I had lip filler done by Nurse Jennifer in March 2025 and unfortunately had a very poor experience…read more This was my first time ever getting lip filler, so I relied heavily on the provider's expertise and recommendations. I was encouraged to do a dental block for numbing, which left me numb much longer than expected. The bruising afterward was extensive, and I experienced pain and tenderness for weeks. I could feel not only the individual injection sites but also what felt like the path of the needle throughout my lips. As the filler settled, my lips became lumpy, uneven, and unnatural looking. They also felt firm and irregular to the touch. At my follow-up appointment, Jennifer told me the filler needed to be massaged. The massage was incredibly painful--so painful that my eyes were watering during the appointment. She also acknowledged that my lips were crooked, stating they "just needed a little more on the top of one side," but no complimentary correction was offered despite the poor outcome and the amount I had already spent. Considering the results, I'm now grateful that no additional filler was added. Four months later, I sought treatment from another injector because I was unhappy with the results. The difference was night and day. She was able to improve the appearance of my lips using only topical numbing cream, and I experienced little to no bruising afterward. She also explained that my lips appeared overfilled, which likely contributed to the lumpiness and uneven appearance. Even now, I can still see and feel filler remaining in the back of my lips. When I pull my lip down, there is a noticeable bulge that resembles a fat lip. The filler appears to have been placed farther back than necessary,. Looking back, I wish I had done more research before booking. My only additional complaint is that pricing was never clearly discussed beforehand. Because my lips were naturally very small, I agreed to two syringes during the appointment and was surprised by the final bill. As a first-time filler client, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding total costs before treatment began. I was also never given a receipt. I later called to request one and was told it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. Overall, this was an expensive and disappointing experience. I had done a…read morelot of research and chose Eternity Med Spa since they had the Soprano XL Diode machine made by Alma Laser and an esthetician with 8+ years of experience. The first two appointments in March and April that my wife had with Angie were a good experience. Everything started to fall apart starting with the June appointment. Angie, the experienced esthetician that had done such a great job, was no longer there, the new lady didn't do a thorough job, then the Soprano laser broke and the replacement machine was older, less powerful, and hurt much more. The next two sessions were such poor experiences that the office manager offered to credit my wife for the sessions. They promised that they were getting the Soprano laser fixed and scheduled her for her next appointment. When she showed up for that appointment, the Soprano still wasn't working, but they didn't bother to notify her before she drove out for her appointment. They continued to promise that the Soprano was getting fixed and scheduled her for further appointments but they were never able to deliver. Since my wife has a neuromuscular condition (that was communicated before the purchase of the laser treatment package), it was very important to keep her on the high quality Soprano machine. With each new appointment my wife would find out that the Soprano still wasn't fixed because she was proactively calling since the staff apparently couldn't keep notes in their system or be responsible for communicating with us. After many canceled and failed appointments we decided we were done with them and just needed a refund. We had many conversations with the office manager and she said on October 27th that they would give us a refund since they were unable to deliver on the services. The doctor that owns the business apparently decided that he didn't want to give a refund and wanted more time to try to get the Soprano fixed, even though they have had months without progress. I had two calls with him but he no longer returns my calls and won't give us a refund. Since he refuses to give us a refund for the services that he can't provide and he won't return my calls, we have requested our credit card company to dispute the charge to get the refund. This has been a terrible experience with this business and a great waste of our time. I recommend that everyone should avoid them at all costs.

From what I recall, there were no locks on the doors, which made the space feel less private and secure while changing. I want to recognize the massage therapists and estheticians, as they were exceptional. They were welcoming, professional, and provided excellent service. They were truly the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we booked the spa package, we were not informed that the relaxation area was an open space located in the lobby with only room dividers for separation. We had expected a private relaxation room, so the open layout was surprising and did not provide the peaceful atmosphere we anticipated. Additionally, no one explained which amenities were included in our package upon arrival. There was a red light therapy room adjacent to the relaxation area, and we mistakenly assumed it was included. A front desk employee responded by raising her voice and informing us that it required an additional fee. A brief explanation of the available amenities and package inclusions at check-in would have prevented this misunderstanding and created a much more positive experience. The refreshments also felt underwhelming for a spa package, consisting of packaged Costco madeleines, Lindor chocolates, and lemon water that was described as infused water. Finally, the relaxation area itself was quite small, with only two spa chairs, a table, and two couches. It did not appear to comfortably accommodate a group of up to ten people. Overall, while the massage therapists and estheticians provided outstanding care, the lack of communication regarding the spa package, the limited and public relaxation space, and the unprofessional interaction with the front desk staff significantly impacted our experience. With clearer communication, improved customer service, and more accurate expectations of the group amenities, the experience could be greatly enhanced.
