I recently visited Rella Aesthetics in Napa while recovering because I was extremely dehydrated. I noticed they offered various hydration packages, and the manager Ryan was able to fit me in quickly. He helped me choose the best option for my needs, which was a huge relief. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The front desk team was welcoming, and Ryan made the entire check-in process seamless. Once I was taken to the hydration room, I immediately felt at ease. I consulted with Devon and also spoke with the doctor about my medical history, and a few other questions. Devon was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She got the IV in on the first try with just a quick poke. During the treatment, they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They brought me a blanket, reclined me in the chair, and set me up to relax with Netflix. Both Ryan and Devon checked in with me regularly, making sure I was doing well. This was the perfect solution for me, saving me a $500 trip to the ER for dehydration. I'm so thankful to have a service like this in our small town of Napa. Absolutely love this med spa! I come in regularly to see Michaela for my B-12 injections. She's an amazing medical assistant who always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Her personality is everything! She's always a whole vibe and brings such great energy to every visit. I also get IV hydration treatments from the nurses, Anna and Ashley, and they're both incredible! If you don't want to lose your money, or get humiliated from this cosmetics place, please read my experience, and many people's experiences on Reddit, and consider carefully on this organization that feels like it operats with a pyramid-scheme-style sales culture. I purchased a package of three Potenza RF Microneedling treatments for full face/neck. My first treatment was fine, but my second treatment was completely different. I experienced severe pain during the procedure and facial pain, irritation, and numbness afterward. My concern was not just that the treatment was uncomfortable, but that the appointment felt rushed and that the numbing/procedure process was not handled with the level of care I expected for an invasive RF microneedling treatment. What upset me even more was the difference between the sales process and the complaint process. During the sales process, the communication felt warm, reassuring, and focused on getting me to purchase a package. But once I reported a serious concern, the tone felt completely different. Getting a meaningful response became extremely difficult. They would forward you from one to another, but never solve your problem. I asked for a refund for the remaining treatment because I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I also asked for documentation of the treatment timeline, including when numbing started and when the procedure began. Instead, I was offered a very small cash refund. Later, I was told all sales were final and that discomfort can vary from treatment to treatment. That may be their position, but as a customer, I do not think it is reasonable to sell expensive treatment packages with a very reassuring attitude and then refuse meaningful accountability when a service experience goes badly. Store credit is not a real resolution when the issue is that I no longer trust the business to perform the remaining treatment safely and professionally. Their prices may look more attractive than some dermatologist or medical offices, but after this experience, I would strongly caution people to think carefully. If you are considering treatment here, I would recommend asking detailed questions in person before buying a package, getting the refund/cancellation policy in writing, and making sure you feel comfortable with the actual clinic staff and provider -- not just the sales conversation. The real test of a business is not how they treat you when they are selling you a package. It is how they treat you when you report a serious concern. The experience felt more like a high-pressure, package-selling environment than a professional medical-aesthetic service. They were very reassuring during the sales process, but once I reported a serious concern, the response felt completely different.In my case, I felt dismissed, delayed, and left without a fair resolution. I also personally would not recommend Potenza based on my experience. After two treatments, I did not see the tightening or improvement I expected; instead, my skin felt looser to me. I understand that results vary, and I am not saying everyone will have the same outcome, but I have had many aesthetic treatments before and this is not one I would choose again. I would caution people not to choose Potenza or other heat-based tightening treatments simply because they appear cheaper than options such as Ultherapy. A lower price does not help if the result is disappointing or if you no longer trust the provider.
