I experienced immediate results and I am close to 60 years old. I have had other facials for years. Gina Evans did an amazing job. She has taught me so much. I have always taken really good care of my skin, but age is our enemy. Gina opened my world to "medical grade" skin care products. I also did some research. Do not be fooled by the Groupon. I purchased a package for my sister for her 40th birthday. There is no guarantee on any procedure and the cost could be endless. Yes the Groupon is a good price, but it provides zero results as everyone working at the center will explain, that multiple procedures are usually needed for sufficient results. My sister did like the first professional that helped her and had asked that she could see her again for the second procedure. The ladies at the front desk said that that was usually customary and would be no issue. Upon my sister's return, without explanation, she had a new specialist. Unfortunately, this woman would be the opposite experience of the first. She was impatient, she was pushy with sales as far as upcoming purchases, and upon leaving, she directly asked for a tip, which the first professional did not. She also did not follow the same procedural method that the first professional did that was extremely thorough. There are plenty of businesses that provide the same services and do it with pride, dignity, and empathy. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Would give a big fat ZERO if I could! If Autumn was the manager my story wouldn't have ever happened. I had been a customer for over 4 years and spent around $7k. Just so everyone understands how long & how much I've spent here. I have never had an experience like my last one. During my treatment I did let my technician know that I was hot, she adjusted but it got hot again. She went to get an thermometer and once she read the temp, she turned my left side off. I even made a comment to the front staff concerning my hot spot but the only think she was focused on was my next appt. I called the center 2 hours later to let them know the area was still burning- I was asked to send pictures (which I did) and to put aquaphor on it. To make a longer story short- I spoke to Jasmine & Adriana ti which jasmine looked at my photos and she didn't see anything wrong- meanwhile I had to see my primary Dr. I felt that I was forced to continue to come there oh but they would hold off me coming back! Wow. I had requested a refund and that's when Adriana got involved. I felt they owed me no less than $700 but she did $350. Now I have a spot that will only come off with plastic surgery! BEWARE! Oh and please don't think this is over because I'm pursuing this further. read more

I liked my services but the front desk woman was very rude and nasty at times. She acted as if I was I bothering her. She was texting and not even looking up at me half the time. She kept calling me the wrong name and when I corrected her she just shrugged and said "whatever". Her name was Jasmine and I was sure to remember because of the bad taste she left in my mouth. After 3 kids via c section and breast feeding for what seems like years, I was finally able and ready to start my mom body transformation. I thought this would be a nice kickstart towards my fitness journey and so I purchased a Groupon of 4 appointments for laser lift tri contour. I went to my first appointment. She was nice and the procedure was quick, easy and painless. I have to knock 2 stars because I was prepared to purchase 2-4 more sessions (8-10 total) to see results however she recommended 40! 40 sessions!! So basically I would not get the results I want until almost 2 years later as I would need to space them out every 2 weeks as suggested. And that's ONLY IF there is availability!! They had to schedule my next appointment over a month from now. So I guess 40 months from now I may see results I'm happy with. Anyway, it's sort of a let down the available appointment times and the length of time it takes to get the results you want (hence the negative 2 stars). The other thing to note is she recommend I do skin tightening which they were able to take from my Groupon but now my 4 treatments are now just 2 which I suppose makes sense but still feeling like I somehow got hustled. Maybe that is all for the best because they seem to be too busy to schedule additional appts. I'm looking for a place that could take me regularly for all my needs and put me on a more personalized plan of action within a more reasonable time frame. It's just sort of deceiving as most of the marketing shows results after 1-8 sessions. Huge disappointment. On a side note I did find a place in EDH. A family owned business with much more reasonable pricing that could take me twice a week for faster results. read more

Jasmine was amazing! I'll admit I was originally a little skeptical after purchasing the therma-lift Groupon, mainly because I thought this place/deal was just too good to be true. But this place is the real deal! The front desk is extremely welcoming, helpful and the facility itself is classy and very clean. The estheticians themselves, are very well-trained and answer all your questions and concerns before the actual procedure even begins. I never felt rushed or talked down to, and jasmine provided a thorough consultation to make sure my expectations were in line with the services I was getting. I actually was very appreciative of the straightforward communication during the consult with Jasmine, especially since a lot of med-spas tend to over-promise the results of their services. As for the procedure itself, be aware that the groupon is really only aiming to serve as a means to introduce you to their phenomenal services. And while I did notice a slight difference after my first session, I was mainly sold on their HIFU treatment which seems to be more in line with my future aesthetic goals (which I plan to come back and do at a later date). Everytime I've been to Bodyvine my experience has been great. The receptionists are always so welcoming and nice and they are so easy to get an appointment with. I've done the micro needing treatment twice & I'm about to do the ultra-lift skin tightening treatment soon. My skin has never better. Unsafe and unprofessional service. Their appointment confirmation email wrote, "Here are some of the precautions we have instituted: All our staff are wearing masks, we also ask that you wear a mask when you come in." That was not true. Only one of four staff I saw this morning (at around 11 a.m.) wore a mask. I had to ask the technician named, Autumn, to wear a mask when I took off mine for the facial treatment. Autumn said, "YOU want ME to wear a mask FOR you?" and resisted. Further explanation and request, Autumn wore one for the treatment. I thought Autumn was unprofessional and their business practice was unsafe. Purchased Two ThermaLift or Ultralift Skin-Tightening Treatments on Groupon. The first treatment was about an hour long but the same treatment today rendered for 30 minute. read more

I am not satisfied with this place. Please be aware that they sell you four or 6 sessions in Groupon, but when you go in there they combine the treatments and make your sessions in half! Also, these treatments need at least 8 to 12 sessions to really work for the very average abdomen, not even large and they want you to continue diet and exercise. So if anyone does diet and exercise they are able to lose their fat faster, no need to spend so much money and time to go to this place. I just give two stars for the aesthetician service. read more

I got the laser sculpt on my legs with emphasis on skin tightening. Ashlynn was super nice and thorough. She really made me feel comfortable even as I was in a potentially vulnerable position while revealing my insecurities. The laser is hot! But they can turn it down to make it comfortable.
