Took my bestie gf as a surprise for her birthday and it was amazing!! Super relaxing and such a great little spot!

I had my lashes done at the fair Oak location. I paid almost $700, I was very disappointed to see that almost 95% of the color was gone after three weeks. I came back for a retouch, same result. Absolutely overpriced for the quality of work they do on lashes. read more

They were nice.I got the Radiant facial and a lash lift. I don't notice a major difference in my skin but I'm assuming it will require a few sessions before noticing a big difference. As far as the lash lift, I noticed that my eyelashes were cut shorter. If the lashes needed to be cut shorter to get the lift, I would've opted out of the lashes lift. This wasn't something that was communicated to me nor did the technician state that she was cutting my lashes. Very disappointed about that. read more

This was my first time at Lashme Brows, and my first head spa experience. It was wonderful. The scalp massage and facial were very relaxing. My hair was very soft when the treatment was completed. The spa is very clean and quiet. The staff greeted me warmly, and Amy was an excellent technician. Definitely recommend this place. The price was great for the service, but it is special pricing and only for the summer - so book an appointment before it's too late. read more

A perfect way to treat yourself and/or with a friend! I've been back now 3 times for the head spa and love the experience. Staff is very friendly, kind and accommodating. My friends and I really enjoy treating ourselves and relaxing. The head spa treatment is a facial and head spa in one and a great way to try! read more

Ivy gave me a facial and made my skin glow! What a great place for facials and head spas!

I had the scalp spa, a 90 minute session. My mom and I called the morning of and they had a last minute opening. When we got there we filled out a form, got changed and sat in our full body massage chairs while they work on our scalps! (Quick note for any plus size folks like me, they had us change into a strapless top which fit me fine. I was able to leave my pants on. I'm not sure if they have other sizes but if you're worried about the fit you might want to wear a strapless top) once seated they place a cozy blanket on you and they brush, wash, and massage your head. It was also a bit of a facial and shoulder massage too. It was a great time and I'll be going back! read more

had such a great experience at LashMe Brows for their head spa service. It was honestly one of the most relaxing things I've done in a long time. I was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. The customer service really stood out too. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel calm from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. If you're looking for a way to unwind and treat yourself, I'd definitely recommend giving their head spa a try read more

I got a full set by Amy. I wanted a natural look and told her I like a very very natural look. So she recommended the Chloe style type of lash service that they offer. And she did 10s and 11s on me. I am VERY VERY HAPPY WITH MY LASHES! She did amazing!! She was very nice too. Will be back! read more

My experience at LashMe Brows was so amazing. I have gone twice now, and both times were perfect and relaxing. If you love a good head scrub I suggest the Platinum Head spa package. It comes with a facial as well and they also got my shoulders arms and hands. Everyone there is very kind and does an exceptional job. Thank you!! read more

I've been a loyal client of Lashme Brows for years, and there's a reason I keep coming back! I usually went to their first location in Elk Grove and I'm so happy when they open in Fair Oaks, which is very close to my house. Hailey and her team consistently do an amazing job with my skin. Seriously, every time I leave, my skin is absolutely glowing. Beyond their incredible facials, their head spa is hands down the best in Sacramento. I've tried so many other places, but nothing compares. It's truly a game-changer for both relaxation and hair health. After all these years, I can confidently say I've finally found the place I trust the most for both my skin and my hair. My go-to for everything, Highly, highly recommend! read more

Lily's fingers are magic years of stress melted away. I mean, who wouldn't want their hair brushed in a dark room with quiet music. The aromatherapy smells were amazing. Next time I'm going for platinum! 5 out of 5 read more

I'm honestly so disappointed with this place. I paid for my mom to get her eyebrows done here ($700) and $100 for retouch, this is how they look now. Completely unacceptable and very upsetting. I don't understand how this place has good reviews. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I went to book another appointment and checked my review so I could see who helped me last time. Noticed someone said 'reviews are fake'. I'm here to assure you... I'm a real person and have left my share of bad reviews on yelp. This place is amazing. My ONLY complaint is...it's hard to get same day appointments. But, I've found that if you call them instead of booking online they can sometimes squeeze you in. Online they have no availability for today. So, waiting until they open to see if they can do some magic and get me in. I need this today. read more

Very amazing service. This is my first time at this location and I loved it the whole experience

Walking into Lashme brows was such a positive experience. I had the hydrafacial. It was 90 min of pure bliss. The $150 was well spent!

My gf treated me to a facial for my birthday. Wow what a great relaxing experience. I left with my face glowing! I want to try other services. It was so relaxing I woke myself up snoring. Can't wait to go back read more

90 minutes of bliss! Lily was amazing! The location was easy to find, and the ambience is relaxing and private. I had a head spa session for $120. Massage galore for scalp, neck, shoulders, and arms as well as a facial. I noticed a difference immediately, and three days later, it's still improved. I had minor waxing, and she evened out the mess I made of my brows. So worth it! read more

Hailee was meticulous when measuring for my permanent eyebrows. Very clean environment and wonderful staff. Process was smooth and painless. She numbs area, measures and provides followup procedures for healing. I can't wait to see them lighten up after healing and enjoy my perfect brows. I put my trust in Hailee and she was spot on. She is so sweet too. read more

I had the platinum head spa treatment from Lily, it was amazing and so relaxing. I will definitely be back

I booked a lash lift here and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. There's another review that mentioned their lashes looked like they got a bad perm--and that perfectly describes how mine turned out. They're crooked and look like they've been smashed into my eyelids. I was given a free lash glue to help guide them back into place, but it hasn't made any difference. Since the appointment, I haven't been able to wear mascara or eyeliner. Really frustrating and not what I expected. I will say they've lasted quite a while.. which would have been great if they were nice. read more

Back for a touch up and as always Hailey did an awesome job. Her work is impeccable. She is a perfectionist so that's great for us. Environment is very clean and bright. Im good to go for the next 2-3 years for my brows. Thank you Hailey for being the sweetest and kind person. read more

I went in for a lash lift and tint, my lashes look like a bad perm, they're bent sideways and starting falling out about a week later. I will NOT go back read more

My favorite tech left my usual place so I was looking for a new girl. A friend recommended this place to me and I decided to give it a try because I had a bridal shower coming up. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern the store looked and each of the staff member I interacted with were nice and professional. But the best part is that my lashes are beautiful and so natural looking, which is very important to me! I've gotten so many compliments and questions about where I got them done. I love them! The store offers other services as well. I will definitely try them out in the future. All in all, great experience. So glad I decided to give this place a try. read more

Lashme Brows - Professionally done lashes - Eyelash Service Near Me - Fair Oaks, California

I'm writing this review because I feel a responsibility to share what happened to me in the hope that no one else has to go through the pain and stress I endured. On Sunday, May 18th, I received a lash lift and tint at this salon. It was my first time getting this type of service, and I didn't know what to expect or what precautions should be taken. Within hours, I developed a severe allergic reaction in both of my eyes -- intense swelling, burning, sensitivity to light and touch, and extreme discomfort that lasted for over a week. The reaction was so serious that I ended up in the emergency room and spent days in pain, unable to function normally. It completely derailed what was supposed to be a milestone week in my life, including my graduation. After speaking with medical professionals and others in the beauty industry, I learned that a patch test is supposed to be done prior to lash lifts and tints to check for allergic reactions. This is a standard and essential safety precaution. At no point before or during my appointment was a patch test mentioned or offered. Because this was my first time, I had no idea that it was something I should've asked for -- but ultimately, it should have been the salon's responsibility to make sure one was done. Following my ER visit, I returned to the salon (per my doctor's recommendation) to ask whether the product could be removed. The skin around my eyes was so irritated that even a gentle touch caused stinging and burning. I was issued a refund, but to be clear: that is the bare minimum. A refund does not undo the physical pain, emotional distress, or the long-lasting effects of this experience -- and it certainly does not excuse the lack of basic client safety measures. I emailed the salon directly on May 24th to explain what happened and give them an opportunity to take accountability, but I never received a response -- not even a simple acknowledgment. I tried to resolve this quietly and respectfully, but being ignored after such a serious situation only added to my disappointment. Now, even weeks later, I've begun to lose some of my lashes as a result of the reaction and damage around my eyes. If you're considering getting a lash lift or tint here, please make sure you request a patch test--even if the salon doesn't bring it up. I also sincerely hope the business reconsiders its safety protocols, because no client should have to suffer the way I did, especially when it could have been so easily prevented. read more

Love this place. Very clean and professional. I have done the head spa and facials. Ivy also does my eye lashes and she's wonderful.

Nice ambience and sweet staff. We were very disappointed in our Head Spa treatments though. We would not recommend this center for the Head Spa treatments. We could barely feel the massages and it was not worth the money. My husband has no hair and not even he could feel any hand pressure or effort. It was more of a facial than a head spa service. We didn't request a facial, but that's basically their focus. They may be great at other services, but I'd stick with a massage company for head/scalp services. read more

The review are fake. This place is horrible i went in for brow lamination she waxed my skin off. And did not measure or fix my brows she left me with two different size brows. Don't waste your time and money. read more

I'd like to commend this business for their customer service. I called the number here on Yelp for the Madison ave location and when I showed up, I was told my appt was in Elk Grove. Liv got me in anyway and did a great job. The vibe here is honestly so cool. So contemporary and a relaxing atmosphere. Pricing is good as well and 20% for first time customers. I'll definitely be back! read more

I love me some lashes but I hate looking for a good lash place. Lash salons are as common as nail shops nowadays and it's the roll of the dice what you get. I have had false lashes for years but needed to take a break to give my lashes time to regrow and get back their natural strength. It's been 5 years lash free and I finally pulled the trigger. I searched and searched, read reviews, called around, asked friends, did my research and decided to try Lashme. I'm Asian. Have short, weak lashes and the lash tech Liv totally took care of me!! My lashes are full and gorgeous. I've been here 3 times now and will not go anywhere else. Run, don't walk, to this lash studio! You will not regret it!! read more

WARNING! I wanted to love this place took my daughter here and had the worst experience. Customers service was rude, I paid for the platinum head box experience. It was not worth it. I was left completely exposed with no blanket. I was freezing. I finally had to ask for a blanket after 45 minutes because I got so cold. The lady massaged me so hard. She left marks on my skin. They hit you on the arms which was painful. She pulled my finger joint and it made a snapping noise and it was my bone that she moved out of place.I had cold water on my head, which is why I got so cold. The water was warm to cold the whole time I had to keep mentioning it, there was a hair on the ladies hand that was pulled from my head, and it kept being drugged on my face. It was so uncomfortable. One of the products they put on my face burned really bad and my face reacted to whatever product they used my skin looks like it has hives on it tonight. They took the $25 deposit and never put that towards the total balance. They kept it at the end of the service there was so much rough, brushing of my hair and scrubbing of my hair with this brush that my hair came out and there was a bunch of it in the garbage. This is after I told the lady to be easy with my hair, I also asked her not to comb my hair out because I recently had my hair colored and she ignored what I told her and kept towel drying it, rubbing it together and making it frizzy and then combed it out anyway I didn't finish the service and I didn't have my hair blow dried either, started my service 8 minutes late and didn't get the full time that was advertised. I was shorted 20 minutes. I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me and they have not . I'm wanting a full refund. I will never be back and I had to contact an advice nurse because my skin was blotchy tonight since the service. read more

I've never had my lashes done or had any clue about what I wanted. Samantha sat me down and asked me what I was looking for or if I had any inspiration pics.
