I decided 55 years old was going to be my glow up and it started with a visit to Dr Lee. I'd never done any injections so I really wasn't sure where to start. He studied my face and recommended 1 syringe in my lips and 1 in each nasolabial fold. I'm so glad I did it! My deflated lips looked fuller and less sad-frowny-face, and my nasolabial folds were filled in making me look less droopy. He did all of this with significant impact but looked natural. People at work noticed right away and loved my outcome so much, they decided to go get injections for themselves. The cost was $850 total for the lips (1 syringe) and $1900 total for the nasolabial folds (2 syringes). He uses a different formula for the two areas which is the reason for the price per syringe difference. I had all of this done 16 months ago and things are still looking great. No migration no deflation, no lumps. I did have the normal swelling and bruising at first, but that all resolved in 2 weeks. Money well spent and I would do it all over again! read more

It makes me wonder why the Botox and Daxxify results were so inconsistent from this clinic. Last time I went I got Daxxify which is supposed to last longer, 3-4 months for me on average, but the results lasted 6 weeks before the forehead wrinkles came back. I've had these injections for 10 years and I know how the results should look, and some of Dr. Lees injections had desirable results others not so much. Dr. Lee said maybe I need a higher dose. I'm not an expert on the dosing but I can say that recently I had the same dose at a different clinic and the results are noticeably better even two months later. read more

My first visit there he overcharged me for products. I went to return less than 24 hours later and he completely avoided me hid in his office and had his receptionist informed me that he wasn't available via typing to her from his office in the same building . All he cares about is money not his patients . I will be continuing to seek a refund and will never be coming back here for services again. read more

I had such an incredible experience at Aesthetics by Dr. Lee. The office is beautiful, clean, and so welcoming the moment you walk in. Every detail made us feel comfortable right away. The care my daughter and I received today truly went above and beyond. From start to finish, we felt completely at ease. Jessica and Malaak were absolutely amazing, they made both me and my 18-year-old daughter feel like we had known them forever. It's rare to feel that kind of genuine connection, especially on a first visit. Dr. Lee is outstanding. You can truly tell how much he cares about his patients and the quality of his work. I had an appointment for 1:45 with a nurse. I was put into a patient room and 45 minutes later I was not seen. I went out and asked the receptionist if I had been overlooked. She said she hadn't seen the nurse but will ask Dr. Lee. He came in and said if I wanted to pay the up charge he could see me. I said I had been waiting 45 minutes so I should not be charge the difference in fee. He did not apologize and told me to not ask any questions but gave the treatment. He was very indifferent and not professional at all. I would never go back to this place. read more

I came in for the first time on 4-25-25 with high hopes. I'm a side sleeper so have chest and neck wrinkles in my décolletage area and collar wrinkles at the base of my neck area which really bothers me. I asked Dr Lee what could we do. I was considering laser, or filler or both. He suggested I start with filler for collar bone wrinkles. It was not cheap. I paid $1,850.00 for one syringe. He did individual poke's opposed to using the tunneling or threading method. Because of that, I ended up lumpy and bumpy. I look like I have ropes or braided skin around my collar bone. It's looks much worst than it did before I spent nearly $2000. I came back in to let him try to fix it. All he did was push on my skin really hard which was painful but the filler was already set in place. I asked for a refund because it was really bad. They told me they would not give me a refund but instead offered me a discount on other future services. I'm a strong believer in excellent customer service. In my opinion, if they messed up and made me look worst than before, I should 100% get a refund. I've been walking around for over 8 months with a complex to show my neck because it looks deformed. They have the most up to date techniques , and are constantly coming out with what's new and happening in the skin and aesthetics world with new offerings and state of the art equipment. I would have not come if it wasn't for the gift card I got. Please look for different places. This place is beyond disorganized and the wait time is disrespectful. They disregard that you book an appointment and they make you come early just to start almost two hours later. I had to pay extra because my treatment was done by the doctor versus the nurse. I got there 45 mins before my scheduled time just as they requested. I Didn't see the doctor until after my scheduled time and had to wait 45 mins for the numbing cream to set in, he came in to the room to share that he had someone before me even though I got there before them. The procedure itself was fast didn't take long, but I had an appointment that I had to push out by more than an hour because of their delay. He didn't clean my face, he applied the numbing cream with a wooden medical stick, they didn't even have one of those spa hair holder he brought be a flimsy plastics one that started giving me a headache. After the procedure he went on to just wipe it a bit. I've seen other videos where the client at least gets a cooling cream. It was just so fast it seemed rushed but he took forever to see me. After 2 hours they could have offered a discount for the absurd wait. Not even a cooling gel. Not coming back, I definitely don't recommend. read more

I found Dr. Lee on yelp and went for it. Booked an appointment and came in for treatments. Did 2 rounds of chin filler at other offices, and they can never get it right. I wanted it to be longer and more symmetrical due to the fact my chin is not even. Dr. Lee listened to what I wanted and totally accomplished that! I was so happy and could see the difference immediately. 2nd treatment was botox. I was very hesitant to get it done because another office injected too much, and I could not open my eyes for 6 months. I had to use my hands to lift it up in order to not look sleeping. I was dramatized. Dr. Lee once again reassured me and successfully made me believe in getting botox again. I came in wanting to enhance my face features, but in a natural way. Dr. Lee's response is so manipulative and misleading. He refused me service, but continues to claim that I left without the service of my own choice. As I've already stated, I wouldn't sign a document he sent me which stated that I had RECEIVED a service and I didn't like the service. I won't sign that document because I DIDN'T receive the service. Furthermore, I have been "hostile" because I have had promise after promise (by office staff) that I would receive a call back by "the end of the day" about this matter...and weeks later I'm still waiting for that call. This Dr. didn't want to give me as little Botox as I was requesting. He wanted to give me TWO TIMES the amount I have been receiving from the doctor in the area I used to live. He flatly refused to give me ANY at all if I wouldn't agree to let him inject me with TWO TIMES what is a safe amount for MY face. Please take the time to actually read his other reviews. There are quite a few that sound a LOT like the kind of experience I had. He is not the only show in town. Don't gamble with your body or money. You may not be one of the lucky ones who have nice things to say about his office. Also, note that many of his good reviews are for his employees and specifically mention that they found Dr. Lee, himself, unpleasant. I have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and with the medical department of the California Office of Consumer Affairs. Staff was polite, but you could feel the underlying pressure to push products. RNs are working in the clinic, but unless it is a pricey procedure, they won't see you. You will only be seen by the aesthetician. Dr. Lee came in but he was a bit too cavalier about my concerns. FYI the MD is not a Derm, but a wound care MD. Pros: Easy scheduling, easy rescheduling, check in super fast, Botox I got on forehead and jaw was also good. I also had a hydro facial and DEFINITELY will do it again here and recommend this to anyone. Cons: The front office space is a weird vibe. Probably not much to be done due to physical location though. I also felt Dr Lee was pushy on adding services. For example, I came in for Botox and he asked me if I had tried fillers. I said yes but didn't like them and he went on for a few minutes about how I should try them again. He also asked about a hydro facial which I did want to try, but not that day and he asked me twice if I wanted to schedule one the same day. Well.....I do have to say that the back office staff is great (especially the MA), services are pricey and unfortunately I had a bad experience as far as my treatment. I researched the Halo Laser and read nothing but great reviews yet I was the unfortunate one to have a bad reaction. I ended up seeking urgent care for my face and as soon as I took the medication prescribed by the ER doctor my face started to look better. I had an allergic reaction and it was very scary. I kept checking in with the office every day and sending them pictures. My face is still healing after day 11 and I will definitely not do this again. Over $2k later with scary experience. Ok everyone.. I've been to aesthetic places all over the country and the customer service here is definitely top notch! I got under-eye fillers and Nurse Nierlene (I know I'm not spelling her name right.. sorry girl ) is amazing! She has a steady hand and a very delicate touch. One of the best experiences I've ever had! I can't wait to see the results after healing. Thank you Dr. Lee and company! On a side note.. after reading some other reviews, I want to say that no products were "pushed" on me. I was told that if I was "interested in hearing about the products they offer that someone would be happy to talk to me about them." It was never pushed on me. Also, they asked if I was OK with them posting pictures on social media. They clearly explained that it was not mandatory and I did not have to sign the paperwork to allow them to post pictures. I don't recommend this place for Botox. I had the same experience as other low star reviews. Misplaced Botox treatments, so I have to come back for a touch up and the doctor just recommends more exorbitant amounts of Botox. Ultimately, Botox is Botox. My forehead is frozen and we'll see how long it lasts. But I don't get a good feeling about supporting a business that is either intentionally misleading clients, or is unintentionally bad at administering injections in the proper sites. To me, less is more when it comes to Botox. I'd like to achieve my desired results in as few units as possible, and I don't think that is this doctors preferred method. read more

I went to Dr. Lee's office for filler for lines above my lips. The nurse did the injections and suggested I have filler in my lips also since they also had lines. The additional cost for the lips would be $800. I went ahead with the lip injections and after one week, after the swelling went down, they looked exactly the same as before the injections. I went in to Dr. Lee's office and he reviewed the photos that had been taken before the injections and agreed my lips looked the same. He said he could put more filler in but I would have to pay another $800. I walked out of his office. I do not plan on going back for any more services. read more

I've been to Dr. Lee on two occasions for filler under my eyes. The first time it had bubbles that he could not see or fix. It did improve my look somewhat so I did return for a second time hoping for an improvement. This time the filler was not placed correctly and looks awful. I found out that the kind of filler he uses is not the norm for undereye placement because it can cause bubbles that last a year and can be permanant. I had made another appointment with his $50. deposit at the time of the second fill without realizing how badly it would turn out, and before hearing of his other poor work from two acquaintances on their face. I called the office on October 18th to cancel an appointment for December 22nd and the doctor refused to return the $50.00 deposit. Yet, they have a cancellation period that I far exceeded. I highly recommend not doing business with this Doctor. If you choose to see him, please check his background and medical training. I wish I had. read more

I decided to come here for a consultation, as it was close to my home and had good reviews. I should have looked deeper at the lower-rated reviews because I had a similar experience to other Yelpers. Customer service by both the receptionist and the doctor was very impersonal. I felt like they just wanted me there for a sale, and not to solve my concerns or make me happy as an actual human being. As soon as I checked in, the receptionist asked me if I wanted Botox. I'm in my early 20s and I get that people my age use it as preventative care, but to start off a conversation with "Have you ever thought of Botox?" gives the impression that she thinks I NEED Botox. When going over my medical history, the doctor made a comment that I'm "too young to have anxiety". As someone who has suffered panic attacks since age 2, this was really offensive to me and turned me off from the beginning. I voiced my concerns about my skin (PIE/PIH aka post-acne marks), and was essentially told that nothing can get rid of it but "time". I know this wasn't true because I have done research on the type of treatments I was looking for, and I know that it is possible to remove PIE/PIH from the face. Not only that, but I worked in a cosmetic environment for 4 years and knew coworkers who had removed their PIE/PIH with laser treatment. He suggested a Vampire Facial and BBL, but didn't seem confident that either option would solve my skin concerns. He then made a comment about my large pore size, which was uncalled for, considering I made no mention about my pores. Halfway through the consultation, after explaining BBL, he says "I'll put you down for an appointment in 2 weeks". I wasn't sure if I even wanted that treatment, nor did I say anything to indicate I wanted to book today. I told him I wasn't sure yet, and he said that his practice is "very exclusive" and "booked out 2 weeks" so I need to let him know soon... IMO, 2 weeks is not "very exclusive", but to each their own I suppose. Overall, I just did not feel comfortable and felt that no matter how much I spent here, I wouldn't get the results I wanted. I ended up going to a different Medi-Spa who does laser specifically for my concerns. read more
