I am in my 40s and decided I wanted to get my first peel. I chose the vi peel and set off doing my research. After contacting multiple establishments the best price for a vi peel package was given to me here, by the owner, Eric. He talked to me at length about my skin concerns and recommended vivace package as well. I priced that out online and the deal I was offered was more than competitive. I booked the vivace first. It might have been naomi? Because thats who i was told i booked with, took photos and numbed me, then Skylar came in and explained the procedure, what to expect, how to use products, etc. She was very knowledgeable. Skylar knew her stuff and explained every step of the way and even the history of products and how they work. The vivace didn't hurt at all. This place isn't close to me, about 45 min drive but totally worth the drive for the service and reasonable pricing. Also, do you research on quality as well, not just pricing. My understanding is Eric used to be in medical sales and stays on top of what's new in the market and only gets the best of the best. No outdated machines/technology here. I have been coming here for almost a year now getting Laser hair removal treatments. I had called the front desk and told the girl on the phone what I wanted to get done and she quoted me an excellent deal. Personally I hated spending $50 a month on Brazilian waxing. For just a little more I'm getting more more for my money. For example, now my underarms are always smooth and I have to shave maybe twice a month.... And I still have two more treatments to do. I'm sure touch-up treatments will be done but I'm really impressed. The staff is so warm and welcoming Everytime I come in. Since they were allowed to reopen for medical services like laser, they check everyone's temperature and have the same great sanitization in place. Now I am addicted and want to get laser everywhere. I would love to leave a 5 star review for Kimberly as she is phenomenal and the only person I trust for the last 3 years, but unfortunately management ruined this for me and I won't recommend Perceptions due to it. COVID happened and I get it threw a wrench in everyone's lives but don't tell customers you're going to make them a priority if you aren't. And then don't force them off the phone. Elizabeth has to be one of the rudest managers I have ever dealt with from the false pretenses of making you a priority and saying she understands your frustration but then just blames COVID and the simple fact that they "couldn't reach out to you." They were very nice, patient and answered all my questions. With the overwhelming response through Groupon, I wasn't able to get in for about 5 weeks but since then I've been able to rebook every 2 months as the appointments are spaced 8 weeks apart. I have finished 4 of 6 visits and really pleased so far. I've stayed with Summer for my laser tech. She's so sweet, gentle and funny. I enjoy the quick appointments and can't wait to see the final results after 2 more visits. The only con... is they are so far! I like to say that I have been a client of perceptions for about 5 years. I have seen many of the staff come and go , when I walk in , they know me by name . They have always been wonderful friendly and professional. I happen to be sitting in the lobby when a client came in and was clearly late and agitated. There was an exchange that I am not very familiar between her and the front desk Vita. Vita is very soft spoken very polite and always has a smile on her face. I have dealt with her few times. All I know is the customer in question happen to be loud and very aggressive and very belligerent . She made threats and hand gestures. She escalated the situation and finally the manager had in intervene. The customer started to write a review and read it out loud to hear for everyone in the lobby. I got called by the nurse for my service . This prompted me to write this review. What you read sometimes is not what the truth. I was a witness . All I want to say is weather it's vita or Emily or anyone at the front desk , I can tell you that my experience has been nothing but amazing . I get lip fillers with Jennifer. She is very nice, caring and easy to speak with. I've gotten lip fillers at other spas before and you could feel the fillers going through your lips and as if it was also going through your teeth (ouch), but here, you don't feel anything as they provide lidocaine injections in your mouth. I asked if I needed Botox on my forehead and Jeniffer was honest and told me I really didn't need it right now as I would probably only need 4 units. Spa Is very nice and clean. Just recently finished my 6th & last session for my laser hair removal. I purchased the "unlimited" 1 year package thru Groupon. I started my first session at the end of Sept and did my last one in July. It's technically not unlimited for a year because you only get 6 sessions and if it were, I would've been able to get 1 more session since it hasn't been a year yet. Each session has to be booked at least 8 weeks apart which is what I did. The treatment were for my underarms. All of hair is not completely gone but I have seen a significant difference in growth and there is definitely less hair. I would probably need about 2 more sessions for it to be fully gone. All of the staff are super nice. The session does not take long at all. I'm usually in & out within 10 mins. Amy & Summer are both great! Super friendly and I love how they converse with you while they do the treatment which takes your mind off the slight pain. I would definitely recommend coming here! read more

My first experience here was not up to par. I had been scheduled during injection week and ended up having to be rescheduled do to my esthetician being sick(which life happens). Upon coming into my appointment with a new nurse to do my lip filler, i had been scheduled in a Botox slot and I wasn't able to do my lip filler I had anxiously anticipated! I left so disappointed. Finally I came in for my appointment today 6/2 with Summer(my originally scheduled servicer) and was blown away. Completely different vibe than my first appointment, in a positive way.
