I just had my first Ultherapy treatment with Arlene. She was patient and clearly answered all my questions. I initially used Pro-Nox for comfort, but once I knew what to expect from the procedure, I no longer needed it. When asked, Arlene offered conservative, realistic treatment suggestions well-suited for my age and condition. I am scheduling more rejuvenation treatments with her and look forward to returning. read more

I've had two visits so far and am really impressed by the level of technique here! Shannon and Kate have done my treatments and also were really honest in sharing about what they thought would be best to help me. I will definitely be returning and am glad I found this practice. read more

This is about customer service only. I made an appointment online for a consultation. There was no mention of a fee for this. While I was waiting for my appointment, I overheard someone say something about the consultation fee. When someone finally came to get me - 20 minutes past my appointment time - I asked about the fee. I was told it was $125. I've never been charged for a consultation, and $125 is outrageous. I would have never have made an appointment knowing about this fee. Not listing it on the website before and appointment is made is just deceptive. read more

Went to see Kate for my Botox and met with Nicole to review my skin care. You can tell Kate is a true expert in injectables and has amazing skills and talent. Nicole made custom recommendations for my skin care routine and I am already noticing a difference. They really took the time to consult with me and answer all of my questions. The environment is beautiful and everyone there was lovely! Highly recommend them for all of your aesthetics! read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! I called this morning to set up a last minute appointment to get my lips done at pretty please after finding them on yelp and they got me in right away! It was my first time getting fillers and Nadia was THE BEST! She was so sweet from the moment I walked into the door. I was super nervous and she was so patient and took her time. Her whole personality made me feel very comfortable and I know I'm not an easy person to deal with when I'm nervous lol. She made sure my lips were to my liking and I am obsessed to say the least. I will definitely be coming back to her!! read more

I have had nothing BUT the BEST experiences with Pretty Please Aesthetics. Highly, highly recommend!! To everyone!! They offer consultations and have events where you can come and meet the staff and also learn about the services they provide. If you were EVER worried about anything, Pretty Please Aesthetics is the business where you have to come to remove ALL worries and make yourself feel more beautiful than you already are!! *Kate is my go to woman. I am in love with this woman.* Everyone I have met is fantastic! Kate is a phenomenal injector and has THE eye for what you want. I've ONLY had THE BEST experiences and have been coming here for years now. Will never go anywhere else! I can officially say I've been to both locations. Being that I live closer to the East Sacramento location, I do love that spot. Both are beautiful, well kept and always clean and sterile. Thank you Ladies for making me feel beautiful! I adore you! read more

Had dysport and then had to go back 2 times because it didn't work. Total of 3 times and still didn't work. Wasted $.

I had a great experience being treat at Pretty Please Aesthetics. PAC Kellhi and her assistant were prompt and professional. The facility is very sterile and clean. I highly reccomend this business. read more

Kelhi McCaskill is amazing! She is seriously a skin genius! I love the look and feel of the shop. Great job ladies! I recently had a facial laser treatment and love my results. I can't wait until my next treatment in a few weeks. My skin seriously improved 50% in a week and looks better each day! I love the products I got; Refissa cream and the Zo skin health complexion renewal pads. Both are a must have! If you get a chance give them a try! read more

I just received a hydrofacial from Melissa at Pretty Please, at their Granite Bay office. What a lovely experience! Melissa explained each step beforehand and paid attention to every detail, no matter how small. She brought an extra pillow to go under my knees so my back wouldn't be strained and made sure I didn't walk out of the office with any serums in my hair, for example! Because I also received their dermaplaning service before the facial, she warned me that my skin might tingle or sting during the facial, but it didn't. It was a comfortable, relaxing service, especially when she placed me under a light and massaged my arms and hands as the hydrating fluid soaked into my skin. The entire experience was a treat, made even more pleasant by their beautiful office and kind staff. read more

Iv been going to Amber S for over 2 years. She is absolutely amazing; Kind, professional, and passionate. Amber takes her time so you never feel rushed and gives her professional advice to products and procedures. She is very talented. My last few visits I have gotten botox and lips filled. My lip are symmetrical, no lumps and minimal bruising and swelling. Very natural. She is your girl if your looking botox and filler. Thanx Amber :) read more

My appointments are with Amber. First off, she came highly recommended by a person who has been going to her for a long while now. For my first appointment with her, I was completely new to these services. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt I made the right choice. Amber is professional and knows her craft well. She's personable, approachable and tailors your appointment to fit you. Any apprehension melted away. I highly recommend Amber! read more

Absolutely love it here! Amber is my go-to injector and I have been going to her for years. She always does a fantastic job. Not to mention the office is super clean, nice, and I love all the decor. Highly recommend Pretty Please for all your aesthetic needs! read more

I have been to many aesthetic centers in the area and I mean MANY and pretty please is by FAR the best. My first appointment 2 years ago, I was floored at how knowledgeable Kate was. I learned things about Botox and what it can do that I never knew existed which is crazy because I've gone to get the same service elsewhere and have never been educated the way I was during my visit with PP. So far I have seen Kate, Holly and someone else who is no longer there. And all of them are so attentive and knowledgeable! My friends all now go there as well and I get so excited for each and every visit to PP. They eventually remember every regular client and build a rapport with you and pick up where you've left off. I've gotten Botox in my jaw muscles for clenching, botox in my forehead, around my eyes , filler in my cheekbones, my chin, my lips and I am very very happy each time. I just absolutely love this place and will post this same review for BOTH locations as I have been to both an equal amount of times. read more

Love this place! Amber is fantastic, I can always get in for a beauty treatment, thank you for your advise & expertise it always perfect

The women here are absolutely amazing! Amber and mellisa especially are The best. Hands down best esthetics beauty salon ive ever visited, especially in granite bay! read more

Just want to give more love to Pretty Please! Amber and Rosie have taken great care of me and always keep it real...which is always my goal....looking natural and healthy! I recently have had two Hydrafacials with Nicole and if you're afraid of or not interested in injectables, this facial is the perfect alternative. It will leave your skin hydrated and happy and give it that lift and fullness that will leave you amazed that a facial was capable of doing something so awesome. Nicole is super knowledgeable and pays attention to your skin and what it needs. Her and Rosie worked together to recommend products that have actually delivered on what they say they do! Never happened to me before! I'm very happy with my overall complexion now and have all these awesome ladies to thank. Thanks also to Sarah....you always answer my questions and work to get accommodate me on the schedule. Thank you everyone at Prettt Please! read more

My sister and I went to get lip fillers and botox with Amber yesterday....and I never thought I'd say this, but what a freaking amazing experience it was. Would have never thought getting poked with needles could have been such an enjoyable experience. First off, clean facility with great COVID friendly accomodations and thorough pre-procedure questionnaires. Amber is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and really makes you feel at ease. She offers great explanation of each service and option. Gives her honest opinion and doesn't upsell. The procedure itself was painless. Amber took her time to make sure I was happy with the lip shape as she was filling and took her time. I am THRILLED with my results. I do not look ducky. She accentuated my natural shape and helped make my lips more symmetrical. I have minimal bruising or swelling on day 2. Thank you Amber!! read more

In October 2022, we visited family in California. My wife went to Pretty please aesthetics and had botox done on her face. My wife was very satisfied with the professional and polite service. Her physician nurse Amy answered all her questions and made follow up calls. Would recommend to do others for their wifes. read more

I can echo all the other 5 star reviews. Pretty Please Aesthetics is the best I've experienced for aesthetic treatments. Everyone is highly qualified and talented. The entire staff is so friendly and professional, and the facility in Granite Bay is beautiful. Everything is always clean and comfortable. I came in for botox and maybe a little filler, and I've entered into a world of other treatments that I didn't even know existed or applied to me. The improvements they made were so wonderful that I asked what else can be done. There was never a hard upsell, I asked and they made suggestions along the way to take it to another level with a very natural look. I didn't know about lip flips (fantastic!), or Kybella to tighten the neck and jawline (thought it was only for double-chins, which I don't have), and that made a nice improvement. Or fillers in strategic locations to create a structure for collagen to produce and build support for the skin. Ask about the 8 point face lift. I became a Level 2 member for all the benefits because I'm hooked. What they did with my 65 year old face is unbelievable. I look years younger, so fresh, and so natural. I've seen Kate and Amber for injectables. They are truly artists. They answer my questions, explain the procedures and what to expect. I find their injections to be more comfortable than any I've had in the past. They check in with me throughout the procedure. They always have a follow up appointment to make any necessary adjustments and make sure I'm happy. Michelle's facials are luxurious and my skin looks fantastic, and she is so much fun. I'll do a series of IPL photofacials this winter for dark spots to even out my skin color now that my skin is tighter and fresher looking. Just had my lips filled in a way I've never experienced - Amber is an artist and loves doing lips. They look amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Pretty Please Aesthetics. Check them out, you won't be sorry. read more

I was definitely nervous about my first experience with Botox! But I was pleasantly surprised. The actual office is adorable and very welcoming. Gal at the front desk was friendly and sweet. Pricing is fair and I will definitely be back! read more

Love the new location! Kehli is amazing, really knowledgeable and she makes me feel so comfortable during my treatment. She also told me where to look to find a coupon so I could get a discount. Beautiful facility!! Love all the staff, Amber is fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Amazing results!!

Highly recommend Amber for lip filler and botox!! She's gentle and knowledgeable and I love the very natural look and shaping she did to my lips! I just mostly wanted to even then out and add a little volume, as they're naturally very small and asymmetrical. I also had dysport in my forehead and 11's about 4 months ago, and I love the results still today. So glad I found her thru a recommendation on a FB moms group. I will definitely be going to her for all my aesthetic needs! All the front desk staff there is super nice too! read more

I am so lucky I found Amy! I was very hesitant about filler and botox, etc. She listened to all my concerns about my nasolabial folds and and walked me through all possible treatments without making me feel like I was wasting her time. Most importantly, she never pressured me into treatments I didn't want and was honest about my expectations with each method. Amy is patient, honest, and I feel safe in her hands. I'm very happy with her work and I look and feel amazing! read more

My mom has been here before and I loved her results so I went for a lip enhancement. let me tell you guys... Kehli was absolutely amazing! She helped guide me through the process of getting a lip enhancement and let me tell you THEY CAME OUT AMAZING! I loved how knowledgeable she was and kept me informed with what she was doing. I think that's very important, especially when it might be someone's first time and their nerves might get the better of them. Overall, I love how my lips came out and I would highly recommend Pretty Please Aesthetics! read more

I live for the Aquagold treatments! If you're looking for something to make your skin look youthful, smooth, and a glow this is it! Both locations have great staff. Amber is my girl, she makes each treatment quick and efficient. They're never out to fill your face or do anything unnecessary like other medical spas, which I definitely appreciate! read more

I was new to skincare and botox and decided to go to Pretty Please Aesthetics. I had such wonderful experiences with all of the employees. Rosie, Melissa, and Amber are all so endearing, understanding and make you feel exceedingly comfortable. Any fears I had about getting work done dissipated once I met these lovely ladies. They not only make you feel at home but are most importantly extremely professional and highly skilled at what they do. I loved my experience with botox with both Amber and Rosie. Melissa has helped to improve my skin immensely with facials and even a chemical peel and I will continue to go back and see all these ladies because my skin has a new glow I never thought was possible. Highly recommend!!!! read more

I have been here multiple times for facials by Melissa and for botox with Kate. And i am so amazed by the difference in my skin & appearance! These ladies are amazing & so sweet & fun! Its a positive energy when you walk in, and then you walk out feeling even better! Will definitely be coming back and sending all of my friends! I was so nervous about the botox and they walked me through the entire process and my 40 yr old face looks so much younger now! And my skin has never looked as good as it does after my facials. read more

I went in for my very first lip fillers a few days ago. The office is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Amber gave me basically full control over exactly what I wanted. She would check in with me frequently to see where I wanted to add anything. They even sent me home with an ice pack and something to help with the swelling. Very reasonable pricing too, especially considering the location. read more

I can not even begin to explain how comfortable staff made me feel. I'm very scared of needles and honestly of really changing my face. Everything was explained to me so thoroughly by Dr. Kehli. No up selling, no pressure. Just honestly sweet people explaining things to me and keeping it very straight forward. I love my experience, and will return regularly. I recommend all my friends to Dr. Kehli, and I'm very very picky! read more
