Just recently finished my 6th & last session for my laser hair removal. I purchased the "unlimited" 1 year package thru Groupon. I started my first session at the end of Sept and did my last one in July. It's technically not unlimited for a year because you only get 6 sessions and if it were, I would've been able to get 1 more session since it hasn't been a year yet. Each session has to be booked at least 8 weeks apart which is what I did. The treatment were for my underarms. All of hair is not completely gone but I have seen a significant difference in growth and there is definitely less hair. I would probably need about 2 more sessions for it to be fully gone. All of the staff are super nice. The session does not take long at all. I'm usually in & out within 10 mins. Amy & Summer are both great! Super friendly and I love how they converse with you while they do the treatment which takes your mind off the slight pain. I would definitely recommend coming here! read more

My first experience here was not up to par. I had been scheduled during injection week and ended up having to be rescheduled do to my esthetician being sick(which life happens). Upon coming into my appointment with a new nurse to do my lip filler, i had been scheduled in a Botox slot and I wasn't able to do my lip filler I had anxiously anticipated! I left so disappointed. Finally I came in for my appointment today 6/2 with Summer(my originally scheduled servicer) and was blown away. Completely different vibe than my first appointment, in a positive way. She was so incredibly sweet and honest with what to expect out of my lip filler appointment. I was so comfortable and relaxed and felt zero judgement at all! I'll definitely be back for my lip filler up keep and most definitely some Botox with the one and only Summer!! Thanks for helping me feel more confident in my small lip insecurities and just being a hype girl!! My lips look GREAT, so natural looking without the duck lip effect. I had a laser treatment done on my little vein cluster, everything went great, and the treatment was done on the same day as consultation. Now it's been a month, i'm not seeing any results, and my vein actually looks darker than before.. hopefully the dark color will fade a little bit. The treatment is very pricey too, $250 for a pea sized vein cluster, and it didn't even work. read more

I thought I would post another review about this establishment, I've been going here for about three years now and have not had one bad experience. I've been consistently seeing Jen B and she's wonderful she's very informative and answers all my questions. I have also started a Botox membership which you pay for yearly you get a lot of bells and whistles to go along with it so I will definitely check into that if you get Botox frequently. It saves money and you don't have to worry about booking during injection week which can be kind of tricky considering they fill up so fast , and did I mention their skin products are amazing if you get the yearly membership you get 15% or 20%off on products there. read more

I had the best experience at Perceptions today. I went in for a consultation with Nurse Jen, as I was interested in an IPL. She had to break the bad news to me that IPL probably wasn't the best treatment for me. However, she did recommend alternative procedures that would address my concerns. She was thorough, honest, and super helpful! Next she brought me over to Eric the owner to go over pricing and I was met with a very knowledgeable and patient man! He answered all my questions and was also extremely helpful and kind. After I decided to proceed with a 3 package of skinpen micro-needling and 3 package of the VI precision plus chemical peels, I was met with the sweetest reception (I didn't get her name). She was gorgeous inside and out, and also extremely patient with getting me booked and paid. During the process of checking out, Nurse summer was in the lobby with one of her patients and also answered a few questions we had and even recommended a product that she knew I would need for my upcoming services (pictures). Lasers can be used to stimulate hair growth, not sure what happened but I was extremely unhappy with the results.
