Found it a little odd that there was a guy in street clothes just working on a laptop in there esp since they say no cell phones. Hot tub is very small but heated pool is nice. Outdoor fireplaces and chairs as well. Reception area isn't confusing like some have mentioned. When you enter, there is a check in desk straight ahead. They DO tell you to bring a swimsuit if you check your voicemail. But also, who doesn't check spa amenities before you go. Tips Signage isn't great - Spa is past the main hotel building (turn right and follow signs to self parking) Make sure you check your locker combo before you lock it. I didn't and then didn't know what it was and had to ask for help. I do think individual keys would be easier just bc I'm the type of person to forget which locker number I am

Unfortunately as I was pulling in the manager called the let me know my masseuse had called in sick and they could only rebook my massage to start 1.5 hours after the original time. I was disappointed, but I made the best of it and thankfully had a flexible schedule that day. I ended up ordering tea and lunch from the Tea Bar. Unfortunately the matcha was out of stock, but I opted for another green tea and the crab cake. It was raining the day I was there so I didn't end up using the pool. I really like my facial with Ruth. She was amazing and had lovely energy. I would definitely rebook. My massage was okay, but despite a few requests for more pressure, I was told that was the max she could do. I have had a lot of massages, but have never encountered that before

You will be greeted with wellness, Grace, Serenity, Peace, health and care. Everything from organic homemade chai with organic homemade cashew milk, and delicious juices from the apple ginger to carrot and a delicious green drink I had last week. Everything taste super delicious and she uses no sugars. Everything is organic. The best part was when she told me the story about her produce, she sources all her food locally with her daughter, every single fruit or vegetable that enters her shop, they hand pick it with love. I don't know any other juicer in Sonoma County who's doing this, but it is pure magic, and definitely next level healing. She generates love in her relationship with each farmer, and then she gets back to her shop and juices every juice herself, fresh. This place is spacious yet cozy, clean, its certified organic and the vibe is a place where I could bring my girlfriends, hang out and enjoy wellness Beauty and be pampered all while drinking a delicious drink and enjoying a great snack. I'm so grateful to find this gem and even more, someone who is knowledgeable, ethical & who can cut, style & dye my hair! Plus she can book you a facial and give you a delicious high vibe organic drink too,is there anywhere else to go? Stop what you're doing and make an appointment now, you will not regret it. Or stop in for the BEST spicy chai, you will ever taste, and a fresh organic juice for later. I can't wait to get my hair done by this amazing woman who runs this shop. We definitely need more women like her in the world.

Thank god I don't have regular medical issues to need to shop at a pharmacy regularly. I came in…read morehere to find a specific OTC nasal spray after my husband's surgery, after checking both of the nearby grocery stores with no luck (partly because Safeway now has their entire pharmacy section behind glass). About 50% of the aisles here are behind glass, and it's absolute chaos. The same exact medicine in the same exact box will be both behind glass and not behind glass in different sections of the same aisle. Different formulations of the same thing, different sizes, name brand or generic, there's no logic whatsoever as to what's behind glass and what isn't, or even what section of the aisle something is in. I found the same medicine on opposite ends of the same aisle, both behind glass and not in both sections. So you're left trying to compare the ones you can get without calling over the *one employee in the store* to open it for you. You're scrounging the entire aisle, looking at the fine print on every product to see if it's just another brand's equivalent name for what you're looking for, comparing prices and added ingredients on everything. Trying to decide whether the one you can just pick up off the shelf is the one you want or whether it's worth calling over the employee to open the shelf for you so that you can even look at the other options. And then I got a headache and just bought the cheapest one I could pick up off the shelf. Good thing I already have headache medicine at home, not sure I'd survive trying to find it here. I'm never coming back.

The layout of the store makes you walk the farthest amount to get to anything medically related. I am limping. I had to go get an Ace bandage. I had to walk all the way to the farthest corner from the front door, past candy, alcohol, and 'seasonal things', as well as the Hallmark aisle,-- to get to pain-relief medicine and ankle support). Tell me that wasn't done by design?

I was told the Pharmacy Manager wasn't available, so I asked to speak with any manager. The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. With that being said, I don't need my prescription to be filled here anymore. Goodluck to ya if you have to call this pharmacy.
