My former facial spa place closed down and had no where to purchase my Lira Clinical products. I went on Lira Clinical's website and saw that Infinity Aesthetics was relatively close by and also sold Lira Clinical products. I decided to give them a try so I made my first order to curb side pick-up. I had no issues at all with this order. The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics. Due to the last phone interaction with who ever that staff member was, I decided not to schedule any type of facial procedure here, now that my schedule finally opened up some. I started using hair removal creams then the creams didn't work. I tried waxing but I would break out terribly. At age 12 I had multiple sessions of laser hair removal and this totally made the situation worse because they shave the area to be treated before the laser hair removal treatments. Since I had this done on my face I then had to start shaving my face daily. As I continued to shave my face daily the hair continued to grow in darker and thicker. I had such bad hair growth that I would have a five o'clock shadow on my face by mid-day. I thought this would be the story of my life. The texts were odd, like the person wasn't comprehending my answers or was too busy multitasking to give it some thought. I gave the address not once but twice. Another time I tried to give available times for me and they never got back to me- yes or no? Now I'm waiting for someone to call me about the labs, but for a week now the "system has been down" and they can't access them. Overall I think the higher administration is a mess, but the nurses on the ground are good.
