I'm 38, almost 39 and the past couple of years I started to notice a little bit of sagging and fullness in my neck and super loose skin on my upper eyelids. It's been difficult to apply makeup on my eyes the past couple of years. What I liked about facetite is it tightens the neck as well as my lower face and I definitely had fullness in my lower face. Procedure day was great! I took some Valium to help me relax. Dr. Liu carefully marked me and made sure I knew what he was going to do and that I was happy with the plan. Numbing me up was the worst part, but even so, it was completely tolerable, especially with the Valium on board. He was gentle and took his time and after just a couple minutes I was numb and then felt no pain the rest of the procedure. He had some good music playing, I was able to talk if I needed to and he made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment. When we were done his extremely kind and knowledgeable assistant put a compression wrap on me, and then I was on my way home. When I got home I started icing and kept my head elevated. I took two doses of pain meds but honestly I probably didn't even need it. The next morning I woke up with zero pain, unless I touched the treatment areas. But I'm on day three and haven't needed a pain med, except for that first day. I only have three tiny sutures for the facetite. One behind each ear and one of the chin. My neck is SNATCHED and my eyes are like they were 20 years ago. No more wrinkling when I put on eyeliner or creasing of my makeup as the day goes on and I'm so happy with this whole experience. I had no idea my neck could look this good!! Highly recommend FaceTite with Dr. Liu.

Where to begin? I've been on the journey to lose weight on and off for years. Like most people, I…read morewould be diligent for a month or two and just fall back to bad habits. Sometimes you just need a jumpstart and reboot. I've heard of cool sculpting and the various procedures out there but wasn't convinced that I can benefit from it. A friend highly recommended me to Grace, that I just give it a try and that even males like myself, try this procedure (Cryolipolysis). Consultation was quick and she was able to be attentive in listening to my goals. I was still unconvinced that I should even try. I did some more research and just told myself, " it doesn't hurt to try." The procedure itself is non-evasive and essentially freezes the body fat to break down fat cells without damage to other tissues. The positive aspect of it all is that it can treat specific areas that maybe stubborn and hard to target. There wasn't no downtime or discomfort at all that I experienced and all the meetings weren't long so I was able to get back to work immediately. She is very knowledgeable and helpful along every aspect from the beginning. It's always good to have someone on the journey with you to improve yourself and boost confidence. Grace has been great and really tries to help you achieve your goals. The combination of this and just the role of a diet and exercise worked wonders for me. I've lost weight faster than ever and everyone close to me is noticing and it's given me a different feeling about life. But even after dysport, that one eye had no difference, even after 1-2 months and following appropriate post treatment recommendations. So results were asymmetrical. 2 mo post treatment I contacted the DA number via text to update my injector, maybe I needed more units to that one side or maybe placement was off and they said they'd let her know to get back to me to discuss. I followed back after 2-3 weeks since I never heard back from Rachel so I texted them again and received similar response. 2 mo after first reaching out, I have not heard from Rachel. As a health care provider it is difficult getting time off for an appointment to follow up with the same injector so I might have to go back to the Elk Grove office now (although it seemed that the dysport was too diluted there initially)
