I've been a member since November 2025, coming in for Botox and skin care for my melasma. Always super friendly and knowledgeable answering all my questions about their products. Last Saturday, they thru a most exquisite event. I think it was a first, but not sure on that. Not a lot of people came but I had the most fabulous time learning more about other services and products they offer, getting all the doctors and nurses in the facility, and getting to know other clients who tell me about the other services they've enjoyed. It was just a fabulous time & I'm inspired to go back for more services. You guys need to do this more often with demos like mini facials, or Botox party to try some stuff out. I got filler. Anne did a good job! However, I went in for 2 syringes to address some issues that really bug me and ended up with 4 and that didn't address the issue. She said I needed 4 more syringes!!!!!!!!! WHAT! I really wanted this to be my place so I don't have to drive to the Bay Area for treatment but the hard sales really turned me off. I left with a membership, ugh, brochures, other suggested treatments and I'm pretty sure I almost bought a brand new pre-owned Miata! I suspect commissions are involved. I went back and said I really want what I came in for and she indirectly said I'll need more in OTHER areas for it to address my insecurity. Now I have a membership I can't cancel and no desire to return. I do not like high pressure sales. Disappointed. But she's talented. read more

I found Rella through my daughter. I needed to lose weight and needed help. I have used them for the past 3 months and have lost 15 pounds. My A1C has lowered to the point that I no longer have diabetes. I was able to get off of Metformin and I now feel so much better. I will continue my weight loss for another 3 months as I still want to lose more weight. The shots are a bit pricey but I'm under a doctors care and the staff is wonderful. Ashley is amazing! I've been getting masseter injections for over 15 years due to teeth grinding and daily headaches. (I've tried splints and guards and muscle relaxers and migraine meds - none of that worked) Ashley took the time to listen to my history, my challenges and my goals. Less than two weeks later my masseter muscles were the flattest I've ever had them. The chronic ridges on the inside of my cheeks from chewing on them in my sleep were gone! And no more bulging muscle mania masseters that looked like I was storing walnuts in there like a squirrel!!!!! She took the time to discuss dysport vs Botox. I had heard of dysport but no one ever brought it up to me (I thought it was a filler and not for me). I appreciate this more than I can express. Dysport was definitely a better option for me. For those who get injections purely for cosmetic purposes she also made the area around my eyes look so much better!! Great work and you can tell she loves her job. What a wonderful "new" establishment. The owner, Dr. Zach Wagner is incredible, as well as his staff. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile The entire place is gorgeous with photographs from a local photographer displaying pics of his work and amazing pics of the Bay Area. I actually want to buy one, in which you can. You are offered water, coffee, tea, champagne, or whatever you like. My treatment from Anna was perfect. We laughed and chatted the entire time.
