went to her for a Brazilian and it was leaps and bounds less painful that the other lady I had been going to. She makes it a very comfortable environment in what could be a very awkward feeling experience. I highly recommend her. It is a little pricey (around 50ish) but so worth it. read more

I went to Heather for a facial and eyebrow waxing. She did a fantastic job! My skin is still super soft and it's been a few weeks. I really liked that she listened to what I wanted for my eyebrows and gave me a natural look, not overplucked. It is obvious that Heather really cares for her clients. Definite thumbs up! read more

I had purchased a Groupon for the signature facial and since this was very first facial, I didn't know what to expect. I love the convenience of being able to schedule your appointments online. The place is very warm and inviting and Chris just makes you feel at ease, she's very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every minute of my first facial and was disappointed that the hour went by so fast. She gave a wonderful massage along with the facial and everything was very relaxing. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. My skin looks and feels alot smoother. I can't wait for my next one. Thanks Chris! read more

Went in for a facial and Katie was very nice and accommodating. The entrance is actually off of pennsylvania street in an unassuming gray building on the first floor. The facial was an hour long and was totally relaxing. It's a nice quite spa that does everything from facials to waxing. I'm definitely going back to try their chemical peel and sugaring (it's supposed to be less harsh than waxing). read more

I came in for wax with a good hair length, a lot of my hair didn't get waxed completely, later that day I got skin infection and red dots everywhere. Few days later more hair started growing out. Very disappointed. Heather says it's because I'm deeply rooted.. I had soy wax done before and the results were perfect! So, if you believe you're deeply rooted, try somewhere else. read more

Skin heaven! I truly glowed after enjoying a relaxing afternoon pampering my skin and soaking up the great vibration of this soulful place. I thought I knew everything I needed to know about skin and products but I walked out with new information and truly transformative products that are less expensive than some of the more commercial skin product lines. Chris is wonderfully gifted and I will definitely be returning often for all of my skin and waxing needs. I love hearing people ask me what I've done to look so much younger read more
