I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

I consulted with two spas for Coolsculpting in late 2022 and chose Jeuvani because it was much cheaper. That was the first red flag. Dr. Cellucci, who works as an ER doctor in Oroville, CA, lends her name and license to this Folsom spa but does not reside or work there. Second red flag. (How is this legal?) I did not expect a miracle, just some improvement. The spa looked smaller and cheaper than any I'd ever seen - a couple chairs, a counter, an office manager and a couple technician/receptionists. Third red flag. The technicians said they were trained and certified by Allergan to provide Coolsculpting. I went through the procedure twice before stopping (a LOT of pain). The results were a nightmare. My arms looked twisted, pockmarked, slouchy, hideous, and not tighter at all. Looked like all the collagen was destroyed. When I returned to Jeuvani, one of the technicians said, "You're just making too much out of this. This is what our arms look like when we get older." My jaw hit the floor as they fully knew the damage they'd done. (This must be a scripted line they use when things are a mess.) They made it clear there would be no help from them. I contacted Allergan, but they said the provider had to file the complaint, which Jeuvani was not going to do. I planned to file a lawsuit for repair surgery costs but was diagnosed with breast cancer, which brought everything to a halt for quite a while, and the time is past now. But I hate to see any business get away with stuff like this because people stayed quiet. I share this to warn people who want to get Coolsculpting and/or go to Jeuvani Spa and Sculpting. Don't look to save money; go to a place with legitimate doctors (who care) on site with a long-time reputation to protect, even if it costs more. Be clear on what Plan B would be. A penny-ante operation like this one will leave you poorer and with nowhere to go if you get bad results. Read ALL the reviews. If there was a zero, that's what they'd get.

Of these three objectives, only the first appears to have been achieved. The bump visible from her profile has been successfully addressed, and we appreciate that improvement. However, the other two concerns remain unresolved. Rather than correcting the deviation, her nose now appears to shift to the right when viewed straight on. Additionally, the tip and nostril area do not appear any narrower or more refined than before the procedure.

Josh was very personable and spent quite a bit of time getting to know me with his welcoming nature and personality put me at ease. He answered any questions I had and explained in detail the process and medication. Josh being a Reg Nurse Practitioner also helped put my mind at ease. We talked about the best options for me and what I wanted. It was my 2nd time having Botox and such a great experience compared to my first. He also followed through a few days later to check in to see how I was doing. He also checked about 3 weeks or so later to see how things were going. He knew I was dealing with some self esteem issues due to being sick last year with rapid weight loss and going through a divorce and turning 62. I had a huge family wedding to attend this past weekend and got so many compliments and my own kids said I'm "glowing". Undergoing a deep plane lift, brow lift and eye bleph is a big decision, what I needed was a surgeon who was not only highly skilled, but someone I could truly trust and that's exactly what I found in Dr. Vincze. After seeing photos from a family event, I knew I needed a refresh!! I initially went in to see what could be done with my neck and loose/sagging skin around my face. The team showed me pictures of certain areas of my face and with Dr. V's recommendation I added the brow lift and I'm extremely happy I did. What stood out to me the most was how Dr. V addressed my every question, concern and detail I mentioned, and that those concerns were taken seriously. The level of attentiveness gave me confidence in making my decision to move forward with the surgery. And the results...absolutely beyond what I had hoped for. Their invoices are not clear, either, so to decipher how many units you actually got is impossible from the invoice alone (previous invoice stated exactly how many units were administered).

Dr Kauffman does the real ablative C02, so recovery is long, post care is a must and the payoff is…read moreso worth it. The quality of my skin dramatically improved. I had the C02 done in combination with other procedures, so I got a discount from his regular price of $4800 to $4560 in March 2025. I almost didn't do the procedure because I was already really close to the top of my budget for my other procedures but decided to go for it. The price included 2 post op facials to help with healing. Dr Kauffman certainly had one of the best bed side manners of any MD I've ever worked with. Friendly, patient, humorous. He does the procedures in his building located just off the prairie city exit off highway 50. When I awoke, my face felt like fire. It burned and I was miserable. It dissipated in about 2 hours and then zero pain at all. I did the vinegar soaks every 2 hours for about 5 days. It sounds weird, but I looked forward to them. It helped soothe the dry tight skin and clean up the aquaphor so I could reapply. The aquaphor helps protect the skin during healing but it slides around and got into my eyes occasionally (annoying but not painful) and the vinegar soaks helped keep things cleaned up. The skin was super delicate and peeled and peeled. I went back to work on day 10 and could not wear makeup because my texture was still a mess. My skin was also red still. I was able to start wearing tinted sunscreen at about 2 weeks. My face had red laser "track marks" for months. Then about 4 months after, the glow started. People started noticing and commenting. I noticed the quality of my skin transformed. It became smoother with rough patches gone, fine lines improved, sun spots gone, and my under eye hollows were gone. I'm now almost 16 months post and my skin still looks amazing. Strangers comment on my skin at least weekly and people ask me my secret. I'm so glad I splurged and that Dr Kauffman was aggressive with the laser. If you're going to get it done, I say go for it. I had to trust the process, because I'd read other women's journeys and no one talked about lasting redness and track marks but they probably didn't get ablative like Dr Kauffman . My inner voice was paranoid that my redness would never go away. But ultimately it disappeared and all that was left was gorgeous skin. Definitely recommend ablative C02. If you're going to do it, go for the real deal. Take the time off work and get the good 100% ablative C02, none of that fractional type or types where practitioners say "little downtime". The real deal has downtime and it was worth for me.

He did an implant exchange along with repair of muscle tearing that had caused my implants to shift, due to years of weight lifting. I came in feeling nervous and had a lot of concerns because of my past experience, but Dr. Kaufman immediately made me feel comfortable. He was honest, thorough, and gave me realistic expectations about what could be achieved. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel confident every step of the way. I've had nothing but issues dealing with Samantha here and at Folsom. I had a reaction from a peel…read moreand she proceeded to gaslight me and blame it on me having product in my hair (even though I told her my hair had nothing in it). Then it was sweat, then just oh well. I'd asked for a copy of the ingredients list which I never received from her but that Shawna later provided. Then a from desk girl booked me for another facial while I was at an appt. but did not check my treatment plan nor confirm with me what she was booking. So I had two hydrafacials two months in a row when I alternate between hydra and diamond glow. At that point; I had a good conversation over the phone with Samantha but she didn't offer to cover my next facial and that would have been the right thing to do. At my next appt. the same front desk girl interjected herself into a conversation that didn't include her in addition to other of unprofessional behaviors. I only spoke to Laura about this. That brings us to my 8/12 Wednesday apt. Upon checkout I asked that my beauty bank payment ($350 per month) be pulled and applied to my treatment. Something they informed me was an option in the past. Then the system is texting me ALL weekend saying my payment won't go through. I literally had an emailed receipt showing I paid it. Early Monday morning a gal from Elk Grove calls and tells me I need to provide a copy of said receipt. Now I have "DO NOT CALL" on my account. This is due to having ADHD which causes troubles with self regulation. Not only that but I come from a 32+ yrs experience in strong customer service. I prefer to speak with people I've met in person or have spoken to before. It saves time explaining when there is rapport. I basically tell her that their system created the receipt so she should be able to pull it up and they need to figure it out. She wasn't a mgr and it's not proper customer service to request proof from a customer. I was offended and bothered to be called so early. Nor is it my job to help you figure it out. I'm not being paid to do that. She is. So I call Sac knowing it's the main hub. Was told she'd have Samantha reach out to me. Which rubbed me the wrong way because I don't want to talk to the person whose fault it is that her staff can't do their job properly. Let alone she may have been the one to actually have checked me out because the girl said her name was Sam. I reach out to Shawna on Tuesday. For 4 days Samantha is texting me saying she wants to speak with me and is going to call me. And when she finally does it's to tell me that I need to seek my services elsewhere because they have a "no swearing" policy!? I'm like "What are you even talking about?" She says all calls are recorded and I swore and made a personal threat to an employee. Um.. both gals I spoke to I had never heard of before. Oh you mean when I said "It's gonna be bad for everyone at this point bc I'm just gonna get in touch with Shawna." So now we're twisting my words into threats? All while I'd already called EDH and said I'm over this and just pull the payment again. You'd think after 9 yrs of loyalty and Shawna herself being your original injector you'd get an apology, accountability and integrity; but no! I guess this is what happens when you're a corporate sell out. Is Samantha a corporate mgr who came with the deal? It shouldn't matter. Shawna should have the balls to reach out herself and protect her OG clients, as she likes to call us. So if you're looking for a med spa where mental health issues are met with understanding then this isn't it. One who values its clients? Nope! Where accountability and customer service are integral in day to day operations? No! This ain't it! Bullying and rejection from the place I go every month for self care? That's quite literally the opposite of what med spas are supposed to stand for. Now my Esthetician will be the one to miss out on a client who never tips less than 20%. What does all of this say to your employees with mental health issues? What does it say to perspective clients?

Two years ago they established an office in El Dorado Hills and I am so happy. While I did not utilize this location until recently, I am very pleased I took the time and opportunity to walk in in person and talk to Samantha about becoming a regular at this particular site. Samantha and I go way back:-). I met her when the El Dorado Hills Destination Aesthetics first opened. She was the receptionist and esthetician. I had an instant connection with her because of her great customer service, professionalism and I do believe she is an old soul! She is so poised, honest, and gives off awesome vibes. And then I went to Haley for a botox session. Oh my! Best results I have ever had without one little purple or yellow mark. I was impressed with everything about her. Knowledgeable, patient and sincere. Obviously a person who wants to do her very best and it shows. I will follow her anywhere :-). Sarah was at the counter when I arrived and greeted me warmly. So down to earth and what a refreshing change that is. Just good old-fashioned, friendly customer service. Well, I definitely have a dream team right in my back yard for all skin care needs.
