I arrived at approximately 2:50 PM and was told by a front desk associate that my appointment had been canceled because I supposedly did not respond to a text message or phone call regarding moving my appointment to an earlier time. I explained that I had never received either. She then stated that, on their end, the text showed as "read," so they proceeded with canceling my appointment without receiving any actual confirmation from me. I showed her the most recent text I had received from SEV, which was regarding completing my forms, which I had already done. After seeing how understandably upset I was, she told me they could squeeze me in. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve from there. The nurse who performed my treatment was not pleasant or welcoming and provided very limited information. Given the confusion and frustration surrounding my appointment, I would have appreciated some reassurance, professionalism, and basic bedside manner. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and rushed, as though I was simply another number. Additionally, an area of my forehead appears to have been missed due to the headband I was instructed to wear during the procedure. At checkout, I was told their payment kiosk was not working, so a payment link would be sent to my phone. The link never arrived, so it was eventually sent to my email instead. At that point, I asked the front desk associate to confirm which phone number they had on file. She read the number back to me, and it was NOT my phone number. She then corrected it. What makes this especially frustrating is that SEV had previously been able to text my correct phone number regarding my forms, yet when they attempted to contact me about modifying my appointment, they were apparently using a completely different number. Despite contacting the wrong number, they canceled my appointment because they claimed the message showed as "read." I find it completely unacceptable to cancel or change a patient's scheduled appointment without actually receiving confirmation from the patient especially when the office was contacting the wrong phone number. The entire experience was handled poorly and lacked the professionalism, courtesy, communication, and bedside manner I would expect from a medical aesthetics practice. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed rather than cared for as a patient. The price was fair and the location was aesthetically nice. Unfortunately, based on overall experience, I will not be returning to this location.

I was caught off guard when Dr. Boparai walked in. I assumed I was seeing Dr. Champlin, but that was MY FAULT for not checking. Dr. Boparai said Dr. Champlin retired earlier this year. However, I decided to get them because they were having a special for $399 (which is 50% off). Lesson learned. I get them done & immediately knew they were uneven. I was so sad, but I was like it's fine maybe it will get better let them settle... Then I get an infection. They were amazing about that- in making sure I got abx that same day. Dr. Boparai wanted to see what was going on, so I go in the next day. She stated, this has never happened before... I was trying to show her where my lips where uneven, but it was near the site of infection. She said finish the abx, wait the two weeks, & we will go from there. So, I wait & scheduled my appt thinking I was getting more filler that day. However, there was some miscommunication & that appt became a consultation. She was saying with the discount & how much product she was using she's basically covering the cost... which I thought was REALLY unprofessional. She's not wrong, but this is your business & that shouldn't be any of your patient's concern. She ran the promotion, NOT ME. At this point, Dr. Boparai said she will reach out to the rep & let me know. She was able to get a syringe. Cool. I just wanted to get it over with because it has caused so much anxiety. I come to the appt & show her where I want it. As she's preparing the needle etc, she's like you should write me a Yelp review since I'm getting in such a small area. I literally thought in my head... You mean for doing your job, which should have been done correctly the first time! So, here I am writing that Yelp review she asked for MULTIPLE TIMES Now she's injecting my bottom R lip & doesn't want to get too close to the borders (which is correct), but ends up putting it all in the corner of my mouth. AT THAT MOMENT I KNEW ohh SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING! I told her to stop because it was going in the WRONG AREA. Now it was overfilled & more uneven then when we started. She's like "you're unhappy." I said yah "I used to have beautiful lips" (she said I still did). At that point I'm just done. Dr. Boparai (herself) offered a possible option to have a more experienced injector fix it. She's like I'd rather fix it now. So I'm showing her AGAIN... when it FINALLY CLICKED when she looked from my pov. In my head I'm like so you just were injecting without even fully knowing what I was talking about? LOL. We tried one more time... I'm like can you add some here & FINALLY it became more even Thank God. So as I'm leaving I still wasn't sure if I was going to have to pay because she never gave me a definitive answer. Luckily, she didn't charge me, which I very appreciative of. *Side note: stuff from reps are free* I never looked up Dr. Boparai's credentials because I was expecting Dr. Champlin & at that point it didn't matter the damage was already done. BUT Now, I'm curious. Once I see that she was a PCP everything made sense! THIS IS MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION, BUT I WOULD HAVE NEVER LET HER TOUCH MY FACE knowing she's a PCP. Yes, I know you can be trained & still do well, but that comes with time & practice & I felt like I was her first ever patient. Almost done, trust it's been annoying typing up, But I had to give the full story. I'm still unhappy & it was bothering me ALL DAY-everyday. I'm like no, just call. Mind you, Dr. Boparai HERSELF brought up the idea of having someone else come fix my lips, so I assumed that was still an option. I had already made up my mind I wouldn't let her touch me anymore, I just wanted someone who knew what they were doing TO MAKE MY LIPS EVEN. I called last Thursday & was advised to send pics & they will reach out to the reps & call me back. There was NO COMMUNICATION. At this point I felt like they were ghosting me. My friend was like do you want to call from my phone I started laughing because I'm like no I'm not in a toxic relationship. I shouldn't have to do that... This is supposed to be a professional business. They finally text me back on Wednesday (yesterday) almost a week later. She said she can remove them, but will not give me any additional filler. Okay that's fine I just want them back to normal. She tells me it will be $250 & went on to explain AGAIN how I got it for 50 % off plus the additional syringe. Again, not my fault they decided to do a promotion. Nope I'm done. I will pay to get them removed from a reputable lip injector. Like Dr. Boparai emphasized we both took financial losses. I would never recommend her, 0/10.

There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

I had lip filler done by Nurse Jennifer in March 2025 and unfortunately had a very poor experience…read more This was my first time ever getting lip filler, so I relied heavily on the provider's expertise and recommendations. I was encouraged to do a dental block for numbing, which left me numb much longer than expected. The bruising afterward was extensive, and I experienced pain and tenderness for weeks. I could feel not only the individual injection sites but also what felt like the path of the needle throughout my lips. As the filler settled, my lips became lumpy, uneven, and unnatural looking. They also felt firm and irregular to the touch. At my follow-up appointment, Jennifer told me the filler needed to be massaged. The massage was incredibly painful--so painful that my eyes were watering during the appointment. She also acknowledged that my lips were crooked, stating they "just needed a little more on the top of one side," but no complimentary correction was offered despite the poor outcome and the amount I had already spent. Considering the results, I'm now grateful that no additional filler was added. Four months later, I sought treatment from another injector because I was unhappy with the results. The difference was night and day. She was able to improve the appearance of my lips using only topical numbing cream, and I experienced little to no bruising afterward. She also explained that my lips appeared overfilled, which likely contributed to the lumpiness and uneven appearance. Even now, I can still see and feel filler remaining in the back of my lips. When I pull my lip down, there is a noticeable bulge that resembles a fat lip. The filler appears to have been placed farther back than necessary,. Looking back, I wish I had done more research before booking. My only additional complaint is that pricing was never clearly discussed beforehand. Because my lips were naturally very small, I agreed to two syringes during the appointment and was surprised by the final bill. As a first-time filler client, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding total costs before treatment began. I was also never given a receipt. I later called to request one and was told it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. Overall, this was an expensive and disappointing experience. I obviously will not return and also would not recommend, Picture is before lip filler, right after my initial appointment and the healed results.

I don't know what that guy posted about (Nathan S.) but my experience was awesome. I used to go to another laser hair removal place, and didn't notice a huge difference in hair loss UNTIL i started going to Eternity Med Spa. I was happy that they had 3 or 4 different machines for hair removal, depending on my level of comfort. After my first treatment, I noticed HUGE results! I did purchase a package so that I could save some money. Lori, the registered nurse who performed the treatment, was very good at explaining the differences between the lasers and with my skin color and hair type, and why she was choosing the laser she did. I checked her credentials prior to going into the spa (i have heard horror stories of other places and wanted to do my due diligence) and she has been a registered nurse in California for well over a decade in the med spa industry. I read all the reviews and it looks like they had a change of RN's this last summer, but after that hiccup, they have been fantastic (again). I thought the spa was clean, very friendly and helpful, and I never felt rushed nor did I have to wait to be seen. The office manager remembered my name (i am HUGE on customer service, so this was a major plus) and I felt as though she and Lori took the time to actually hear what I wanted to accomplish, and cared about me as an individual. In today's get rich quick mentality, this was very important. I felt as though they were investing in me as a client, to ensure I would stay there and pass on a good word... so here i am! Overall, after being treated at other places, I can say that Eternity Med Spa has been wonderful. Great staff, great environment, and most importantly, GREAT RESULTS! read more

I have been getting Botox for years. I have ALWAYS had it done by doctors, with mixed reviews. I was very sceptical about having a nurse do it at Eternity, but after having my sister get her botox done, with great success, I decided to try it. I AM SOOOOO GLAD I DID! The price was the same as other med spa's but honestly, a week later, I have NEVER had my botox work so great! Summer (the nurse) used LESS BOTOX than I have used in the past, and I have had such amazing results! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND SUMMER! I guess this location now has a different nurse. I saw the new nurse and she did great! I had some minor stuff done and it went well. The receptionist was super nice on the phone and when I arrived. It doesn't bother me that the other girls are gone (they never fit me in anyways). Eternity is still honoring the previous prices and the packages. I really feel like my Botox was even better this time (and I am very picky) with the new nurse. I will definitely be back!!!!! read more

As I get to the building I find no suite number or name so I asked this lady in another suite if she knew where suite 152 was and she said "yes next door but it's empty" just then the lady I was to meet came out (that was a red flag for her neighbor to not know she was in business next door) but I went in anyways and she locked the door behind me which then made me very uncomfortable. I said your company name is not on the door and she said nothing. I said do you have pictures and she showed me a couple from her phone and said she had been doing this for 2 years when I asked. I said why no reviews she said she was from Sweden and was getting started here, I said am I your first? she said no not at all I've done many. She immediately wanted to numb my eyebrows with out explaining anything or even outlining my brows to show me what they would look like first. Also, she never advised me of what I shouldn't do 24 hours prior to the service, like no alcohol, no aspirin, or no caffeine day of, etc. I told her I was nervous and left. Then I found Karen on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. I love my eyebrows they came out great!! I couldn't be happier. Thanks Karen for such a awesome job and for making me feel comfortable and very satisfied!! See you in six weeks for my touch up.

To make matters worse, she operated ILLEGALLY without proper permits, demonstrated a lack of accountability, and falsely claimed professional certifications. I had the worst experience imaginable with Suki Oh at Permanent Makeup by Sabrina. I trusted her to perform a microblading procedure, clearly explaining that I wanted natural-looking eyebrows with strokes following my natural hair. I emphasized that I have thick eyebrows and didn't want them overdone or reshaped. Instead, Suki completely ignored my instructions. She shaved off half of my natural eyebrows and tattooed deep, over-saturated, and painful marks into my skin, creating an unnatural shape that does not align with my natural eyebrow growth. She also added a new "tail" to my eyebrows, which forces me to either shave off part of my natural brows permanently or endure mismatched, unnatural-looking eyebrows. She botched my face, and this was exactly what I feared might happen when considering microblading. To make matters worse, when I reached out to her to fix the problem, she told me she was out of the country on vacation indefinitely and didn't know when she'd be back. She offered no alternative solution, no recommendations for other professionals to help, and no refund. Ignoring a distressed client after tattooing their face is unprofessional and unacceptable. I have since consulted with a dozen other permanent makeup professionals in my area. All of them agreed that Suki's work was botched--creating dark, splotchy marks and a shape I never asked for--and needed immediate correction. I've now had to endure painful and expensive saline removal treatments to undo the damage she caused. Even more troubling is that Suki performed this service without the proper permitting required by the El Dorado County Environmental Management Department, meaning she was operating illegally at the time of my procedure. This not only violates health and safety regulations but also underscores the lack of professionalism and care she demonstrated throughout this process. Suki's lack of accountability doesn't end there. She allowed other people in the room during my procedure without informing me in advance, which was distracting and unprofessional. She also charged extra at the end for an obligatory aftercare item that was not disclosed upfront. Even more concerning, her website and Yelp profile falsely claim she is "Board Certified by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals," but when I contacted the organization, they said she is not a member. This experience has caused me emotional distress, financial loss, and permanent changes to my face that I never wanted. Suki's complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and skill, combined with her illegal operation, make me warn others to stay far away from her services. If you value your face and your peace of mind, go to someone else.

Contemplated the whole hair transplant option but wasn't too keen about it and likely having to take propecia medication afterwards to prevent losing any new hair. Thankfully, I found Sabrina who worked wonders. She filled in my bald spots with permanent makeup (micro blading and micro shading) and I now have the appearance of having a full head of hair although I have to keep it trimmed fairly tight. People have already told me I look younger. I absolutely love what she has done and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone contemplating having the same thing done.
