I made an appointment to get botox at Concierge and specifically asked for Josh after reading great reviews. I liked that they had early evening appointments because of my work schedule. Josh was very personable and spent quite a bit of time getting to know me with his welcoming nature and personality put me at ease. He answered any questions I had and explained in detail the process and medication. Josh being a Reg Nurse Practitioner also helped put my mind at ease. We talked about the best options for me and what I wanted. It was my 2nd time having Botox and such a great experience compared to my first. He also followed through a few days later to check in to see how I was doing. He also checked about 3 weeks or so later to see how things were going. He knew I was dealing with some self esteem issues due to being sick last year with rapid weight loss and going through a divorce and turning 62. I had a huge family wedding to attend this past weekend and got so many compliments and my own kids said I'm "glowing".
