There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference.
