Absolutely incredible experience - life-changing results and unmatched customer care!…read moreAfter suffering for over a year and a half with severe swelling in my legs and body--alongside severe psoriasis likely triggered by years of unknowingly living in a toxic, mold-infested environment--my doctor recommended lymphatic drainage to relieve the fluid buildup. Desperate for help, I searched online and found Nor Cal Cryo Slim. I emailed them, and to my amazement, Amber called me immediately after reading my message. After listening compassionately to my situation, Amber came in on her day off just to help me. I received a full-body lymphatic massage using the Balancer Pro, and I was absolutely blown away by the results after just 60 minutes. For the first time in a very long time, I could see my ankles again--and rotate my feet! The swelling and discomfort dramatically decreased, and I felt hopeful and light for the first time in ages. Amber is the definition of kind, compassionate, and customer-focused--something that is almost impossible to find these days. I left feeling cared for, supported, and truly amazed by the difference in my body. I am now a lifelong customer. If you're even thinking about going--stop thinking and just GO! You will not regret it. I wish I could shout it from the rooftops, but this review will have to do for now. Thank you, Amber and Nor Cal Cryo Slim--you changed my life in just one visit!

I was late due to not reading instructions, and ended up at their old location. I called to let her know, and she fit me right in with very little wait time. So thankful for that, as I drove about 35 minutes to get there. I checked in with the receptionist, and she handed me an iPad to complete my medical questionnaire. Very cool, and up-to-date on technology! No loose files and missing paperwork here! I had a consult with Annika and she's amazing + SO sweet! You can tell she's experienced, and has done this for a very long time. I got what I needed, and was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I love the efficiency! I can't wait to see my results, and to revisit Annika + Team! Cheers! N

I was only planning on getting a partial highlight and was planning to chop my thin hair to feel thicker. I had asked Annie if we can do a consult for extensions to do at another time. I had bought my Bellami extensions that I previously had installed for my wedding but removed shortly after due to them causing hair loss and pain and the corners constantly lifting and showing through my super thin hair. (First install Done elsewhere) Upon entering the salon it is super clean and all the staff, I think the two owners may have been there, were super friendly, it was a great vibe. Clean, smiles from everyone, and fun! Also it's sounds like you can access multiple services from one spot, spray tan, lashes and I believe even an aesthetician. But more importantly, not only did Annie make me feel safe with my concerns and questions she changed my appointment on the spot to accommodate an install in addition to a full highlight and cut. Mind you it was late in the day on a Friday! I left feeling absolutely transformed and 100000000x more confident than when I entered. All of my concerns were addressed, the color was absolutely stunning and better than I could imagine and her skill and creativity shows through the seamless install. Even on my super duper thin hair I do not see a single weft and they feel absolutely weightless. I didn't think was possible for me and assumed I'd have to wait for my hair to grow back out and be more full! This was a completely different experience from my last install. I live 45 minutes away but I will absolutely make the drive back to be seen by Annie evey 6 weeks! Wonderful setting, clean salon, great staff, Annie's creativity was so fun to watch come to life. I would recommend her to literally everyone I know. Also as a major plus she is sweet as pie!! 10 out of 10 experience, not a single thing I can complain. Value to price 100%, quality 100%, product 100% and what an enjoyable couple hours together thank you Annie, you gave me my sparkle back

This is a continuation from my last review (posted below this one) which I encourage you to read…read morebefore reading this one to get the full picture. It has only gotten worst. Beware of before and after photo manipulation. They have you put your feet on numbers in a full 365 circle for before photos but after your Lipo, they ask you to spread your feet on outside of numbers, so that your legs are more spread apart, making you look slimmer on after photos. Furthermore, I had a follow up appointment with Dr Hegstrom to go over my results, which I was not happy with. I still had hip dips and I did not see a difference. My body actually looked more proportioned before. I feel it looks deformed now, uneven. My hips and waist line are not even anymore. Dr Hegstrom was thinking out loud and brainstorming on how he could fix my hip dips and make a more of a even hourglass shape that I was told I would have. He said he could preform a revision on my hips and blend into my waist but also take some fat from my arms and place in my hip dip area. I asked him, would that all be included in my $1895 revision fee. He said, let me go ask my manager Alicia. He came back shorty after and said, I have good news, she approved everything. He told me that I will only need to pay the revision fee of $1895 and take down my negative yelp review. There was a nurse in the room who can confirm this. I agreed. I met the manager Alicia on the way out. She told me she would call to schedule my revision appointment. Then once again, disappointment and broken promises. Just like the disappointment I laid out in my first review. Now she is telling me they will not honor what I was promised and charge me additionally, arms - $3,000 fat transfer - 4,000 Revision to Flanks/Surgical Fee - $1,895 Acting as if I'm getting a discount by saying they will only charge me a Total of: $6,895 Mind you, I originally paid $15,000 for full body Lipo with BBL. But on day of surgery, Dr said I did not have enough fat for BBL so he talked me into doing Lipo on my hip dips only. I was very disappointed but agreed. They refunded me $8500 so I ended up paying $6500. Now they want to charge me another $6,895 which is $14,000 in total of what I would pay them. How is my original quote of $15,000 for full body Lipo with BBL compare to $14,000 for only arm and hip Lipo with fat transfer to hips. Those numbers do not make sense in comparison to what I would receive. This business is a scam and manipulating in multiple areas. I do not have an issue with the Dr Hegstrom. He was nice, fair and willing to fix my issues. My issue is with management and their business practices. I feel as if I waisted $6500 and so much time, energy and stress, just to look worst. I'm in the process of contacting the California State Bar to review my options.
