I thought I would post another review about this establishment, I've been going here for about three years now and have not had one bad experience. I've been consistently seeing Jen B and she's wonderful she's very informative and answers all my questions. I have also started a Botox membership which you pay for yearly you get a lot of bells and whistles to go along with it so I will definitely check into that if you get Botox frequently. It saves money and you don't have to worry about booking during injection week which can be kind of tricky considering they fill up so fast , and did I mention their skin products are amazing if you get the yearly membership you get 15% or 20%off on products there. read more

I had the best experience at Perceptions today. I went in for a consultation with Nurse Jen, as I was interested in an IPL. She had to break the bad news to me that IPL probably wasn't the best treatment for me. However, she did recommend alternative procedures that would address my concerns. She was thorough, honest, and super helpful! Next she brought me over to Eric the owner to go over pricing and I was met with a very knowledgeable and patient man! He answered all my questions and was also extremely helpful and kind. After I decided to proceed with a 3 package of skinpen micro-needling and 3 package of the VI precision plus chemical peels, I was met with the sweetest reception (I didn't get her name). She was gorgeous inside and out, and also extremely patient with getting me booked and paid. During the process of checking out, Nurse summer was in the lobby with one of her patients and also answered a few questions we had and even recommended a product that she knew I would need for my upcoming services (pictures). If you're looking to get an ipl photo facial save the time and compare our skin tone. I am Farley light and they said I am too dark for this facial . I completely wasted 45 minutes of my time to get down here and get turn down . However the customer service was good to those with pale skin tone , with me they ignored and didn't offer me anything as they went on and offered to those that were really white if they needed anything. I would personally think that if your freckles are noticeable on your skin that they should be able to do the procedure but this isn't the case you have to be really light ! read more

Horrible customer service! You can have an appointment and they have no problem making you wait 30+ minutes for your scheduled time. But the one time you show up a couple minutes late due to traffic they say they can't help you and you have to reschedule or else wait for who knows how long to possibly squeeze you in.
