I consulted with two spas for Coolsculpting in late 2022 and chose Jeuvani because it was much cheaper. That was the first red flag. Dr. Cellucci, who works as an ER doctor in Oroville, CA, lends her name and license to this Folsom spa but does not reside or work there. Second red flag. (How is this legal?) I did not expect a miracle, just some improvement. The spa looked smaller and cheaper than any I'd ever seen - a couple chairs, a counter, an office manager and a couple technician/receptionists. Third red flag. The technicians said they were trained and certified by Allergan to provide Coolsculpting. I went through the procedure twice before stopping (a LOT of pain). The results were a nightmare. My arms looked twisted, pockmarked, slouchy, hideous, and not tighter at all. Looked like all the collagen was destroyed. When I returned to Jeuvani, one of the technicians said, "You're just making too much out of this. This is what our arms look like when we get older." My jaw hit the floor as they fully knew the damage they'd done. (This must be a scripted line they use when things are a mess.) They made it clear there would be no help from them. I contacted Allergan, but they said the provider had to file the complaint, which Jeuvani was not going to do. I planned to file a lawsuit for repair surgery costs but was diagnosed with breast cancer, which brought everything to a halt for quite a while, and the time is past now. But I hate to see any business get away with stuff like this because people stayed quiet. I share this to warn people who want to get Coolsculpting and/or go to Jeuvani Spa and Sculpting. Don't look to save money; go to a place with legitimate doctors (who care) on site with a long-time reputation to protect, even if it costs more. Be clear on what Plan B would be. A penny-ante operation like this one will leave you poorer and with nowhere to go if you get bad results. Read ALL the reviews. If there was a zero, that's what they'd get.

We talked about the best options for me and what I wanted. It was my 2nd time having Botox and such a great experience compared to my first. He also followed through a few days later to check in to see how I was doing. He also checked about 3 weeks or so later to see how things were going. He knew I was dealing with some self esteem issues due to being sick last year with rapid weight loss and going through a divorce and turning 62. I had a huge family wedding to attend this past weekend and got so many compliments and my own kids said I'm "glowing". Undergoing a deep plane lift, brow lift and eye bleph is a big decision, what I needed was a surgeon who was not only highly skilled, but someone I could truly trust and that's exactly what I found in Dr. Vincze. After seeing photos from a family event, I knew I needed a refresh!! I initially went in to see what could be done with my neck and loose/sagging skin around my face. The team showed me pictures of certain areas of my face and with Dr. V's recommendation I added the brow lift and I'm extremely happy I did. What stood out to me the most was how Dr. V addressed my every question, concern and detail I mentioned, and that those concerns were taken seriously. The level of attentiveness gave me confidence in making my decision to move forward with the surgery. And the results...absolutely beyond what I had hoped for. Their invoices are not clear, either, so to decipher how many units you actually got is impossible from the invoice alone (previous invoice stated exactly how many units were administered).

I had the C02 done in combination with other procedures, so I got a discount from his regular price of $4800 to $4560 in March 2025. I almost didn't do the procedure because I was already really close to the top of my budget for my other procedures but decided to go for it. The price included 2 post op facials to help with healing. Dr Kauffman certainly had one of the best bed side manners of any MD I've ever worked with. Friendly, patient, humorous. He does the procedures in his building located just off the prairie city exit off highway 50. When I awoke, my face felt like fire. It burned and I was miserable. It dissipated in about 2 hours and then zero pain at all. I did the vinegar soaks every 2 hours for about 5 days. It sounds weird, but I looked forward to them. It helped soothe the dry tight skin and clean up the aquaphor so I could reapply. The aquaphor helps protect the skin during healing but it slides around and got into my eyes occasionally (annoying but not painful) and the vinegar soaks helped keep things cleaned up. The skin was super delicate and peeled and peeled. I went back to work on day 10 and could not wear makeup because my texture was still a mess. My skin was also red still. I was able to start wearing tinted sunscreen at about 2 weeks. My face had red laser "track marks" for months. Then about 4 months after, the glow started. People started noticing and commenting. I noticed the quality of my skin transformed. It became smoother with rough patches gone, fine lines improved, sun spots gone, and my under eye hollows were gone. I'm now almost 16 months post and my skin still looks amazing. Strangers comment on my skin at least weekly and people ask me my secret. I'm so glad I splurged and that Dr Kauffman was aggressive with the laser. If you're going to get it done, I say go for it. I had to trust the process, because I'd read other women's journeys and no one talked about lasting redness and track marks but they probably didn't get ablative like Dr Kauffman . My inner voice was paranoid that my redness would never go away. But ultimately it disappeared and all that was left was gorgeous skin. Definitely recommend ablative C02. If you're going to do it, go for the real deal. Take the time off work and get the good 100% ablative C02, none of that fractional type or types where practitioners say "little downtime". The real deal has downtime and it was worth for me.
