The staff is so friendly at the front counter and the nurses who do the laser are so cool and professional. It's never weird or awkward, there's an easy flow of chatting and friendlyness. I feel cared about and never get my limits pushed. Sometimes laser can be a little painful when it's your first few times but I am practically a professional now and if it's ever too much they are more than happy to turn it down for you. I arrived at approximately 2:50 PM and was told by a front desk associate that my appointment had been canceled because I supposedly did not respond to a text message or phone call regarding moving my appointment to an earlier time. I explained that I had never received either. She then stated that, on their end, the text showed as "read," so they proceeded with canceling my appointment without receiving any actual confirmation from me. I showed her the most recent text I had received from SEV, which was regarding completing my forms, which I had already done. After seeing how understandably upset I was, she told me they could squeeze me in. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve from there. The nurse who performed my treatment was not pleasant or welcoming and provided very limited information. Given the confusion and frustration surrounding my appointment, I would have appreciated some reassurance, professionalism, and basic bedside manner. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and rushed, as though I was simply another number. Additionally, an area of my forehead appears to have been missed due to the headband I was instructed to wear during the procedure. At checkout, I was told their payment kiosk was not working, so a payment link would be sent to my phone. The link never arrived, so it was eventually sent to my email instead. At that point, I asked the front desk associate to confirm which phone number they had on file. She read the number back to me, and it was NOT my phone number. She then corrected it. What makes this especially frustrating is that SEV had previously been able to text my correct phone number regarding my forms, yet when they attempted to contact me about modifying my appointment, they were apparently using a completely different number. Despite contacting the wrong number, they canceled my appointment because they claimed the message showed as "read." I find it completely unacceptable to cancel or change a patient's scheduled appointment without actually receiving confirmation from the patient especially when the office was contacting the wrong phone number. The entire experience was handled poorly and lacked the professionalism, courtesy, communication, and bedside manner I would expect from a medical aesthetics practice. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed rather than cared for as a patient. The price was fair and the location was aesthetically nice. Unfortunately, based on overall experience, I will not be returning to this location.

During my initial consultation, I was told that the Morpheus8 treatment would improve my acne scars. Trusting their expertise, I completed a full 3-session treatment series here specifically for acne scars, strictly followed all pre-care and post-care instructions, and gave it ample time to heal. Unfortunately, after completing the entire package, my acne scars and skin texture showed absolutely no noticeable improvement at all. The results did not match the substantial financial investment and time spent. While the staff might be friendly, investing a significant amount based on promises of improvement only for the treatment to yield zero results is deeply frustrating. If you are considering this treatment for acne scarring, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

I know there are a TON of places that offer botox but something about the sterile environment, yet personable staff make this a place the best place for a lunch break and frozen forehead. They do run deals for first timers and sometimes they run gift card promotions as well. The appointment set up is a bit weird - I wish there was a way to book through an app instead but at the same time, because these procedures are still procedures the advisory of your appointment is necessary I guess :)

Revive Med Spa has been the best experience. I went in for my second cool sculpt session on July 3rd 2025. I had Bella this time. Bella is super sweet, kind, gentle and cool all at the same time. She kept making sure if I needed anything. She even went extra by coming into my room during my second 45 min cool ( I had 4 :45's ) and without me asking, she showed me my before pics from my first session and my pics of me today. What a difference in just 31 days! She told me the results don't always come that fast and she showed how happy she was for me. The ladies that do your sessions make you feel confident, comfortable and educate you. I think a lot of times people hesitate doing a type of service like this due to worrying about how we might feel about our bodies going into a place like Revive, but here, they make you feel comfortable and encouraged in your body. Whether you're a new mom or an older mom like me who always was in great shape until I got older, they understand and are here to help you look and feel your best. Also a great surprise. I had a knock on my door and Kaitlyn came in to say hi. Kaitlyn did my first session just 31 days before. This made me feel special that she remembered me and checked on me. The whole time I felt cared for and they super focused on getting me the results in the areas I specifically asked for. Before I left, Bella scheduled me for my three month post op appointment for October and I'm super excited to walk in and take new pics instead of scared and dreadful to see my before and after's. (I'm sorry for posting anonymously but my husband doesn't know I get Botox! haha but I wanted to give credit where credit is due) I have been to Revive twice now to see Sheena, I have visited a number of different places over the years and have seen a handful of nurses and Doctors for Botox. While there are definitely some much nicer looking offices, Revive seems kind of bland, not esthetically pleasing at all, I will continue to go there because of Shena's expertise. She is the only one that has truly ever listened to me, addressing all of my concerns, no matter how small they may be. She makes me feel like I really matter and I'm not just another customer. I have never been handed a mirror before and been made a part of my treatment which sounds silly but it's true! She is patient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
