Back story: I started getting Botox about 15 years ago and I only needed about 20-30 units to see…read morethe results I desired in my forehead. I noticed other providers would tell me I needed MUCH more and every visit the unit count would creep up dramatically...up to 100 units!! So I stopped doing Botox and switched to bangs for a few years. This year, though, I really saw how deep the creases were in my forehead so I went to my friend's provider in Phoenix in a panic. She didn't use Botox, something different, and it lasted not even eight weeks and she changed me $450. Again disappointment and frustration. So about a month ago I began my search locally on ChatGPT, Yelp and social media for an aesthetic provider in the Sacramento area close to my home. I was very impressed with Marjan's education and her reviews so I gave her a call. I was so pleased to actually speak with her directly and not a receptionist so I booked an appointment for last week. I was still pretty skeptical about whether I would like the results because she agreed that I only needed 28 units. After a week of waiting to see if this was enough units to soften my deep wrinkles, I'm SO pleased with a very smooth forehead again! I believe Marjan is fair and I love that she has that artist's touch, which is also necessary to get beautiful results. She was also thoughtful enough to have me sign up with a Botox loyalty program that made my service even more affordable. I'm really happy and I'll definitely go back to her!

I had such a positive experience and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Marjan to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and great to work with!

I first met Stella when she was running her skincare clinic in Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience in both Korea and Los Angeles, Stella has exceptional knowledge and skills. Since she moved to the Folsom area, I make sure to stop by whenever I visit Sacramento. She always provides customized care for my skin condition, face shape, and even neck tension. Her lymphatic drainage massage combined with sono treatments is amazing -- my skin becomes clearer, my pores shrink, my face looks smaller and brighter, and even my facial symmetry has improved. She also relieves all the tension in my neck and shoulders, making my body feel lighter. After each session, my face is more lifted, my eyes look brighter, and I receive so many compliments from others. The results are natural, safe, and much more affordable compared to plastic surgery, fillers, Botox, or surgical lifting. For me, Stella's treatments are one of the best investments in myself. Stella truly has "magic hands," and out of all the aesthetic treatments l've ever experienced, she is simply the best!

I went in for Botox and Juvéderm fillers -- with the goal of looking refreshed but still natural. My biggest concern was asymmetry: one side of my face naturally sits a little lower than the other, and it was starting to bother me more in photos. I didn't want anything drastic -- I just wanted things to feel more even and balanced. Dr. Gosal and the team took the time to listen, explained the approach in a way that made sense, and checked in throughout so I felt comfortable. The whole team was warm and professional, and the space feels clean, calm, and welcoming. I'm uploading my before-and-after photos because I know how helpful it is to see real results. For me, the outcome is exactly what I hoped for: more symmetry, a refreshed look, and still completely "me." I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking for Botox and fillers in the Sacramento area.

I had lip filler done by Nurse Jennifer in March 2025 and unfortunately had a very poor experience…read more This was my first time ever getting lip filler, so I relied heavily on the provider's expertise and recommendations. I was encouraged to do a dental block for numbing, which left me numb much longer than expected. The bruising afterward was extensive, and I experienced pain and tenderness for weeks. I could feel not only the individual injection sites but also what felt like the path of the needle throughout my lips. As the filler settled, my lips became lumpy, uneven, and unnatural looking. They also felt firm and irregular to the touch. At my follow-up appointment, Jennifer told me the filler needed to be massaged. The massage was incredibly painful--so painful that my eyes were watering during the appointment. She also acknowledged that my lips were crooked, stating they "just needed a little more on the top of one side," but no complimentary correction was offered despite the poor outcome and the amount I had already spent. Considering the results, I'm now grateful that no additional filler was added. Four months later, I sought treatment from another injector because I was unhappy with the results. The difference was night and day. She was able to improve the appearance of my lips using only topical numbing cream, and I experienced little to no bruising afterward. She also explained that my lips appeared overfilled, which likely contributed to the lumpiness and uneven appearance. Even now, I can still see and feel filler remaining in the back of my lips. When I pull my lip down, there is a noticeable bulge that resembles a fat lip. The filler appears to have been placed farther back than necessary,. Looking back, I wish I had done more research before booking. My only additional complaint is that pricing was never clearly discussed beforehand. Because my lips were naturally very small, I agreed to two syringes during the appointment and was surprised by the final bill. As a first-time filler client, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding total costs before treatment began. I was also never given a receipt. I later called to request one and was told it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. Overall, this was an expensive and disappointing experience. I obviously will not return and also would not recommend, Picture is before lip filler, right after my initial appointment and the healed results.

I'm writing this review for potential patients, despite the lack of recent reviews for Jeuvani…read more I was always embarrassed by my fat upper arms that hung down and looked terrible. I consulted with two spas for Coolsculpting in late 2022 and chose Jeuvani because it was much cheaper. That was the first red flag. Dr. Cellucci, who works as an ER doctor in Oroville, CA, lends her name and license to this Folsom spa but does not reside or work there. Second red flag. (How is this legal?) I did not expect a miracle, just some improvement. The spa looked smaller and cheaper than any I'd ever seen - a couple chairs, a counter, an office manager and a couple technician/receptionists. Third red flag. The technicians said they were trained and certified by Allergan to provide Coolsculpting. I went through the procedure twice before stopping (a LOT of pain). The results were a nightmare. My arms looked twisted, pockmarked, slouchy, hideous, and not tighter at all. Looked like all the collagen was destroyed. When I returned to Jeuvani, one of the technicians said, "You're just making too much out of this. This is what our arms look like when we get older." My jaw hit the floor as they fully knew the damage they'd done. (This must be a scripted line they use when things are a mess.) They made it clear there would be no help from them. I contacted Allergan, but they said the provider had to file the complaint, which Jeuvani was not going to do. I planned to file a lawsuit for repair surgery costs but was diagnosed with breast cancer, which brought everything to a halt for quite a while, and the time is past now. But I hate to see any business get away with stuff like this because people stayed quiet. I share this to warn people who want to get Coolsculpting and/or go to Jeuvani Spa and Sculpting. Don't look to save money; go to a place with legitimate doctors (who care) on site with a long-time reputation to protect, even if it costs more. Be clear on what Plan B would be. A penny-ante operation like this one will leave you poorer and with nowhere to go if you get bad results. Read ALL the reviews. If there was a zero, that's what they'd get.
