I'm getting older and I couldn't stop staring at the wrinkles on my forehead, and also wanted to ask about trapezius botox (or barbie botox) as I had so much tension near my neck. I scheduled a consultation online and chatted with Noemi. She was great. She explained everything, she made me feel super comfortable and we booked an appointment for a few weeks out. Not very happy I'm 50 years old and my husband got me $1,000 gift certificate for Lyft aesthetics never got any kind of injections before so the first time I went was very pleased with how it looked inside very beautiful and the doctor was very nice and quiet but as far as the money it cost and she never told me how much I got they never gave me a receipt so I figured it was maybe half of my gift card $500 or something and did not notice nothing except for one side of my forehead I couldn't lift and make frown lines on forehead but the other side would lift really high and I looked like the joker. So I went back 3 weeks later and she did give another injection in my eyebrow that was high but it's still never lost its ability to raise still looked like the joker so I went back three months later to just use my gift card and they told me that I had $175 left on it so it cost $825 for the first visit and my husband noticed no difference except for my joker eye. And my bad cause I never got any receipt and Doctor never told me how much I got. So when I returned 3 months later they told me I only had $175 left on card I was very shocked. I went to another place with a girlfriend of mine who is 60 and she also never had injections. She was only charged $ 120 and she could not even drink out of a straw 2 weeks later cause it worked so good. So I am very bummed about it since I am not made of money $1000 was a lot for m to spend on myself and see no results except joker eye. ​ read more

The appointments are hard to get based on my schedule and when I was able to book one that was 3 weeks out, I was excited. First time getting fillers! I have been meaning to do laser hair treatment for years now, and with a pandemic and all the spas & waxing salons closed, it was finally the forcing function I needed. All the 5-star reviews are true: this place is fantastic! Noemi is wonderful. I was so pleased with the bikini laser treatment, I asked if she could also do my armpits. It's worked beautifully in 2 appointments, and I should be all done with 3! It barely hurts (only in the places you'd imagine, LOL!) but is super quick. Kaleigh was so nice and made the whole experience amazing for me, I really appreciated how thorough she was and informative. I just went back today for my 7th session, since I need a bit more (which I was told beforehand, that most likely I would need 8 or more sessions to be happy with my results), and I saw Meg and she was equally as sweet and amazing. I had about 4 session for laser hair removal above my lip and it really works ! In my opinion I didn't feel any pain . It's a few quick shocks on each side and then done . They use a gel to ease the zap. My hairs haven't grown back and it's been well over 4 months . I loved how they don't pressure you at all to buy more sessions or try to persuade you to purchase other services . The office was clean and the ladies there made me feel comfortable. The staff and providers are nice and seem very experienced. However, I spent a significant amount of money on a series of Coolpeel lasers, and there has been no change to my skin. After I asked why I had not seen any improvement to my skin, I was told I could ask for a stronger setting, but I would have to pay even more money. I am in my 50's and was told this would help improve my skin texture (acne scaring) and fine lines. I would not recommend this procedure. read more

Just had a recent visit to Napa medical center. They have top of the line equipment and their knowledge of all the latest procedures in medical aesthetics is beyond measure. The office is clean, and it's a pleasure to go see them. They recommended to try photo light therapy to even out my red skin tones with mild rosacea and broken vessels and lighten some skin damage spots on my face. I could see immediate results after one treatment, definitely less redness and skin tone more even. I feel much more comfortable going out without foundation on. What's great about this treatment is that you can see the pigment flake off, so you know it's working! Thank you so much Andrew, Lori and Noemi!
