I consulted with two spas for Coolsculpting in late 2022 and chose Jeuvani because it was much cheaper. That was the first red flag. Dr. Cellucci, who works as an ER doctor in Oroville, CA, lends her name and license to this Folsom spa but does not reside or work there. Second red flag. (How is this legal?) I did not expect a miracle, just some improvement. The spa looked smaller and cheaper than any I'd ever seen - a couple chairs, a counter, an office manager and a couple technician/receptionists. Third red flag. The technicians said they were trained and certified by Allergan to provide Coolsculpting. I went through the procedure twice before stopping (a LOT of pain). The results were a nightmare. My arms looked twisted, pockmarked, slouchy, hideous, and not tighter at all. Looked like all the collagen was destroyed. When I returned to Jeuvani, one of the technicians said, "You're just making too much out of this. This is what our arms look like when we get older." My jaw hit the floor as they fully knew the damage they'd done. (This must be a scripted line they use when things are a mess.) They made it clear there would be no help from them. I contacted Allergan, but they said the provider had to file the complaint, which Jeuvani was not going to do. I planned to file a lawsuit for repair surgery costs but was diagnosed with breast cancer, which brought everything to a halt for quite a while, and the time is past now. But I hate to see any business get away with stuff like this because people stayed quiet. I share this to warn people who want to get Coolsculpting and/or go to Jeuvani Spa and Sculpting. Don't look to save money; go to a place with legitimate doctors (who care) on site with a long-time reputation to protect, even if it costs more. Be clear on what Plan B would be. A penny-ante operation like this one will leave you poorer and with nowhere to go if you get bad results. Read ALL the reviews. If there was a zero, that's what they'd get.

The info they had online was promising, including a description to "target your skin concerns on multiple levels to improve skin texture and clarity, improve visible signs of skin aging (fine lines and wrinkles), discoloration, the appearance of pores, acne scars, and even help delay or eliminate the need for surgical procedures". This, and after looking at their before and after image for results, I was sold. During the $100 consultation, I was told that Halo was not appropriate for my scarring as it did not go deep enough and was used to very superficial damage. Of course, it doesn't say that on the website, and they ended up pushing me to do another treatment, microneedling. And when I say they push, I mean the woman whom I was assigned to. She did not give good details, did not provide a treatment plan, not even before and after pictures of really what to expect. She did, however, was very throughout on the pricing. I decided to give it a try based on her recommendation- I mean, it is supposed to be a professional treatment that would improve my condition even if it is not what I originally wanted. I had three sessions, as recommended, and they all were different in terms of preparation. They had these young students who are there just to meet their hour requirements, and they go where they really want to work. So, prep and follow up was very inconsistent. After the last treatment, which was very rushed, there was no work from them about follow up, maybe another treatment plan, or even products to use long term- just nothing. I guess she must have made her buck already. So it has been over three months and, unfortunately, there has been no improvement overall on my skin. It was more sensitive and worse off. It did not look like anything had been done- it looked blotchy and reddish. So, No- don't trust this place when they try to direct you to their treatments. If you are coming through a doctor's referral and covered by insurance, then they may be more willing to get you the best results. Still, I'd be cautious about it.

For the most part I have had annual skin checks but the one time I had a procedure I also had a reaction to the medication. I called or came in, they advised me to discontinue the ointment and everything healed. So all my experiences have been very positive. I do make appointments annually so have not had trouble getting the appointments.

I was caught off guard when Dr. Boparai walked in. I assumed I was seeing Dr. Champlin, but that was MY FAULT for not checking. Dr. Boparai said Dr. Champlin retired earlier this year. However, I decided to get them because they were having a special for $399 (which is 50% off). Lesson learned. I get them done & immediately knew they were uneven. I was so sad, but I was like it's fine maybe it will get better let them settle... Then I get an infection. They were amazing about that- in making sure I got abx that same day. Dr. Boparai wanted to see what was going on, so I go in the next day. She stated, this has never happened before... I was trying to show her where my lips where uneven, but it was near the site of infection. She said finish the abx, wait the two weeks, & we will go from there. So, I wait & scheduled my appt thinking I was getting more filler that day. However, there was some miscommunication & that appt became a consultation. She was saying with the discount & how much product she was using she's basically covering the cost... which I thought was REALLY unprofessional. She's not wrong, but this is your business & that shouldn't be any of your patient's concern. She ran the promotion, NOT ME. I had lip filler done by Nurse Jennifer in March 2025 and unfortunately had a very poor experience…read more This was my first time ever getting lip filler, so I relied heavily on the provider's expertise and recommendations. I was encouraged to do a dental block for numbing, which left me numb much longer than expected. The bruising afterward was extensive, and I experienced pain and tenderness for weeks. I could feel not only the individual injection sites but also what felt like the path of the needle throughout my lips. As the filler settled, my lips became lumpy, uneven, and unnatural looking. They also felt firm and irregular to the touch. At my follow-up appointment, Jennifer told me the filler needed to be massaged. The massage was incredibly painful--so painful that my eyes were watering during the appointment. She also acknowledged that my lips were crooked, stating they "just needed a little more on the top of one side," but no complimentary correction was offered despite the poor outcome and the amount I had already spent. Considering the results, I'm now grateful that no additional filler was added. Four months later, I sought treatment from another injector because I was unhappy with the results. The difference was night and day. She was able to improve the appearance of my lips using only topical numbing cream, and I experienced little to no bruising afterward. She also explained that my lips appeared overfilled, which likely contributed to the lumpiness and uneven appearance. Even now, I can still see and feel filler remaining in the back of my lips. When I pull my lip down, there is a noticeable bulge that resembles a fat lip. The filler appears to have been placed farther back than necessary,. Looking back, I wish I had done more research before booking. My only additional complaint is that pricing was never clearly discussed beforehand. Because my lips were naturally very small, I agreed to two syringes during the appointment and was surprised by the final bill. As a first-time filler client, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding total costs before treatment began. I was also never given a receipt. It has taken me a really long time to write this review because I have been battling depression…read morerelated to my appearance caused by this office's treatments. I think it's important that I finally say something and warn others so no one goes through what I did. Between approx. 201-2024 I got multiple sessions of RF microneedling done here. The first handful were with the Virtue RF machine & a nurse who no longer works there. I loved the results. However, the last two treatments I received literally ruined my face and made me look 10 years older. The second to last one was with a different nurse. Looking back, I think it's possible they used a different machine during this session despite me booking what I had always done. Or the nurse didn't know what she was doing and was too aggressive. I unfortunately don't know what happened exactly, but I walked out of that session looking tired instead of refreshed, and to this day over 2 yrs later I still have an imprint of where I assume she left the machine on my skin too long. My skin never looked quite the same again. Looking at photos it's clear I lost volume at that appointment. But I was naive and thought it was in my head or a fluke. The last RFMN I did completely and permanently ruined my face. I came in around July 2024 right before I was about to move back to Southern CA, and made sure to book a different nurse than the prior treatment. When I looked at the paperwork they gave me before my treatment, I noticed it said Morpheus8. I explicitly asked if that was the same machine I had been doing all this time because it looked unfamiliar. They said yes. I thought I must have been mistaken and proceeded to have the treatment done. I walked out looking 10 years older, deflated, and droopy. People around me actually commented on it too. And since that day, I have not been able to look at myself in a mirror and feel beautiful. I had plump cheeks & beautiful volume all over my face before that treatment. It had already been impacted but after that appointment it all vanished instantly and I was left with hollow cheeks and a gaunt appearance. The nurse also went over one side twice, so that side is even worse than other. Multiple dermatologists have since confirmed it isn't in my head when I show them photos of me immediately before the treatment. I literally had to change my blush placement. It has been nearly a year and a half and i still look tired, old, and terrible. I also have orange peel textured skin now so my makeup never looks smooth. I had to get on anti depressants to manage my mental state. I regret that day SO MUCH. It's extremely hard to go from liking your reflection in the mirror to not liking it, especially when it happens so quickly. It has impacted my life so much. I am finally trying to address the volume loss with new providers since it's clear it's not going to come back naturally and I don't want to live the rest of my life feeling like this. It will cost me thousands of dollars to just look like I did before, and even then, it will never be a full improvement. The damage is irreversible but I am willing to try anything at this point to just look in the mirror and feel ok. Not great, just ok. Anyways, please be careful if you come here. Do not let them do RFMN on you. Had I known they were using a different machine on me than my prior appointments or their nurses were not equipped to perform the service, I NEVER would have gone through with my appointment that day. The only reason I did was because they said it was the same as the machine I had always been doing. I believed them and thought I was mistaken. My receipts show that wasn't true. ** note: they have said they never offered Morpheus8. I am going to try to find my receipts because maybe I'm getting the name of the different machine they used mixed up. Regardless, my experiences are real and valid, and it happened at this office. Whether it was provider error, the machine, etc. it had a HUGE impact on my life. I have no reason to make this up besides wanting to protect other women from what I went through.
