I cannot recommend Davis Dermatology more! I have been getting injections for many, many years and have not had such nice results as I have had with Dr. Noll. She really takes her time and does a wonderful job. I have had the usual Botox areas done, along with the corners of my mouth and lip enhancement. If you want great results, you really should go to Davis Dermatology. The staff is great and very helpful, and Dr. Noll is a real pleasure to spend time with and talk to. Take my advice! It has taken me a really long time to write this review because I have been battling depression related to my appearance caused by this office's treatments. I think it's important that I finally say something and warn others so no one goes through what I did. Between approx. 201-2024 I got multiple sessions of RF microneedling done here. The first handful were with the Virtue RF machine & a nurse who no longer works there. I loved the results. However, the last two treatments I received literally ruined my face and made me look 10 years older. The second to last one was with a different nurse. Looking back, I think it's possible they used a different machine during this session despite me booking what I had always done. Or the nurse didn't know what she was doing and was too aggressive. I unfortunately don't know what happened exactly, but I walked out of that session looking tired instead of refreshed, and to this day over 2 yrs later I still have an imprint of where I assume she left the machine on my skin too long. My skin never looked quite the same again. Looking at photos it's clear I lost volume at that appointment. But I was naive and thought it was in my head or a fluke. The last RFMN I did completely and permanently ruined my face. I came in around July 2024 right before I was about to move back to Southern CA, and made sure to book a different nurse than the prior treatment. When I looked at the paperwork they gave me before my treatment, I noticed it said Morpheus8. I explicitly asked if that was the same machine I had been doing all this time because it looked unfamiliar. They said yes. I thought I must have been mistaken and proceeded to have the treatment done. I walked out looking 10 years older, deflated, and droopy. People around me actually commented on it too. And since that day, I have not been able to look at myself in a mirror and feel beautiful. I had plump cheeks & beautiful volume all over my face before that treatment. It had already been impacted but after that appointment it all vanished instantly and I was left with hollow cheeks and a gaunt appearance. The nurse also went over one side twice, so that side is even worse than other. Multiple dermatologists have since confirmed it isn't in my head when I show them photos of me immediately before the treatment. I literally had to change my blush placement. It has been nearly a year and a half and i still look tired, old, and terrible. I also have orange peel textured skin now so my makeup never looks smooth. I had to get on anti depressants to manage my mental state. I regret that day SO MUCH. It's extremely hard to go from liking your reflection in the mirror to not liking it, especially when it happens so quickly. It has impacted my life so much. I am finally trying to address the volume loss with new providers since it's clear it's not going to come back naturally and I don't want to live the rest of my life feeling like this. It will cost me thousands of dollars to just look like I did before, and even then, it will never be a full improvement. The damage is irreversible but I am willing to try anything at this point to just look in the mirror and feel ok. Not great, just ok. Anyways, please be careful if you come here. Do not let them do RFMN on you. Had I known they were using a different machine on me than my prior appointments or their nurses were not equipped to perform the service, I NEVER would have gone through with my appointment that day. The only reason I did was because they said it was the same as the machine I had always been doing. I believed them and thought I was mistaken. My receipts show that wasn't true. ** note: they have said they never offered Morpheus8. I am going to try to find my receipts because maybe I'm getting the name of the different machine they used mixed up. Regardless, my experiences are real and valid, and it happened at this office. Whether it was provider error, the machine, etc. it had a HUGE impact on my life. I have no reason to make this up besides wanting to protect other women from what I went through. read more

I have enjoyed my experience with my esthetician for sure, but the poor review has to do with how they manage and honor their specials. If you have an appointment on the 1st of the month that month's specials are not available that day. And they will not honor the previous month's specials during that timeframe. It's just unfortunate to have to plan that way, and a lack of preplanning on their part leads to poor customer service. I've also signed up for emails but NEVER get them so they have antiquated customer management systems period. I just can't stay apprised of their specials so I have to play the full rate most times. read more

Do not go here! She gave me Botox. Initially saw great results...a few days later, there was a HUGE indentation in my forehead that was not there before I came to her. She said the muscles relaxed so much that it caused my skin to hug my forehead so the bone was showing. She insisted it wasn't due to the Botox, that it was due to my "bone structure." She then admitted she may have put too much Botox in. She said it's "semantics" whether the Botox "caused" it. I now have a permanent deep indentation on my forehead that was not there before I came to her. She said it is not a wrinkle, so filler would not fix it and there is nothing she can do. She was unprofessional and very defensive when I came back to show her the results. Dr. Noll attacked my character (as shown in her reply below) when I requested a refund on this treatment. She developed a very hostile, defensive, and unprofessional demeanor when I asked why, in her medical opinion, this occurred. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, a professional person will own up to it and see what they can do to help. I would not go here again. read more

The staff are nice but I'm really disappointed (and angry) after a recent experience. I live in Fair Oaks, CA so this office is located near my work, where I can come in for appointments on my lunch and/or breaks. I had a facial scheduled one day but my son woke up that morning with stroke-like symptoms and had to go to the ER. I text messaged them before they opened to let them know I had to cancel my appointment and when they got back to me, they told me they were going to keep the deposit- fine, whatever, I was more worried about my son at the time. After being in the hospital with my son (2.5 years old) for a month, I've decided not to come back to their facility. I understand that they have the deposit and same day cancellation policy in place for a reason but I've literally only ever cancelled TWO appointments same day (both because of sick kids) and spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this office. I am extremely disappointed and angry that they charged me $75. Again- I get charging people who habitually cancel last minute, but to charge me $75 for cancelling due to a child sickness (which I obviously can't plan in advance for) after spending thousands of dollars here is a bit extreme in my opinion. read more

I had to deal with a small growth on my face. Dr. Noll and the team provided me with a consultation and a follow-up appointment where she recommended freezing the two areas with irregular growths. The staff and Dr. Noll are extremely nice and very helpful in explaining what were my options. I have been going to Davis Dermatology since 2014. Dr. Noll is very personable, listens to and cares about her patients. Each time I see Dr Noll, she is meticulous about the treatments she performs on me, from botox, to fillers. She wants to make sure the results come out well with minimal bruising. I have also had Virtue RF with Ashley, and HydraFacials with Jeannette. They are both great,and make me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff are very welcoming as well. Went in here for a tattoo laser removal package and for the most part, Dr. Noll did it and it was well worth it. I had some of the nurses do it and it was ok, but I didn't see the same effectiveness as the doctor. In the end, they did the job and even made sure I was satisfied, as some spots were missed. The atmosphere is nice and everyone who I've interacted with is extremely friendly which is comforting. I come here to get filler from Dr. Noll and she's the best. At the first consultation appointment she took her time to educate me on the process, the type of filler, possible complications, etc. She's very knowledgable and has years of experience. Dr. Noll always talks about her kids with me which I find very admirable. I've had my filler done twice with touchups and a removal. They were all easy procedures with some swelling but that's normal. I paid about $700 for one syringe I think and it makes all the difference! Yelp doesn't let me add pictures for some reason but I'm sure if you ask Dr. Noll for some examples she can show you. I highly recommend trusting everyone here with any of your concerns. read more

Avoid this office. I had an appointment for two different services, one on Dec 20 and another on Dec 27. I got COVID on the 19th and had to cancel both appointments because I was super sick! I called today to get a new appointment, and they wanted to charge me $50 per missed appointment even though I cancelled in advance Would they rather had me show-up and get the whole office sick? Here's my experience with Dr. Noll's office: * phone call - called to see if the mole in my head could be removed and same day appointments were available. Check * arrive for appointment - waited for less than 3 minutes to be seen * atmosphere - no details left behind. After you are brought in to the room there are curtains behind the door for complete privacy. Also, soothing music choice is on point. * price - it was affordable. This is a practice that I knew that it would be out of pocket, but it clearly mentions that they will be able to provide necessary info if I wanted to get reimbursed by my insurance with the fact that they will not communicate with insurance themselves and the patients have to do the communicating, which I understood and agreed. However, I'm highly agitated and not happy that it's deceiving since I called about getting the doctor's/provider's (Dr. Noll) tax ID and diagnostic code required by insurance to complete the reimbursement and Davis Dermatology has refused to provide such information, which is beyond ridiculous!!! The only thing they provided me on the bill was the CPT code of what I got. It's very deceiving and pretty much bait and switch when they said that they could provide all the necessary information and then say they won't, which is that they have the information, but they CHOOSE NOT TO SHARE IT!!! Please fix this with either of the following solutions: 1) provide me the Tax ID and diagnostic code for my visit, 2) refund me the $175 I paid (do not include a deducted 3% service fee since procedure was under the $2000 threshold if you choose this option) or 3) let me escalate it with my bank/credit card due to the disappointment in service of the deceitful information given as a "bait and switch" and reporting to better business bureau (BBB). I'm never coming back here again!!! I've attached a photo of their policy on Insurance. Clearly states they don't accept insurance (which I understood), but also says that they will provide necessary info for me to send off to insurance, which they did not and when requested further, they refused to provide the necessary info. It's a scam! If you ever try to get insurance coverage/reimbursement, they WILL purposefully give you not enough info and you'll be screwed with not enough info to give to insurance for reimbursement. I purchased an item and thought it was awfully high but the technician assured me that it was comparable to other salons. Well I got home and found it for $80.00 less. I won't ever forget how unkind this dermatology practice was to me in my time of need. Last summer, I had a medical emergency and was in dire need of funds. I looked through my bank records and saw that a year prior (yes, a year, but still) I had bought and returned for "store credit" some products (a face washing kit for my acne) from their in-house boutique. I had tried it out, returned it to them, and was assured that my store credit was on file with them (they never gave me a receipt). Well lo and behold, the lady who sold me the products left, and when I called to get a possible credit card refund, they told me that they didn't even have any record of my purchase. I talked to the people at the front desk. They did what they could, but ultimately I could tell the shots were coming from Dr. Noll. They said there was nothing they could do, even though I had my bank statements and had proof that I was charged more than my appointments were worth, and therefore must have purchased skincare products. Dr. Noll is fine as a dermatologist, but their practice does not embody the Davis spirit. My whole community rallied behind me last summer, but I will never forget how I was wrongly treated as a liar by this practice. I am still out more than $100 and would have happily used the credit for products I can actually use. But they can keep their $100--I am never returning to this practice and am telling all my friends to stay away. read more

Went in to have a mole looked at on my face in my temple area. The staff was great about getting me in and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Noll came into the room with very little wait time. She explained what the mole was and explained the procedures she could use to remove it. Since it was on my face I particularly interested in the scarring. We decided to shave it off and we started the procedure shortly after. Dr. Noll made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did a great job. Here are the before and after pics!!
