She also helps recommend products and walks me through how to use products to keep my hair healthy and shiny. This business does not believe in public health precautions. When I informed them that I had contracted COVID, most likely from the unmasked and unvaccinated young lady who breathed in my face for an hour (I was vax'd thought it was safe), they did not respond at all. They did continue to send me promotional emails. When I responded to the promotional emails that I probably wouldn't take advantage because they had given me COVID, this business finally responded to me to tell me my complaint was political and that no further communication from me would be accepted. I don't know that I got COVID there, but I do know how they responded: ignore and insult. read more

To reply to the lies the owner wrote. I actually have a call log of all the times I called, which I offered to provide along with time stamped photos. You declined and said it did not matter. As I mentioned and as you can clearly see in the photos this was my retention the second day. I saw other reviews with the same issue and I called to allow you the opportunity to rectify the situation as I do know what reviews can do to a business. Your business was extremely rude and had very poor customer service. I've attached a screen shot of our interaction after you saw my review. I really hope you take some management classes because this is an extremely poor way to run a business. Since my terrible experience at lash crush, I've had my lashes filled by a different business and my retention is amazing. I am unsure how to feel about my experience with this place. I went there to take advantage of the first time half off a service offer and got a full set of volume lashes. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and personable, that's not the issue. I feel like they take time management a little too seriously and as soon as your time is up you have to get out no matter if you're done or not. My first set I got I wasn't happy with at first but I grew to like it, I came back less than a week later to get a 45 minute fill the day before my wedding and got some longer lashes and that gal who did my fill left a good sized chunk on the outer corner of my eye empty, to which I didn't realize until I got to my hotel room later that night and didn't even take the whole 45 minutes for the appointment I was told I had to have for a volume fill, I was in and out in 35 minutes and $65 later and there wasn't much isolating with my lash extensions. As they would fall out there would be 4-5 natural lashes with it. read more

So figuring I'd never go back, I made my complaint and left it at that. But the owner, Celestial, really went above and beyond to make it right. She reached out right away to make it right and was so polite and proffessional. She made it right by me and words can't express how much I appreciate the good customer service. Now onto the lashes themselves. I got them redone and damn. I got them done by Serena on the 25th of April and they still look full. I was going to wait a full two weeks before the review but I'm so happy with them. They look so awesome and make me feel so pretty! All the girls are very polite from my experience. Serena, Faith, and Brittney are the only ones I have interacted with and they are all very delightful. Celestial is a real professional and very nice. The store itself is super cute! Very clean and they sell small goodies. Anyway this was a great experience and thank you again Celestial for the great customer service and reaching out. If you're looking for a place that does a great job, this is it. But what's even better is that they will listen to you if there is a issue and make it right by you. She makes you feel really comfortable by listening to what you want and delivering beautiful results every time. I usually always write good reviews cause I know how hard it is nowadays to keep a business running. I'm giving one star cause the job done was not good at all. I'm not gonna say who did it, but in one hour a full set felt a little short. When I got home and looked in the mirror I noticed one eye had way less lashes then the other. Especially at the end. Looked unfinished. Plus they are falling out so bad, I guess the glue is old or just wasn't glued enough. I asked for not too long and not too short, well, you can't even tell I had them done. No one noticed. Another thing.... Omg, I thought they were tearing down the wall behind me. It's a restaurant's kitchen next door and it was lunch time. Not a relaxing environment. Does amazing work, takes into consideration not only what her client wants, but also their facial features and uses her experience and knowledge in choosing the best results for her clients. I have never been one to want fake eyelashes as the most common ones I'd seen were so big/fake looking I was turned off. A friend had hers done and you couldn't tell they were fake so I said why not and booked with Celestial. Very easy to book an appointment and was impressed when I was greeted and offered water or coffee/tea. Nice comfy salon and I absolutely love the classic c curl eyelash extensions. So many friends commented that wow I've never seen you with makeup on, and was shocked when I said I still wasn't wearing makeup but only eyelash extensions. I had wanted to get my lashes done for my birthday and I set an appointment about a week in advance and they knew that I wanted to have a lash lift. so when I arrived at the place, the stylist was late and then I was OK with that because you know it was just a couple minutes and I was just really excited because it was for my birthday. we're in the middle of the process and then he was like we actually don't have the right product for it we're are out of stock of it which of course they should've had him since I had my appointment ahead of time OK and then he did offer to reschedule me he didn't really ask what time I wanted which that was OK I was like I'll just adjust my schedule for it and so he made the appointment he said that it will be free and all that stuff so I come in on that day that he has me scheduled and he ends up showing up late again and then before he even gets there I realize that he has another client there who has also appointment at 9o'clock so when I pointed out I had an appointment too I showed them the appointment he sent me and everything he's like no I wouldn't have double booked, that's odd like we don't have it in our system and he just tried to reschedule it but the thing is he told me it would be 9 o'clock and he was a late the second time. just everything was so unprofessional read more
