I have been seeing Elena for about 3 months now for chronic and cystic acne. I recently had a lipo 360 done and was recommended to do a min of 12 weeks LPG Endermologie by my surgeon prior to surgery. However, I did not follow his instruction and went with what was popular, Lymphatic Drainage massage. I had gone for two weeks of lymphatic drainage massages and noticed the beginning of fibrosis forming and the wall of my abdominal area was still very hard and swollen, along with never feeling much relief after each session. I reached out to my surgeon and he had pretty much demanded I start LPG Endermologie ASAP and continue for 2 months, 2 sessions every week, not missing a single session if I did not want to end up with a lumpy result from my lipo 360. He repeated so many times to make sure the Endermologie machine the clinic used was the actual LPG one. While looking for an Endermologie clinic within Sacramento area, results were very minimum. I came upon this clinic and was drawn to it while reading over their reviews and also saw Elina was featured on Good Day Sacramento and knew this clinic would be perfect! My first appointment was scheduled with Zhanna, at almost 3 weeks post op. Just after my first session with her, I already noticed the wall of my abdominal was starting to soften. Swelling was going down and I was able to urinate more than I did before. After my third to forth appointment, the fibrosis had thinned down and my abdominal was becoming so much more softer to the touch. I am now on my 12th session with Zhanna and we both have noticed the fibrosis has thinned out so much breaking up into smaller scars and not all clumped together like they were when I first came in to this clinic. My abdominal is very soft to the touch now too! I only wished I had started with this clinic the first few days after my lipo 360. I would have avoided the development of fibrosis and my results would have been more visible than they are today. Went here for the first time client special which was $265. The entire session was suppose to be 2.5 hours long which included the consultation and the facial treatment. However, my session was nothing near this long. From beginning to end , the session was only 1.5 (35 mins was basically her going over the type of skin I have and how to take care of it and the remaining time was the facial treatment. I felt that she rushed the session and didn't take the time to provide a pleasant experience for a first time client who was paying this type of money for a "facial"! I found this business on Instagram, I was trying to book my appointment online for a facial, if you look into their business website for some facials it states that some are not for first time customers, so I decided to send a message and I got a phone call from the owner, she explained that she needed to do a previous check with a special light to see the condition of my skin before she could see what would be the best facial for me, I say let's do that, she told me to go back to her website and book the appointment which I did, I went to her place on Friday April 9th and she did not check my temperature upon letting me in which was a surprise because of the pandemic, she proceeded to do the skin check with the lights that she offered me over the phone, and charged me 85$ dollars for my consultation, after she recommended me to do a signature facial and I said let's do that, I thought that she was going to do it right away, not!!! she said that I had to go back to her website to do another appointment but that she only had openings at the end of May what a waste time!! I wished she would have been more transparent and told me this before I booked my consultation. I wasted my time and money for nothing!
