I understand having a 30-day cancellation policy, but I was disappointed that there was no willingness to work with me given my circumstances, especially after being told the membership would be canceled. I truly enjoyed this studio and the classes, which makes the situation even more frustrating. It's a great studio when everything is going smoothly, but I was disappointed with how my situation was handled when I needed some flexibility and help. I won't go back. The welcome staff got us checked in easily and once the first class was finished, we would be admitted. The funny thing about this event is that the posting didn't say what type of yoga so I assumed it would be Vinyasa, but the class that went before mine was doing body sculpt yoga and it looks super intense.
